I\'m really glad you think so. It\'s always helpful to get the perspective of someone else, especially because at this point almost all the swelling is gone and I\'m a little on the side of disappointed. But I definitely know it did something, and hopefully there is more sustaining growth to come.

My husband didn\'t love it, and it\'s still a bit of a touchy subject (hah!), but he\'s going to be fine. It\'s not like you can hide it.

I was told to wait at least a week before sex. I\'m going to hold firm to that. Besides, I do have some reduced sensation and traction issues that I have noticed when simply masturbating. It\'s not unbearable but doesn\'t make me ready for prime time.

THE NODULES HAVE ARRIVED.

There is one on my right mid-shaft. Not huge, but can definitely feel it. Not yet apparent at the skin level, but if you grabbed by shaft you would be able to feel it.

There also seems to be one forming at my left upper shaft, but it is much smaller.

What are my next steps? Will these go away? Should I massage them? I have read a few places where guys only really worked this out by going back and getting a Kenalog shot.

I wouldnt worry about it too much, I think if you over massage it you could just make things worse I\'d leave them.

I asked about those. Wade told me most of them resolve on their own over time

How about are you really unhappy with your current size? Are you willing to deal with the inevitable irregularities that come with PMMA? Are you willing to accept the risk that you could have a really bad result?

I\'m not saying PMMA is only for guys with little dicks. Plenty of members have had good starting sizes and did multiple rounds of PMMA and now have mega-dongs. I have no problem with that. But I think we oughta help guys pump the breaks a bit before they go in for this treatment. My experience was that they didn\'t go away but the bigger \"clumps\" did get smaller over time. The smaller BB shaped ones haven\'t changed in over 3 years. Massaging did not help but did hurt like a bitch. I\'ve just learned to get used to them as for the most part they are just cosmetic. Interestingly enough the only one that really gives me trouble is the mass I had from my first procedure. They tried to break it up with a cannula in round 2 with limited success. Sometimes I get this dull ache that lasts for a day or two and then goes away. I hardly notice it anymore but it used to bug me.

Imperial, you are spot on. This is actually the mantra of the moderators on here. This procedure is not foolproof. There can be complications. There can be irregularities. We have seen some guys come out looking great and others that had issues needing to be addressed. You never know. And for that reason every guy thinking about this has to go into it with that understanding. And there is no guarantee that having a successful first round will mean successful subsequent rounds.

I will disagree with you on one point. You said that anyone with PMMA will tell you it does not feel natural. In my case, it feels 100% natural. It does not feel the slightest bit unnatural either Flaccid or Erect. But then again, I only have a .5\" increase, so it would be safe to say that the larger the increase in size, the larger the possibility of it feeling off.

I had a couple of spots that felt like little lumps or nodules. Mine were more along the side. They went away on their own after a little time. I am sure it coincided with collagen formation, but now I cannot feel them at all.

Great Post! Enhancedong acts like this procedure is 100% success for all guys. Any woman that sees my penis in the light and examines for more than 5 seconds can tell I did something. Now I\'m forced to try to have sex in the dark and not let her get to hands before I stuff it in. Sucks for my psychology of sex but hopefully it will get better with time.
