So I ordered some sleeve. But what's a good wearable weight

Golf Weights are good to start with. From there its mostly custom made stuff. I use almost pure tungsten for the heaviest weight

I'm very curious about what the tungsten setup looks like and how it works.

Circular like a golf weight, roughly same dimensions Currently I dont coat them in any rubber or silicone. just metal once on there is enough force downward that they dont come off.
