I iced my penis for 20 min. And measured 6.6\" Flaccid. Fingers crossed we\'re continuing in the right direction.

The wife said it was red where the swelling was located.

My penis is warm to the touch, but that area does have good circulation.

I awoke with a good Erection, the swelling is down a lot, but not all the way. I measured Erect 6.9 which is down from 7.2.

I will have my work cut out for me, as the areas that have hardened are still present, but that\'s fine.

I stopped DSMO after the 2nd day.

I stopped the Prednisone after the 3rd day. (Due to running out, ill have more later this week)

I have continued take Bactrim (antibiotic) 2 & 3 times a day. (Every 8 hours)

Ice every other day. 20min

Measuring Flaccid varies from 6.3 to 6.5. Erect varies from 6.7-7.0

The area has softened somewhat but I\'ll have to do my diligence with the DSMO when the antibiotics are done.

It looks like a good Cock again, I\'m thankful. We can all learn from this in regards to PMMA &Piercings/trauma to the penis.

Best case scenario, it goes back to like it was with just a little firming of my right shaft.

Worst case, the right shaft continues to harden and I either have Lipo surgery to remove the lumps or Dr. C to break them up. (Not even close to worse case right now)

It\'s just so random, aside from the peircing.... which is the culprit but why attack the PMMA inches away, instead of the actual fistula?

Update: there\'s good and bad. I\'ve finishedthe antibiotics.

Bad: there\'s definitely some hardening of the PMMA & swelling is still slightly present. My EQ is now very inconsistent. I\'ve settled at 7.00\" midshaft Girth. With 6.4\" Flaccid.

Good: swelling is down and my Cock is looking better, but still not where I want it.


Let\'s brainstorm and discuss what could he happening to my Cock. Let\'s also assume the peircing caused the issue, indirectly by giving bacteria an entryway into my penis.

I have some theories, some have already been discussed but nevertheless let\'s brainstorm. Also include what you think should be done about it.

-infection led to my immune system attacking large collections of foreign (PMMA) bodies in my penis.
-infection lead to swelling which put pressure on the PMMA which caused a reaction to harden it.
-reaction to the jewlery which caused my penis to swell and PMMA to harden.
-abscess in my penis
-Paraphimosis from my jewlery and partial Circumcision

Was your replacement jewelry of good quality? Was it put into an autoclave before you put in? The only reason I keep coming back to this is 1st I have had that happen to me before with cheaper jewelry and 2nd this happened to you so quickly after replacement of that jewelry. I am no expert but I would think the hard spot is still remnants of infection. And now thinking about all of this has got your mind all jumbled up causing eq issues.

I would go to the Dr and tell him about possible piercing infection so you can get correct antibiotics if you are real worried. If there is no pain or redness I personally would let it be. But that\'s just me.

I\'m embarrassed to admit this. But I boiled all the jewlery I had in 12g, i didn\'t think the 10g would fit so I didn\'t boil it, but saw that it would fit and got too excited and just out it in. I washed my Cock real good but didn\'t take the jewlery out until 11 days later once the swelling started.

I\'ve since completed 9 days of Bactrim.
