It was offered when I was last there officially. And he didn\'t bring it up or I would have went for it. From what I read and seen from one other poster, the gain is minuscule. Nothing is gonna make a 7\" mid shaft look good with 4.5\" glans. I have an odd looking penis and I\'m stuck with it.

Glans enlargement is unfeasible at this point pretty much. Your best bet is to only go for a modest gain so you don\'t dwarf the glans.

I eat very healthy and exercise. I am going to get my T checked soon. I put on muscle and feel fine so I doubt it\'s that but it could be. No processed foods.

what about silkon by DR C for making the gland bigger. I feel like i have a small gland as well. mine is only 1.75\" wide at the flare. I\'m trying to figure out my best path with PMMA and having a small gland. I\'m not sure what to do.

as far as your ED goes. are you on testosterone? what about your diet and cardio? do you drink or smoke? do you lift weights? do you eat lots of veggies? do you eat processed foods?

Obviously there isn\'t cases of 20 plus years yet (at least in the penis). I know there is members with plentiful knowledge about the human body and the physiology of the penis. Perhaps you guys could chime in. I know a handful of folks are 5-6 or so years post op and still chugging along with no long term sides flaring up.

I have seen talk of swelling even after years which is a bit strange. Seems it happens after sex or masturbation. likely lymphatic fluid build up and I\'m sure the more product, particularly 30% you have, the more chance swelling can occur.
