@CHL, were PMMA beads mentioned in the CT or Pathology report?

I don\'t think that there has been an update with that info yet.

Although some may disagree with a Hyaluronic Acid augmentation, I think most here will agree that a temporary filler such as Radiesse® or other is a much safer route. Long term results of PMMA are not known and as coolhandluke and others can attest... sh*t happens. Aside from the typical nodules and unevenness, I also have some sensitivity ventrally near the glans where the PMMA moved too close to the urethra. Go cannula!

Ok guys, I spoke to wade today and many of my concerns were alleviated. First off I must say that I was happy that he called to speak with me instead of just emailing back. It made me feel much more comfortable. You guys have been a huge help to me also, so thank you! I will post the Q&A, but most of them have been answered several times in the forum, so it probably won\'t be anything new for most of you , so I apologize if its repetitive. I would also like to state that I am writing the following from memory of my phone conversation so it will not be the exact dialog of Wade. I just don\'t wanna put \"words in someone\'s mouth\" so to speak.

1. If I spread the process out with less concentration of PMMA and more injections 6 months apart or so, will I most likely have a more pleasing result aesthetically? Yes, a higher percentage or concentration of PMMA will tend to have a higher chance for irregularities in shape.
2. What do you recommend for first time volume and % of PMMA to be the safest and have the most appealing appearance? They recommend 10% concentration of PMMA for the first round to build a base layer of PMMA/collagen. Volume is decided on a patient to patient basis depending on goals and anatomy of patient.
3. Will there be post op exercises or stretching that I need to to to insure proper settling of the PMMA? Massaging to keep the placement of PMMA uniform is critical for the first 24 hrs to ensure the best chance for proper aesthetics. Also it is important to have erections to help keep the PMMA spread evenly through the shaft so Cialis may be given to assist with this.
4. If so is there any equipment or devises involved and how to I obtain them before hand? No you may be given a silicon sleeve if needed.
5. Is there any chance of hardening of the PMMA years down the road or chance of later migration? No, once the PMMA has healed it will be in place permanently and will not harden.
6. What are the chances of rejection and infection? The body will not reject the PMMA. It will encapsulate it in collagen and cause no harm.
7. Can I expect nodules? There is certainly chance to develop bumps or nodules, but they can be corrected and will generally soften by themselves over time.
8. How much Girth can I expect to obtain from 1 round and still maintain 6 months after my first injections. 0.5\"-0.75\" is the typical gain from each round of PMMA, of course this can vary due to volume and % of PMMA used.
9. Should I stretch or pump my penis to loosen the skin to make more room for the injections? No, Each patient has their own routine and preference before and after the procedure, but we do not recommend stretching, jelking, pumping, etc. because we want the tissues as healthy as possible at the time of the procedure.
10. Should I take any supplements to help with healing and collagen formation even though I stay fit and eat a clean diet? Use of supplements and vitamins are at the patients discretion, if you are physically fit and eat clean your body should work quickly to heal on its own, but vitamin C is good to take and if you want to take a collagen promoting supplement it should be fine.

That is all that I have for now. Hopefully it will help someone. Christian and Wade are very professional and easy to talk to. I feel that they are very honest and straight forward, unlike several other doctors I have spoken to in the past. I plan on scheduling my first appointment by the end of this week. I believe that PMMA is the best choice for my situation. Wish me luck! I will be continuing my research in the mean time and will report any valuable info that I come across.

While I certainly trust Dr. Casavantes and RN Wade as much as one can trust a physician and nurse, I must agree with CHL. How can any physician/nurse state that a foreign body reaction WILL NOT occur when there are zero long term studies?

Thanks NSY82 and CHL, this is a good thread for guys just beginning to gather info for PMMA injections, such as myself. Hopefully I\'ll be healed up by the spring (from the implant Removal). Seems most guys end up going 3 times, or more, I\'m really hoping for 2 myself, TJ is long ways for some of us. I think I\'ll be settling at about 5.5 EMSG, which is what I had before the implant. So for me one more Inch would be good enough. Any opinions on 1 Inch from 2 sessions?
Oh- Good luck notsureyet !! (but it seems you are) Hope you continue with progress reports post inj.

