I just had a look and your absolutely right about the ENT being a route to surgery. Seems lots of reconstruction in that in itself.

The lack of care still stands though. It goes well beyond a slow response to emails.....

He sent me a PM over at Thundersplace. He\'s okay apparently. Hopefully he\'ll update this thread. But his and Nag\'s issues were very different. He just had an infection and didn\'t take antibiotics.

Ok. Thanks for the update. Hopefully he returns. I am aware they have had different complications. Really unsure about going back to Prague. It is the lack of response they get when in trouble that bothers me. Maybe it would be an idea to get an appointment with an Urologist and explain why we do this beforehand. Then we at least have someone in our home countries to contact if problems arise. Mexico is a long way to travel from Europe and problems will then only be disscussed by e-Mail. In theory I can be in Prague in some hours, but no point if we don\'t get help. I need to know I can get help if shot hits the fan. Feel naginatis problem is the worst since it is related to technique it seems.

alright guys! nice to see the boards again. i\'m healed, i think, broadly speaking. the infection has gone. also the dribbling discharge has seemingly stopped coming out of my penis. i say \'seemingly\', it\'s been about 14 days since anything came out, but i\'ve had a few false dawns before so i cant be bothered with getting carried away too much just yet. assuming it has stopped, that means stuff was coming out for about 5 to 6 weeks, first through two holes, then through one, then through a new one (yikes!). also, theyre not holes really, more like areas of thinner skin that allowed seepage due to the infection-pressure beneath of pus forming and that this seepage/discharge occured through these weaker area \'bottlenecks\' that were all about pin-head size. these areas too have healed over (i hope), ie toughened with more skin, and now appear like white circles of skin each the size of a pin-head. they\'re probably very white because they\'re in fact brand-new skin and contrast with my penis which is kind of that light browny colour due to whatever is the word for pigmentation-change following multiple injections. 2 months ago (ish) when i got infected my penis was first cherry red, then as it healed darker red, and is now getting it\'s pinkish, light brown colour back. the discharge itself started with a bang 9 weeks ago. it then continued to ooze out for about 5 or 6 weeks albeit steadily reducing in amount from a lot to a trickle until finally it became like a pin-head of pus to wipe away. it would though ooze out relatively more significantly if i squeezed my Cock which i stopped doing. what was the discharge? i dunno, pus and PMMA. it wasn\'t the PMMA i\'d had on previous rounds, you have to understand, i haven\'t lost any of that. it was the stuff i got injected a few days before i got infected. so it was still-liquid PMMA plus infected gunk. presumably the PMMA was still liquid because of the infection. my Dick is as big as it was before this last round of PMMA. the colour has come back. i do get sharp wincey pains here and there but it\'s probably to be expected and i\'ll just wait and see. i\'ll keep an eye on it though and i might be concerned about a particular sharp pain i get in a particular spot but i can\'t be bothered to get anxious about that yet. how did i get infected? i dunno. obviously i didn\'t take antibiotics but i would love to hear from anyone, medically minded or not, about how i might have got infected. the house i stayed in in prague was a bit skanky, also i took the bandage off on day one and even though i saw that it was still bleeding a bit, i didnt put the bandage back on. saying that, it was a pretty big infection and i want to ask you guys if you think that just regular dirt and germs in the house or the bed or whatever could have caused it? or you think maybe it happened with the needle? the doctor at the hospital says the body has a pretty good immune system to start with so that got me thinking how the fuck did it happen anyway? this is perhaps something we can think about so that we can be better prepared in future. obviously you guys will not act like i did and remove the bandage. also obviously take antibiotics. a question to anyone medically minded: the infection was so big that i was on a drip. do you think that even if i had taken a handful of regular antibitocs on the day of the procedure and the next day also, an infection like this would have been too big for them anyway, or does it not work like that? did it only become a big infection becaue it was allowed to grow from a small infection? anyway, unexpected consequences:1. my Foreskin problem (remember that) is resolved. i now roll my Foreskin over the top like before. 2. i am hooked on opiate painkillers! FUCK. very quickly i started taking double, triple, then five times the dose. then i went back to the docs and somehow blagged another prescription. it all started about 5 weeks ago and then got out of hand quickly coz a. i love that shit and b. i\'ve been very worried also low and needed serious serotonin jacking. anyway, i\'ve taken a week off this week to cold-turkey. wtf! never done anything like this so not looking forward to it. i went half a day without taking anything a few days ago, sort of dipping my toes, and woah! nightmare.c. at the apex of my anxiety so to speak ie weeks 1 to 4 all i could do to take my mind off everything was gamble recklessly. within two weeks i\'d got to 1,350 chf from a start of about 200. this meant i was within touching distance of the money i\'d blown in prague just 3 weeks before. then i lost everything when chelsea scored that last minute goal against atletico madrid. it\'s a long time ago and i\'m over it but for 24 hours it was nice to have something else to be upset about LOL. most importantly, i want to shout-out all the guys who have been in a bad place, or the fellas who still are in a bad place, because of their Dick. youre totally amazing in my opinion to get through like you do and like you have. i no doubt didn\'t go through something as bad as a few you guys have been through or are going through but i nevertheless got very down and dark about it all, totally scared a few times, wondering what was gonna happen. respect guys! and naginati, i\'m thinking of you bro. i wish you good luck. chin up and fingers crossed.

