Thanks MM. Don\'t think you are ever worried about the competition! lol I like this size which is perturbing as I know over the next 6 months it will decline. My question to you is when is big, big enough? After seeing this size, I think I would still look good with a 7\" Girth. On the other hand, how many ladies can handle a 7\" Girth? I am older so I\'m not dating young college girls. I guess I\'ll test drive this for a while and figure it out. Regardless, your journey was a big motivator for me so thanks again.

Quick update. Four days post op and the swelling and brusing continue to decline. Measured a solid 6.5\" with the morning wood. Have not lost any length with this procedure - likely due to all of the Hanging and stretching this summer. My short term low point is about a week out and I\'ll get pics up then.

I have had only sex with one woman since having PMMA. She is 32 years old. She loves it.
I am currently 7.5 inches base (7 inches mid shaft), 8 inches bone pressed length. I wouldn\'t want to go bigger.
Would the average girl on the street be able to handle me? Well, when I was 7.5 inches length x (well over) 6 inches Girth...back in the 90s and sleeping with different women
every weekend (Messageman\'s halcyon days), I never had any complaints from my size (being too big). I know others have reported that it is uncomfortable for women over a certain Girth, but I never found that. In fact, I have only ever once found it difficult to have sex with a woman due to my size. This was back in the 90s (in Canada)). And it wasn\'t due to my Girth but rather my length.
Perhaps the reason the women had no trouble is that because I am rather tall ( and look like I might have a big penis), size queens naturally gravitate toward me. Just a theory.

My gut, and experience, tell me you are spot on with that assessment. Women can accomodate an extraordinarily large member and tend to enjoy themselves immensely while doing so. I think my junk has veteran status now because it handles each procedure easier than the last. At four days post op I\'m more than capable of having sex again and have set plans to do just that very soon. A fourth round, although premature to lock in a date, is a very real possibility for me and the idea of a 7\" Girth is quite intriguing! lol I\'ll have fun with this new size all winter and we\'ll see what happens in 2013. I\'m certain Dr C and Wade will try and talk me out of it because this package is going to look close to perfect but ultimately it will be my decision to make and I think they will support it as long as they can get a cannula through the implant - potentially a problem as it\'s getting to be quite thick. Shouldn\'t have measured this morning - always hate the initial post op reduction in size. This is happening a little earlier than the previous two procedures. From a health perspective everything is healing seemingly perfect. From a size perspective I\'m freakin bummed. Two days ago I was 6.75\" MSEG. Now below 6.5\". It\'s a big difference. Not feeling so big today. Will try and resist the urge to measure for another week or so and will work on the whining. lol

Tried on a Trustex XL condom this morning. Very tight and I had to roll it out all the way, use lube, and then stretch the base while sliding it on. It works but there has to be a better option. Anyone?

No change in two days other than a reduction in the amount of bruising. Healing nicely and I think at the low point. Shot Wade a note and told him to expect me in for round four later next year. I\'m just above 6.25 but from my experience, any collagen growth is temporary and normally dissappears by the 6-7 month mark. The permanent Girth I expect to get from round three will likely put me between 6 and 6.25\" at mid shaft. So one more round of max cc\'s at 30% should permanently put me above 6.5 mid shaft. I will stop there even though the thought of 7\" is really enticing. The nice thing about this size is that my X4 will fit, just barely, and I can hang and stretch until the next round. I wore it yesterday, only for an hour, with no issues. Maybe it will help the PMMA settle in longer with a longer permanent Flaccid. We\'ll see.

Almost all bruising is gone at 9 days post op. This round appears to be healing better than the previous two. Maybe my body is getting used to the process. Don\'t know. No more reduction in size so perhaps I\'ll get to enjoy the bigger me for the next couple of months. My only concern with another round is the possibility for Necrosis. After this last round, my mid shaft was bigger than 6.75\" for about 36 hours. The skin was very tight. I think I remember reading somewhere that if it\'s too tight, Necrosis can happen. Hoddle or another member discussed it. I\'m sure that I will go above 7\" mid for a period of time following round four. I welcome anyone\'s information/thoughts on this.

Amazing pic\'s John! Maybe massaging frequently and doing kegels to circulate the blood might reduce that chance of happening, but I guess you all ready doing that. I am sure if it was going to do that, you wouldn\'t be healing
