Thanks Beta - now that it\'s many months later, do you think you\'d have rather done 10% from the start? I won\'t have the same Circumcision issues as you, but I\'ll have the same Turtling issues & they are really pro-30% now...I guess unless you insist on 10.

I think I would have 10%. I believe that the 30% was too high volume for the beads and that caused the beads to leak out into the area between my skin and my shaft(bucks/dartos, I forget the anatomy). I did go in requesting 10% but they insisted on 30%. As long as you make it clear that you won\'t be unhappy with minimal gains they will probably be ok with 10%. I went in with that attitude but the idea of good gains was just too appealing. I will say that the stuck skin issue is not very common. And if you are uncut it might not really be that big of a deal. I might eventually just get circumsized as that would remove the problem for the most part.

Beta do you know if Dr Gelman is willing to remove my PMMA ? I met with Dr Alter but he said the odds of a favorable outcome are dim due to fascia and skin damage when he excises the material, and it sounded like he did not want to help me. I am scared and really need to find an experienced surgeon who will not dismiss me like Alter did.

Don\'t do that without thorough research! Circumcision removes most of the frenular delta and all of the ridged band. That\'s the equivalent of getting rid of your \"g-spot\'.

Thanks for the tip lurker. I\'ve definitely done my research. I\'m a big advocate of not circumsizing children. I\'m considering doing it because my skin no longer retracts properly. Before going that route though I\'m hoping to get the skin issue corrected. I\'m at about 16 months post op round 1 and about 9 months post op touch up. The stuck skin is still a big issue but not a killer for me. I can still have good sex and still have a fat functional Dick. Blow jobs are kinds of tough though because girls can\'t really retract my skin and if they do it lumps up at the bottom. I\'m hoping to go in for one more touch up to even out the lumps and then looking into surgery here in the US to unstick the skin. If I can get my skin to properly slide along my shaft I would give the surgery 5/5. As of now I\'m placing it at 3/5 for me.
