Hello everyone I am new to the site. I\'d like to say that for someone who has been considering an enhancement procedure for a few years now, you guys are a blessing. I have learned more in the last 48 hours than I have in the last 2 years. I have spent countless hours looking at Dr.\'s websites and trying to create a \"plan of attack\" if you will. Unfortunately I have found that no Dr. is going to tell you about the bad they all seem to have near perfect track records and countless happy patients. I am really glad to learn the truth before I jump into anything (Especially because I was leaning most strongly toward the Elist implant) and now see that that may have been the absolute worst option for me. Has anyone ever had success with that? Once again thank you all for your info and stories. Some of you guys have been through a lot and for you to share it with others, like myself is wonderful.

I will start with a little about myself and go from there. I am 30 years old. 5\'10\" tall and weight 195 lbs. I have an athletic build. I am married and have two beautiful children. A boy and a girl. My issues with my penis are strongly psychological and deeply rooted in my past. I am the guy who never took a shower in gym class and used the stall in the bathroom instead of standing at the urinal. My complex started very early in my childhood. Unfortunately, I was molested by a family member for several years who constantly told me how small I was. I prefer to not get too deep into it, but years of physical and sexual abuse left me with very little self esteem by the time I was ready to start middle school. I was a late bloomer so all of my friends had bigger penises than mine and therefore I was the only one who always had an excuse not to shower after gym etc. I had a lot of problems with depression, anger, and a host of other issues throughout high school and my early twenties. I drank excessively and slept with as many women as possible as a coping mechanism. I had 2 major relationships before I found my wife and unfortunately was cheated on by both women. I am sure it was a combination of my lack of self esteem and their just being tramps, but I was told in both situations that the guys they cheated with had bigger dicks. Obviously this was like a dagger through my heart and something that I have carried with me ever since. In both situations I stayed with them and continued to support them financially and emotionally and in both situations they ended up cheating on me again which eventually led to our parting ways. Between the two relationships and after I went off the deep end and drank myself into oblivion. I met my wife about a year after the last big let down. She was very outgoing and I was smitten right from the start. We were married less than a year after first meeting each other and things have been a lot of fun. We now have two children and lead pretty normal lives. I don\'t drink to excess, we go to church, etc. Unfortunately my concerns about the size of my penis have never changed and I made the HUGE mistake of asking about the guys in her past relationships. I found out that the guy she was with for 4 years before me was enormous penis 7.5\"x 6.5\" and that many others have been much larger than me too. I actually respect and appreciate her honesty, but asking those stupid questions has destroyed my confidence with her. I am consumed by feelings of inadequacy. I have what is considered to be a completely normal and average size penis according to the surveys I have read and what not. It is 3.75\" FL X 4\" FG and 5.75\" EL X 4.75\" EG. There is no taper. The girth is identical from the base to the glands. Knowing that I am normal doesn\'t help my feelings at all. I think its all relative. I know that my wife is a bit of a size queen, but that is who I married and that is who my beautiful children are with and I have no intentions of divorce. At the same time I know that she is not fully satisfied with the size of my penis and it eats me alive. I have spoken to her about having a procedure and she very reluctantly(saying she didn\'t want to hurt my feelings) admitted that she would enjoy sex more if I had a thicker penis. Once again, I love the fact that she is honest with me, but damn if it doesn\'t sting like a bitch sometimes lol. I truly feel that having a larger penis will give me a better life. I am tired of it being such an issue instead of a confidence booster. That being said, thank you all for listening and I would love any suggestions on which procedures you recommend and don\'t. I am not concerned with my length as much as girth and she doesn\'t like a lot of length either. I am very strongly considering pmma at this point, but am having trouble choosing between that and fft with prp. Any help and insight will be greatly appreciated. I have read many of your stories and thank you once again for the help!!!

I wish to convey something to you, but do not take my suggestion the wrong way. I was going to PM you, but it seems like you are fine discussing it in public.

IMO, if I were you, I would most definitely speak to a professional to deal with your problems, before you undergo something that you may end up regretting. It is more appropriate that you deal with your problems in a professional way, instead of masking your problems, which is exactly what you are thinking about doing. Your problems are most definitely psychological, so deal with it that way.

