Big update.

Woke up this morning, just 24 hours after the procedure, and my dick is finally starting to look like it\'s normal self.

The good feelings: I\'m not going to be stuck with a deformed monster mushroom alien penis

The not-as-great feelings: Wow, my dick looks almost the same as it did before the PMMA. (Now that\'s not completely true, and the measurements bear it out). It does look and definitely feel heavier but I\'m wondering if it takes a certain amount of time for the PMMA to settle. Should I expect any more growth? Typically when does it all settle out and we know what our permanent gains are?

Here are my measurements, which I want to wait on until things evened out a bit:

Original Flaccid Length: 4.5-5in
New Flaccid Length: 4.5-5.0in (No gain)

Original Erect Length: 7.5in
New Erect Length: 7in (-0.5) (I know this could be temporary, and I\'m currently having some range of motion issues when I get hard. I expect it will improve)

Original Flaccid Girth: Top: 3.5in, Middle: 3.4in, Base: 3.4in
New Flaccid Girth: Top: 5in. (+1.5 (probably above avg due to circ scar swelling), Middle: 4.5in (+1.1), Base: 4.9in (+1.5)

Even though it\'s the entire reason we do this (the \"main event\"), my erect Measurements are trickier because I don\'t feel like my erection is back up to 100%. I feel like I am experience some range-of-motion issues at the moment (maybe because the dick is not used to the PMMA). For instance, before the PMMA I used to be able to jerk off and pull my foreskin almost completely over my glans. Can\'t do that now. Not sure if that is temporary or something I might have to get used to. It\'s not debilitating, just new.

I took some measurements anyway but I\'m going to wait until I feel my erection is back at 100% before making any final calls, plus I hope I can be one of the lucky ones and get MORE than just 0.5\" from my first session

Original Erect Girth: Top: 4.6in, Middle: 4.5in, Base: 4.4in
New Erect Girth: Top: 5.0in (+0.4), Middle: 5.0in (+0.5), Base: 5.2in (+0.8) = They really attacked my base with lots of 30% to reverse my \"baseball bat\".

Pics below. Will probably take some more in another 48 hrs.

Thanks again for everything you do and all your work guys. You have inspired me and helped me through and I pledge to do the same for others that walk down this path.

NBP. I only measure what I can physically insert

Here\'s a pic stitch I threw together for comparative purposes, pre-PMMA and 48 hrs post-op.

Do you think I have more growing to do or is what you see after about three days about what you\'re going to end up with.

Notes: obvious loss in vascularity (I\'m fine with it) and a little decrease in length

The vascularity should come back for the most part. You just have to give it time for the swelling to go away.
And I would not worry about the small decrease in length. This too should come back after the swelling goes away.
You will more than likely have some growth. The actual growth does not kick in until your body builds collagen. It can take a handful of weeks to see the final result.
Great result, by the way!

I appreciate that tidbit, briceb. From my research I feel like the average for that collagen build to complete has been about 4-6 weeks?

Yeah, that\'s about the average time frame. But some guys experience changes up to a few months afterwards. They say that you are able to go back for another round after 6 weeks, but I believe that is way too soon. This is especially true if you have some firmer spots or nodules. They tend to get softer given some time.

Now, I personally did not gain any further size after the swelling decreased. Immediately afterwards I was really big, but like some others on here, I think that the collagen was building as the swelling was decreasing, so I did not have the \"bounce\" back up that other guys experience.

This is definitely an individualized experience.

DAY 4 UPDATE

The good news is that my penis looks normal. It\'s proportionate, back to a normal color, and the entry points are almost gone. Not bad for 96 hours.

The bad news is that I took new measurements today and the top and center circumference is right back to where we were before the PMMA (4.5\").

To be fair, I\'ve gained almost an Inch at the base. I\'m right around 5.5\" Erect. At bare minimum, a victory could be that they reversed my baseball bat penis. However, I\'d like to think with the investment I would at least get a half an Inch, which seems to be the average.

How many other people have experienced this? I feel like I\'m hearing that the real growth happens after when collagen builds (over 6ish weeks) but I\'ve also heard some guys just don\'t grow anymore after the swelling goes away. I just want to keep the bar appropriately low if there is a real possibility 2/3 of my penis will remain the same size that it was before the procedure.

@iwantfullfrontal,

A couple of quick comments:

[1] I don\'t know if 0.5\" is an average. I got that but many had far less.

[2] It\'s too soon to know where you\'ll end up. I believe collagen takes 2 to 3 months to build up. Make sure you get enough vitamin C in your diet and get enough sleep. I think what happened with you is that your swelling went down super fast. Now let the collagen build it back up.

[3] My Girth stabilized at day 11 or so. What I think happened is that my collagen build up started matching my swelling decrease. I\'ve had two rounds and both happened the same way. But others had your experience where their swelling went down fast and then collagen brought it back up.

Hope this helps.

Wow bro, that before and after pic really tells how this really helped you out. It really looks natural. I have yet to take the plunge, but I will soon, but at just 96 hrs, that\'s an amazing difference. I\'m curious to know how your partner feels after this procedure. At what point can you have sex? Keep us posted, and thanks for taking your time and the much needed info ?
