Sounds good so far Subtle77, glad to hear it\'s going well and the gains sound good. Look forward to seeing the before and after shots when it\'s all settled.

I was in the office each time about 1-1/2 - 2 hours I think.... most of that was waiting for the numbing to take effect.

does the product have some firmness to it or a softness?

Flaccid feels natural. No difference at all. Erect is definitely firmer.

That\'s pretty impressive if your Erection with Ellanse is firmer than before and you seem to have gained a bit more than 1/2\" (depending on how much is still swelling). Hopefully all will continue to go well, thanks for keeping us posted.

I am trialing Ellanse on a few patients to see how we go. So far so good - but it is early days for a longer term filler.

What is the cost difference between Elanse and Voluma?

Thanks,

I believe the benefits are that it lasts longer, and unlike HA it\'s also a bio-stimulator. Unfortunately, I think that if things go wrong, it can\'t be dissolved like HA.

Thanks Subtle77,

I was going to email you today and ask you to send me some pictures.

There will certainly be some swelling initially, but certainly looking good so far.

Unfortunately Ellanse is about double the cost of Voluma, until I am a big user. And at the moment this is still a trial.

I believe there is a 3 year and a 4 year version. I think I recall reading somewhere here that he was using the 3 year version.