Thanks Coolhandluke and Quantum for your comments and insight. I actually have sought council through church and a psychologist for my problems for years and have made tremendous progress. I agree that some of the things that I have been through are difficult if not impossible to forget, but I have learned to cope with them fairly well. The circumstances of what happened were out of my control and certainly not my fault. I laid a lot on the table right from the get go, but let me assure you that life is not all doom and gloom. I just feel that this is a community of men who are open and honest about their situations and therefore deserve the same from me. I have a lot of happiness in my life, my wife and children are wonderful and I take a lot of pride in the fact that I provide a life for my family that is the polar opposite of my upbringing. There is a tremendous amount of love, respect, and honesty in our family. We live several states away from my family and don\'t associate. I am very successful in my career and we are fortunate to enjoy a wonderful lifestyle. I agree that a large portion of my penis issues are psychological, but none the less I cannot seem to shake them. I am certain that my wife would be fine with me the way that I am if I chose not to undergo an enhancement as she has told me so. She is loving and supportive. At the same time as coolhandluke said she and I both believe that there would be more enjoyment in our sex lives if I had more Girth. It is more of an issue for me than her, but I know she would enjoy it. I appreciate the info on the granulomas and migration to your lymph nodes. I am sorry to hear of your misfortune. Do you know if that is very common? It certainly gives me some concern. What do you think about FFT with prp. I have seen threads that claim it is the safest way to go. I read on 1 thread that there is a 70% satisfaction rate with most dissatisfaction being lumpiness that is possible to fix with fillers. I am aware that there is certainly risk involved and am prepared for it. I just need as much info as possible on what is the safest procedure. I also know that my penis may not be as visually pleasing after augmentation, but I feel like feel is more important than look. Am I on the right track here? I have to say that most of the pictures I have seem on here the penises were better looking before the procedures, but haven\'t heard a single one say that their women didn\'t enjoy the bigger thicker penis more than before even if it wasn\'t as \"pretty\". Back to PMMA, most of the before and after pics show pretty impressive gains and still look \"normal\". I am concerned though about the long term effects, say 10 or 20 years down the road. I am only 30 and hopefully will have 3 or more decades of sex ahead of me. I haven\'t seen any pics of bad results with any procedures. Does anyone have pics or a link that they would be willing to share? What are the potential long term effects that could happen with PMMA? Is FFT with prp the safest? I am pretty sure that I wouldn\'t want a silicone implant or alloderm graft just because they are so invasive and the risk of infection and rejection seems to be too high. Has anyone heard of any new procedures in the making that may be better or possibly something that I just haven\'t heard of yet? What procedure overall has the least amount of risk? Pmmaalltheway, sisemic, and hunkchuck seemed to all have amazing results. I havent seen your pics cool hand luke. Can you give some before and after stats? Are you still having problems with pain and granulomas or have the issues been resolved. Thanks again for the help. It is great to talk about this.

Ok guys, I am definitely getting close to setting an appt. for PMMA. I need some feedback on pre op routines such as stretching and pumping. Will they help loosen the skin to make more room for filler? If so what pump or stretching device do you recommend? I also was just told that Hyaluronic Acid may be a viable option. does anyone have any info on this? I was told that it is temporary, but is quite a bit safer than PMMA and the results could last up to 18 months. Has anyone had this done that would be willing to share any information?

I wouldn\'t have Hyuloronic acid fillers if I were you. The studies published tend to be positive, but I\'ve never come across anyone who was pleased with the results. My Urologist will do it, but he\'s not very enthusiastic about the results. They are just too soft and tend to move about.

However, recently a member has posted about his experience with Radiesse and was much more positive. I\'ve since found another positive report of Radiesse enhancement.

When you look into what the fillers are and how they work it makes sense that Radiesse would be superior to Hyaluronic acids. Radiesse works in avery similar way to PMMA, only it is temporary as it\'s made of biological material. It also appears that Radiesse gives more volume per ml injected and therefore it is affordble.

I actually think that it sounds like a brilliant option for those uncertain regarding PMMA. In my opinion most people would be better off trying a temporary filler first, but in the past this option wasn\'t available. However, if Radiesse is as suitbale as it sounds from what I\'ve recently read, then the option is now there, which is brilliant new for PE.

I recently submitted a ton of questions to Dr. C\'s office. I will post the Q&A once the answers are received. I am sure many of them have already been answered somewhere else, but it may help someone anyway. I\'ll get back soon.
