TOPIC: 93East's PMMA Journey (Below-Avg/Avg size reference)

Work\'s a bit hectic now but I figure I\'d give an 8 day update.

At the base I\'m 5.75\"
Mid Shaft 5.6\"
Right under circ scar 5.4\"
tip right under Glands I\'m 5\"

Everything seems tapered perfect except I have a dent under the circ scar on the left side. Seems correctable with spot treatment though. I could kinda feel where nodules want to form but I\'ve been attacking the spots non stop. We\'ll see if that had any effect later.

So to recap I\'m currently sitting at 1\"+ gains from this procedure on day 8.. whereas during procedure 1 I had practically zero..

I know I\'m going to sound cynical but I just can\'t bring myself to be overly optimistic at the moment after a failed round one. 1\" gains seems too good to be true and it could be due to swelling. If I can get even half of the results I have now though I would be the happiest guy on earth.

I\'ll keep the log posted though especially around the dreaded day 16

I was forced out of Grand today because of overbooking so I can give a different perspective for those leaning toward other hotels. Obviously the location of Grand can\'t be beat since his office is inside the hotel and it\'s super cheap. However, I know that most members here are older and usually much better off financially.

I would STRONGLY recommend Marriott over grand in terms of comfort if that is something that concerns you. It really burned a hole in my pocket (basically can\'t afford food atm) but it is cleaner, better lit, and comes with free breakfast and dinner. The service is better and the rooms are nicer. Something about grand just makes me depressed. It\'s a 10 min walk from the clinic and uber works just fine here in Tijuana.

Maybe you\'re someone who doesn\'t really care about where you are and want to stick it out the cheapest way possible and I totally get that (trust me). But if you have the means I would recommend a nicer hotel. I know that if I was here my first round I probably would have felt a lot more calm and definitely would have gone that route if I was able to afford it. Just my experience though everyone is different.

It\'s not actually in the hotel, it\'s in a separate tower which is joined to the hotel via a walk way. A bit like the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center.

I didn\'t think he could go under the circ scar area - My first round, it looks like I didnt get any under that area (look at Sizemic\'s pics too), but you go all the way up to the glans!

Actually, things took a bit of a turn for this worst last night and now I can feel a SHARP drop off at mid shaft..

Might be too late to do anything on day 9 though

Nodule formation on the left side which I\'ll probably see more of when inflammation dies down.

There\'s a pretty prominent dent on the left side under the circ scar that wouldn\'t take the PMMA. Instead it spread upwards under the glands and down to the base giving it more of a ball look at the base.. I\'m fine with the look at the base now but I\'m worried because collagen hasn\'t even started to build yet that it\'ll get worse.

Due to the dent it feels very unnatural when jacking it off. I tried to show it in a semi-errect state lying down but stuff doesn\'t really show well in pictures. There\'s a clear point to where the thickness starts, almost like a line. I\'m not sure how that would be corrected. (More PMMA in that area or just Micro Droplets?)

I\'m so ecstatic about the new Girth. I am still at 1\"+ at the base and mid shaft. But in your guy\'s opinion, if you saw this Dick Erect normally would you think it had something done to it? I won\'t get upset I just want honest opinions. I only have enough money for 1 more correction.

I think it\'s noticeable. I wouldn\'t have anymore PMMA there. I\'d talk to Dr C about kenelog and then S1000. If things stay as they are, you are going to have an amazing result. With injectable filler you have to accept going into it that there is a high chance you\'ll need to touch up session after any large round. The main thing is that you make some gains this time and then look at aesthetic touch ups. If that means avoiding sex for a few months then so be it, as it\'s a small price to pay for a penis that gives you self confidence over the longer term.

Would the Kenalog still be at minimum 6 weeks after the procedure?

I\'m wondering if I would take too much S1000 to fill in such a big gap

I don\'t know when you can have Kenalog. But my thoughts are them same as yours with S1000, which is why I suggested talking to Dr C about Kenalog. I\'d try and reduce the lump first with Kenalog and then once it flattens a bit, S1000 can be used to fill in the gap.

But too be honest, I there is a decent chance you are going lose quite a bit of your gain, so the by the time it\'s all settled and your result in final, the gap might look a lot smaller.

Thanks for easing my mind a bit. Hopefully it settles nicely and is correctable.

I would still try to carefully massage it down. The carrier may be gone, but the collagen is still soft and pliable.

Oh? I wasn\'t aware there was collagen there already. I thought after 72 hours it was pretty much game over in terms of migrating PMMA that great of a distance.

How does it feel at day 10?

I\'m still squishy on the surface.

It will be there but it isn\'t very dense or fiberous now. Overall swelling from the trauma may be gone, but the PMMA/collagen mass still holds lymphatic fluid which gives you that lump. Over time the collagen mass will get more dense and force out the remaining lymphatic fluid. The lump will get smaller at first and then larger again as collagen builds, but how large it gets depends on the individual.

I would use gentle strokes to avoid creating another depression where the lump was. (Don\'t ask me how I know this )
