Hey buddy. Me and you have very similar stories and circumstances. I also went to Dr. Cho 2 times after seeing Dr. C . Then I went back to Dr. C twice..

I have been taking Xanax and viagra to have sex lately. Xanax takes my worries away and viagra does what it\'s supposed to do. But I know this is no long-term solution as I\'m in my 30\'s.

I havent lost much sensation at all. And aesthetically i like the Erect look better. Im sure you can dig through my old thread and find a pre cut pic.

It does feel weird at 1st having the head more exposed. And with sensation you need to keep the Frenulum in tact i read full circs take that away.

Im happy with the look really considering how bad these procedures can turn out for some. And a slightly higher cut will give the dr an easy access to remove the lumps I want.

Look i appreciate you all for the comments i really do. We sit here and build an idea in our heads that our dicks are either too small (which is why we jump in to these procedures with not a lot of knowledge or consideration me included) or we take drastic action to fix them.

I know its there and although my ex never felt it i and im sure many others here in similar circumstances go into sex waiting for one of them to be found. I was first thinking Dr C has the most experience with PMMA, so he would be my first idea to go to.
Dr N also offers to \'destroy\' or whatever bumps with her cannula, i read some report where this was mentioned. Dr N does not have the best reputation, i would hesitate to go with something like this to her.

I can\'t imagine risking infection from surgery for lumps that no female would probably ever notice.

Dont look bad at all. I have a more pronounced lump than you. Same thing. More prounounced when pulling Foreskin all the way back. Penises come in all sizes and shapes. If people Where to question it I would say it is a fat lump or vein.

Weight it out man. Do the lumps effect any function. Erection quality? Urinary function? Your Foreskin? Your as-ethics? Flaccid or Erect? If its not broke you may not want to fix due to potential complications. Penis\'s are all different. I\'m sure like most men you have the ideal Cock in your head. A lot of the time what we shape in head is never the reality of the situation. How have your partners reacted? Just go slow and do research.

I'd definitely try Kenalog injections, there are many doctors here in the UK who will be able to give you Kenalog, try London Andrology.
Do you think the main thing that was effecting your sex life was your confidence? Did the lumps make you feel self conscious/nervous?

I've had a very similar challenge to you.

You might want to try Kenalog injections into the lumps before you go for more surgery. I also had good success with microdrops by Dr C to hide the imperfections but I suggest you do your own research on this before making that decision.

I had considered having a partial Circumcision also. My lumps don't appear when Flaccid and they're also invisible when Erect until you pull the Foreskin back. Once you pull the Foreskin back it really shows the lumps and bumps and can look a bit strange.

Could you tell me if you lost any sensation by having a partial Circumcision? And do you have a photo of Flaccid? I'm nervous to go ahead with practical Circumcision in case they take too much off and my glans are permanently exposed even when Flaccid.

And I think your result looks good. I seriously doubt anyone other than you would ever notice those lumps. You want to trim your hair though!
