Dont look bad at all. I have a more pronounced lump than you. Same thing. More prounounced when pulling Foreskin all the way back. Penises come in all sizes and shapes. If people Where to question it I would say it is a fat lump or vein.

If your last girl said sex was one issue, it may not mean penis shape, it could be many things including NO SEX issues at all!

I think I agree you look great don\'t mess with!!!!!

I can\'t imagine risking infection from surgery for lumps that no female would probably ever notice.

But ive recently lost a girl who i thought i was going to go pretty far with. In 18 months she never pulled any of the lumps but ended up saying sex was one of the main reasons.

I\'ve also been using silicone sheets so the scar is not really noticeable, but I will have to largely give credit to Dr Lee\'s skill which resulted in a very small and clean scar.