Great to hear you are doing better. Was worried about you. Think it is smart to keep at lest the patch over the injection point for 2 days, but no idea how you got the infection. The clinic seems nice so think you got it somewhere else, but it is all speculation. If I ever go again I will take antibiotics that is for sure. Leaving an infection untreated will make it come worse in a lot of cases so you might only had a small infection to begin with.

And i hope you totally tell your doctor and every specialist or organisation there is for opiod addiction that you just became addicted. They can then make sure and hold you accountable not getting addicted. Opiods sound super-serious to me.

thanks George, yes i see what you mean and that makes sense to me. likely in most cases, infecitons start small and can be zapped with antibiotics straightaway. thanks Dream for the encouragement and advice, appreciate it. it\'s good advice but as it happens, a week later, im totally off the painkillers and it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. maybe thats because the stuff i was bingieng on wasnt even half-way along the wow-scale that goes up to morphine. the high wasnt exactly euphoric for example, more totally trancey. anyway, all this is yeh-man chat is for that other forum i would think, so im just gonna say i\'m off the painkillers and thank fuck for that. back to the real talk. this is an interesting point

this is an interesting point and i\'d like to tell you my reasoning about why i thought the discharge, on the first day that it started, was pus plus PMMA plus carrier. it\'s basically because the PMMA was still suspended in the carrier, and it was able to come out like liquid.

why did i think all this? my thinking is that 1. although it started discharging from my penis 10 days after the procedure (which you might think therefore is long enough for the PMMA to have \'done its thing\') 2. my penis was infected so quickly after the procedure, (ie within one or two days maybe even straightaway), that the usual biological reactions with the injected PMMA and carrier couldn\'t proceed. im thinking that under infected conditions, the process of carrier-absorbtion (which can take a few days) and then microbead-circling was 86\'d. for example, by the time that you would expect full carrier-absorbtion (3 days?), the infection had well and truly shown itself. and of course i\'m assuming that the extreme symptoms i presented to this forum on september 1st was like \'infection stage 2\' ie that i had been infected for a few days already prior to spetember 1st. also, 3, the amount of discharge that first day was unbeleivable. like a cup full. at least! for real! and i had just had 20ccs or whatever of filler. that it came out so much the first day and then relaitvely much much less over the next six weeks makes me think that day 1 discharge was pus and PMMA/carrier and day 2 to (6x7) was just pus. anyway i\'ll leave it there for the moment.
