Great news dude. Different aftercare instructions than I recieved. I would do as she says and massage lightly. Try and feel where the PMMA is and keep it distributed evenly. As for Cialis. IMO it depends whether you think you\'ll retract much. I didn\'t take any but did retract. Doesn\'t seem to have done any harm.

The fatness on one side could imply two things: Uneven swelling (which isn\'t an issue); or uneven product distribution (which can be problematic, but not always). If it\'s the latter, continue massaging your unit, think of PMMA as a cement that likes to eventually set into place given enough time. Not sure how Dr. N feels about it, but I know with my experiences with Dr. C, massaging is an effective way to mold out un-evenness in the earliest stage(s) (24-48 hours).

I\'m also a believer that patient\'s own unique anatomy presents the greatest X-factor in this whole equation.
