I will be heading down to Tijuana the end of March for round 1. I\'ve made significant progress length wise (much sooner than I was expecting) with recent use of the bib Hanger at heavy weights. and have finally made it to 7in NBPEL, which was the greatest barrier in preventing me from taking the plunge. Now that I\'m finally content on length, I am looking forward to an easy increase in Girth. It\'ll be a dream come true. At 6ft1 tall and 165lbs I look like a pencil Dick right now with 4in Flaccid Girth and a 6inch Flaccid length, so the bulge I get with PMMA will be worth more than a million dollars I think, lol.

I\'ve been Jelqing since 19 (just turned 25 now) and maybe made 0.5in in increased length with it. I bought the bib Hanger years back but seldom used it. I think it is a god send for length and a very underrated device. I never used it because of the time limitation, but I\'ve been doing two sets of 15 min at 15 lbs in the morning and two at night for 2 months now and I\'ve nearly got an Inch out of my ligs. I\'ve also been wearing the Vacextender ads throughout the day, but I think the Hanger is primarily responsible for the gains. The ADS does keep me from Turtling and hides nicely under clothes.

Congrats Shadow, IMO, 7 inches in.length is a great length size........definitely easier to gain the Girth now a days with PMMA........

Good to see you saying non bone pressed & not bone pressed.......I never understood why guys measure bone pressed, it boggles my mind.

Yeah, I never considered BPEL a true indication of anything, although they are pretty much the same right now for me. BPEL gives me just under 7.25in, but I used to have over 0.5in difference. I\'ve lost a lot of weight recently, going from 195lbs in September to the 165lbs I currently am, but I am in much better shape now aesthetically.

Hey Shadow, do you attribute the 6\" of Flaccid length to be from Hanging or have you always been that long Flaccid.

I just started Hanging 2 wks ago and can definitely see the Flaccid getting longer but I\'m only at 5 LB for 45 min at the moment and could definitely feel the soreness in my tendon.

Bone pressed is a measurement of what your penis can be when you\'re fucking hard.

At least that\'s my opinion on the matter. It\'s a measurement of your sexual length not visual length.

Wowsers! So Shadow is 6 inches in the Flaccid state & 7 inches in Erect, he\'s not a Grower........I thought stretching only got the Erect state longer.......didn\'t known you could make the Flaccid state longer w/o cutting the ligaments.

The one thing Jelqing did do is give me a nice Flaccid when I\'m completely comfortable. But I am a major turtler and can go down to around 4 quite frequently.

I would suggest increasing the weight to the point where you can\'t wear it more than 15 minutes. I used to do small weights for a long time and it didn\'t do much. I went from 5 my first day, then able to go to 10 the next and all the way up to 15 after a few days.

Shadow, I\'ve tried hangi g years ago, it just hurts too much.......I rather stretch using an extender for 3 to 4 hours at a time, then take a break for an hour & go at it for another 4 hours.......I always felt the burning sensation on my ligaments from my stretcher.

Do you prefer an extender or Hanging with weights?

I started wearing the phallosan a year or so ago, and a normal stretcher 6 months prior to that. I started Hanging about 6 weeks ago, and my Flaccid hang has improved majorly. You have to be very careful with Hanging, but I prefer it over the Phallosan. With the phallosan the \"Ring\" can lead to some major discomfort, if forced in a position where you can\'t change it. IE i\'ve had a few times where I was due for it to rotate to the opposite side, but got called to an extended meeting etc. With Hanging, I sit on a table, feet propped up on a chair so there is a more downward hang. I start out at a lighter weight, for maybe 15-25 minutes and then proceed to a heavier weight for the last half of the session. I typically get in about an hour 4-5 x a week now. I love it!

It was probably just over 6in NBPEL, but I\'ve been doing PE for so long I really can\'t remember. I\'ve fought
really hard for this one Inch. I was stuck at 6.5-6.75in NBPEL for years, but now I consistently measure over 7, and that\'s all I ever really wanted.

Are you using a bib like device? You can\'t hang a substantial amount of weight without something similar in design, that uses Clamping force rather than vacuum pressure.

Here\'s a pre-op Erect photo, showing just under 7in NBPEL (it\'s like 6.95in measured with a tape measure from the base). If I were to jam a ruler into my fat pad like some of the guys on Thunder\'s, I can get it to nearly 7.5in, but I don\'t think that an honest measurement.

I thought I would be happy at 7in length, but I still look small in the photo (at least to me). I also have baseball bat Girth, with 5.3in at the top and just under 5in at the bottom. As I\'ve stated, I am still conducting a daily Hanging routine with the bib Hanger to see what transpires, and I am going to call Dr Adams\' clinic on Monday to find out more about his protocol. So PMMA might now be a definitive thing, but is still on for now. Will let everyone know.

Flaccid around 5.5in:

I know there is debate to PMMA\'s compatability with uncircumcised guys, as you can see I am. I also don\'t like how high my Flaccid exits, as it makes it look significantly smaller in length than it is. I am hoping continued Hanging at heavy weights can help reduce the high exit point.