After reading CHL\'s drudge report I am certainly not saying that question #6 is accurate. I hope I didn\'t come off as argumentative or insensitive. That is certainly not my intent. I do feel that I should elaborate some as I was slightly vague on the Q&A and may have given the wrong impression. The emphasis on my question to Wade was if PMMA was or had any carcinogenic effects on the body that could potentially cause cancer in the long term. The answer was no it isn\'t and can\'t. Also when I said that it would not cause infection, I was talking about rejection later down the road. He did say that infection at the injection sites are possible any that is why post op care is so important. He said that they will take every precaution to insure that the PMMA is injected in a sterile environment and will be evenly distributed throughout the penis, however the post op care is critical to the success of the procedure and that is ultimately the responsibility of the patient once they leave the clinic. The first 24-48 hours post op are apparently critically important to achieve a healthy and aesthetically pleasing outcome. Hope this helps and sorry for any confusion if I caused it. Thanks for your insight CHL and Miracle7x6.5. Thanks also marknmau for the positive wishes! I will keep everyone posted on whats happening!!

I also want to report that I got my Bathmate in the mail today. I got it to hopefully loosen things up a bit before my 1st round of PMMA. I must say it is amazing what that thing does to your junk. I only used it for 5 minutes at a time 4 times back to back, but I was huge after it was over. I literally couldn\'t believe how giant my Dick was. I didn\'t measure but it had to be 1/4\"+ longer and I am guessing 3/4\" more Girth, maybe more. That was the first time in my life to have a big heavy Dick Hanging between my legs and it felt awesome. I was way bigger Flaccid that I normally am hard. My wife saw it and her jaw dropped. She said,\" oh my gosh thats the biggest limp Dick I\'ve ever seen.\" I know its temporary but man that comment alone felt awesome. I did have a very irregular shape after it went down, but I put my wife\'s bullet vibrator on it for about 20 minutes and it smoothed right back out to normal. I am very excited about my PMMA procedure. The look on her face let me know that this is definitely gonna be fun!!! I didn\'t get a chance to try it out as I had to go to the Dr. for a vasectomy very soon afterward. Speaking of that procedure wasn\'t a whole lot of fun, but not as bad as I expected.

Hey guys who already have PMMA. I have a question for you. After my PMMA procedure is done and I am healed can I continue to pump using my bathmate? I am sure I would need to wait at least 6 months after my procedure, but do you guys think it would be ok then? Does anyone on here with PMMA pump? How well does it work for you or does it cause problems? Thanks

I have had two rounds now. I have went from 4.5 eg to 6 I used to pump a lot just to get to 5. I am told you can pump after six months or so, but to be honest I have no desire to pump anymore. I am sure I will do it again someday just for the hell of it. Good luck, I love Dr. C and Wade. They have changed my life

Thanks Irishfan! If i could get your results and go from 4.75\" to 6.25\" I would be happy and probably wont want to pump anymore either. I am glad to hear that its OK after 6 months or so though. You never can tell. I got my first glimpse of what it feels like to have big Girth with the pump and I now see why all of these guys say Girth is addictive.

I had a vasectomy on Friday and spoke to my Urologist about my upcoming procedure with Dr. Casavantes. He said that collagen in our bodies is constantly changing and restructuring itself. He agrees that PMMA is the best procedure for me out of the choices given, but is concerned that the collagen that forms in my penis will over time move or change and would cause the need for more and more touch ups and become sort of a never ending process. Are any of his concerns valid? What do you guys think? I emailed Dr. C and will get back to you with an answer.

Another question I have is Linnea vs. Metacril vs. New Plastic? What are the differences? Is there any one that we should lean toward or stay away from? If so why? Does Dr. C offer all 3 of these?
