I used one before having a PMMA procedure. They are pretty high quality and the company is really supportive. I wouldn't say that it's enough to actually increase lenght but it could be used to keep the penis extended after using a more aggressive extender or Hanging. It also gives you more of a bulge in your pants -- kind of like what a push-up bra does for women -- if that's something you're after.

I'm looking for an ADS I can wear at work. I currently work on a farm so my old stretcher doesn't cut it.

I think the safest option for a manual labor job has to be a silicone sleeve and bungey chord set up.

Something like the ESL40, which I don't think they make anymore, but perhaps with a capability of greater tension. I actually think using a silicone sleeve the you roll onto you penis at one end and roll over the ESL cap at the other end is the ideal solution.

The AutoXleeve would probably be a good product for you:

www.autoextender.com/xleeve.html

This is also the Phallosan, which is apparently good, but I think for what it is, it's very expensive. The AutoXleeve will do the same thing cheaper and the combination of an esl40 and silicone sleeve, would be cheaper still. You can buy all the parts to make your own set up, that is comfortable to wear all day, provides sufficient tension and is flexible enough to wear while doing a manual labor job, for about $25.

Maybe some talcum powder would help, or a tighter sleeve and a mild vacuum.

Sleeves used for hangers tend to be tighter. I'm not sure where you can buy specific sleeves as I haven't done any stretching for many years, but I used to use a sleeve from Autoextender, that was part of the vacuum Hanger. It was much tighter than the ADS sleeves they sell.

I would wear the stealth everywhere -- when traveling, working, etc. Now, I'm a filmmaker and not a farmer, but from being familiar with the stealth I don't think it would be a problem to work in. Though I'd recommend putting the rubber band that it comes with and putting it right behind the glans rather than at the base, as this will help prevent slipping into it. Although even if this happens it's no big deal -- just take a piss break and fix it.

The stealth wont do much of shit other than make you feel a little better about yourself while wearing it. I have tried them.

I would get a sleeve. Sleeves and wearable weights are my go to's for when I am working, like really working. My stretcher is next. The only reason it is not my number 1, is that it depend on the work I am doing. For instance, if I am where there are private bathrooms that allow me to take the unit on and off to piss and shit then i will wear it. If i am out in field ( farming for instance ) then i would wear a sleeve or Cock weights as they allow my to piss while it is on.

I was debating getting this zenhanger.com/products/leather-lace-up-p...ith-silicone-sleeves

As I already have their noose and I doubt the noose would stay on during work

Dont waste your money, It wont stay on well with any significant force.

For sleeves, look to autoextender or LG. LG are thinner and less noticeable, also more stiff though; which I have grown to like more because the head wont slip back through. Autos are more squishy ( for lack of a better word ) and more newbie friendly i guess you could say. Either are good.

For wearable weights, you can first look to golf weights ( google it ). get a feel for everything . Also, your Girth will depend on what you are able to wear . So after a procedure, golf weights will be out. I personally have expensive rings custom made from almost pure tungsten . So they are heavy, and I dont have to wear many to get a good weight.
