TOPIC: Beta's Uncut PMMA progress

The base was immediately hard and that never went away. It also did not swell on the top shaft where the stuck skin was, but it did swell underneath. I had enough swelling that I did not know what was or wasn\'t PMMA so I just massaged everything. I was able to stay hard about 2hours straight after getting back in states and just massaggin. Then 20-30 minutes every hour until for the next 6 hours. I do not think I massaged properly as I did get a ring near the glans and a large ridge to the left of the shaft. I did get pretty big gains though. I was taking fish oil, collagen-c, vitamin c, multivitamin, and protein 2 or 3 months pre-op. I\'m at abou +1 Inch 4 weeks out

So yesterday I was pulling and pulling at the stuck skin hoping it would slowly start to give. My penis ended up swelling hours later roughly to what it looked like 7-10days post op. I also have a mild pain at the base, not on the shaft but in my pubic mound. It looks like PMMA is not actually in the shaft but goes into the pubic mound. The shaft i can feel go in another direction once it enters my pubic mound. Functionally, it works fine when hard. Everything swells and the PMMA and shaft are pressed together and might as well be one. However, when it is Flaccid it is very easy to pull the PMMA away from the rest of the shaft to see they are separate.

Anyways I\'ve heard of post-sex PMMA swelling. HOw bad is the swelling and how soon did it start post op? I\'ve had sex several times and did not experience any swelling like this.

Hi Beta, how long did the swelling actually last?

THe swelling from pulling at the skin, well I can\'t really tell. I had sex last night and this morning and so it is still swollen tonight. I\'m going on more then 24 hours but I\'ve either been having sex or messing with it that entire period.

On a side note I did use some magnums this weekend and I think even those are too small. They left a ridg at my base that lasted a while. I\'m roughtly 5 and 3/4\" at the base right now. There is a ring near the glans that is very prominent. Wonder how much that will go away as time goes on or if I will need a Kenalog shot which I read are pretty bad for you.

About 6 weeks post op now. Still have the affixed skin and I continue to pull and massage it hoping it loosens up. I can\'t tell if it\'s working or not but I think it might be so I will continue to do it. Ridge near glans has gone down a little but it is still there. If it does not go away on it\'s own I might consider seeing a Urologist for the fixed skin and the ridge Removal. I will visit dr. C for round 2 before that though to see if he can fix the issues.

Girth is still at 5.75\". Foreskin is becoming more compliant. I\'m still using cocoa butter stretch mark lotion on my Foreskin and drinking lots of water. Had sex with a girl yesterday for about 1.5 hours. She texted me later that she was bleeding a little and today she said she is pretty sore and it\'s very uncomfortable. She is 20 and half asian. THe other girl I\'m seeing complains about soreness but for the most part is pretty into the new Girth. Magnum condoms are still pretty tight. Swelling after sex is still significant as well.

Same deal as you on entry point nodules. Have yours improved?

Miracle I have 1 that is very prominent and I massage it regularly. Simply pinching it and rolling it in my fingers. It is uncomfortable to do but bearable. At first I thought it was getting smaller but I\'m only six weeks so things still change week to week at this point. I\'m not sure if the decrease in the nodules are from my massaging them or if that would have occured anyways. One thing I do know is that it is in my skin and not in the shaft. Because I\'m uncut I can slide my skin around(except where it is stuck) and the Nodule slides with it. THe Nodule has gotten harder. I recently read a progress report where Dr. C cut the nodules out and everything healed fine. It is likely I\'ll have Dr. C do this during round 2.

Same scenario. It is in the skin. I spoke with EvilPnievel and he said he experienced same and that over time, they resolved. He said it can take 8 - 12 weeks.

beta, do you have a history of bad scarring, or keloid formation? maybe thats why your nodules are getting hard.

I heal very quickly. I\'ve had several mishaps people thought were going to end up in horrendous scars, but my skin looks as clean as a whistle. I believe the nodules are from PMMA that remained near the entry points and have now developed collagen. They continue to diminish as I massage them.

I believe that to be an accurate assessment Beta. I have the exact same issue. I never sleep the day before the procedure and I had slept the previous day either. After the surgery, I did return and massage, squeeze entry points, etc. I did all this for about 6 hours and then crashed. When I awoke, the entry points were still oozing and I just wiped them with a gauze pad and went back to sleep. Round 4, I will take Ambien and Amphetamines. J/K
