Absolutely. But I am risk adverse. The question to ask yourself is what if I get a problem with my Dick - what will be your option. Most doctors won\'t want to know you.

I\'ve never seen it react like that in the sac (reffering to the pics that look like acid burns or Necrosis) ... that doesn\'t mean it can\'t... I just haven\'t seen it.

That being said, there are other dangers to putting it in the sac if injected wrong (like embolism or sepsis) and infection if you ever get a cut etc... there\'s been dudes who have died injecting their sac wrong.

As Sizemic says - the micro droplet technique was considered the safe way to inject silicone. But once it is available then untrained/less concerned doctors/nonmedical people start doing it incorrectly and cause the big problems. I have seen people with injected silicone years later with no issue. I have seen some with \'abnormal\' skin over the top(nasal) but not go any further.
Dont know how they get away with injecting large volumes in the sac.

I just don\'t see the atraction in this procedure . What is the piont of it? It won\'t make sex any better and I imagine it could be a hindrance for certain sports. Also I generally think Balls are like your ears, they keep getting bigger with time. Bigger Hanging Balls are a sign of age. Much prefer the look of smaller ones that don\'t hang down.

Met a guy with this and was obvious that there was something in his Balls. They were the wrong shape, too roundy in shape. kinda of similar the way you can tell fake breasts by there circle shape instead of the natural teardrop shape. Also if it is obvious that your Balls are unatural it will bring attention to what else on your body is unnatural as you will be the type. Perhaps his Dick with a huge Girth yet average sized glans has been injected too? Guys who don\'t want to be found out, don\'t go for this.

I know a few guys on here are getting this done and no disrespect to your decision but I think there needs to be reality that what we are doing is not only unnecessary but also dangerous and making us more unattractive from a sexual piont of view.

I think it\'s an insane idea.

Balls looks great and feel great slapping against you, while being... yea. D: Still, outside of saline, there isn\'t anything that really sounds like a good idea.
