Hey bro, things are going solid. Not too much to report that\'s changed. Size is up to 6 5/8\" MSEG at week two. Length has dropped 5/8\"... Things are settling out nicely for the most part. I still have a small build up of product on my underside at my base and the entry points still have mini bb sized Balls (not sure if they are nodules or what but I haven\'t been squeezing them. Just letting them do their thing in hope they will subside on their own like Wade and others have stated they would after a few weeks.

Trying to plan my touch up session for May. Ill post some pics and measurements at the 4-6 week mark when everything should be settled.

Honzee, Please show us some updates on how after treatment has progresses. This is very important for us all.

Hey boys sorry for not getting back sooner. I wanted to give a proper update once things settled completely and my unit stop changing. Man do things change over the first few months. Things have settled nicely.

Highlights:

1. Entry point bumps disappeared (95%) but took 2.5 months.

2. Any irregularities smoothed out, slight ring of product near base is gone.

3. There is still a slight gap at my base though when you feel around but isn\'t the end of the world. This will be corrected round 2 hopefully.

4. Hit my low at 6 3/8\" MSEG, holding strong now.

5. My length has reduced to 7.5\". BPEL from 7 7/8\".

6. My personal results were good enough to my girl never knew I had surgery. Very natural feeling and appearance. I can tell though but I highly doubt any girl would ever suspect anything. I do see how some guys say 30% feels rubbery almost and it does to some degree but isn\'t that bad really. To me it\'s more like yur old Cock with a mild chub making it slightly more rigid and less floppy. To me I prefer the new consistency though.

I have not done any PE since the procedure. I injected twice in the last week or two to see how it would go and was fine. However was more difficult to determine if I got my CC or not but was pretty normal.

Am I still happy with my decision. Hells yeah. I had pretty good results IMO though and one should always be aware of the risks and have an understanding of their anatomy and how it may be affected differently than others after receiving PMMA.

I will go back in the near future for a base touch up with 30% and possibly an average round of 10% the rest of the shaft to smooth out the shaft even more, and maybe attain another 1/8\"-1/4\" maybe.

Like all the vets on here stress, AFTERCARE is so important and you need to dedicate your post 48 hours to you had your Cock if you want good results. Don\'t be lazy or think things will be different for you from guys who have issues post op. Make the time and focus on yur unit.

DO you still feel the PMA was worth it. I have wondered if a partner adjusts to the new size so that it is no longer novel. Does your wife still get off on your new big Cock now like she did the first time?

Great, ended up right around what you got. 27cc\'s total (25cc\'s @30% and 2cc\'s @10%).

Focus this time was to build up the front half of my shaft, fix the base gaps and overall increase. Looking pretty solid right now. Definitely more swelling than last time I think. I can notice a difference already. Popped 400mg of Ibuprofen an hour before and an hour after now like last time so well see if that helps. I have it in the sleeve they provided at the moment. Seems to be doing a nice job keeping things together, warm and slightly under pressure. I think the sleeve will be most beneficial at night when you aren\'t aware of when things might be moving around.

Took Flaccid before pics as well as Flaccid post op pics right away. Going to let the bigger guy rest a bit then work up an Erection and work the product. I\'ll post some pics later tonight if I am able to stay up.

I agree with you that I like the sleeve better than the wrap for sure. I did have a couple of times where it has already worked its way off or Hanging on by the glans. But overall, its nice.

Hey boys, here are some pics from right after the procedure. Some Flaccid, chub and 75% Erect. First night went well. I messaged, palpated before sleeping and wore my sleeve the whole night. Held out well over night overall. I\'ve left the entry points open as per Dr. C and Wade. Fluid leakage has been more than the first round. Still oozing out slightly but slowing down. Only been 12 hours roughly so still pretty fresh.

When I got up this morning I took off the sleeve, cleaned and sanitized, did some light stretching and jelqed lightly, palpated for any bumps (none yet) and evened out any irregularities. Unit is looking good overall. Have it wrapped up again and keeping swelling in check with the ibuprofen.

Ill take some more pics and measurements at the 24 hour mark and 48.
