I have ocd. I\'m obsessed with my size. What was happening pre PMMA was I was obsessing over numbers, words like big or small, objects shaped like a penis. Numbers were the worst tho. When I heard someone say 6, I thought 6 inches. Every number I heard I related it to inches.

I thought the only way to eliminate this was thru PMMA. I thought that if I get a bigger Dick, ill stop my obsessive thoughts and feeling inferior. The last few years have been crippling.

Now, I\'m very depressed. I wish I had conservative appointments with dr c. And I absolutely wish I never had the Removal surgery.

I\'m afraid that unless I get this fixed once and for all with another PMMA session, I may never be happy about basic things again b.c ill always things about my sad penis.

By the way, I\'m aware of my tone the last few days and I know you may all think I sound pathetic. This is just a really tough time for me.

I agree with jd123. It sounds like you have anxiety or penile dysmorphic disorder. I should know because I too suffer from anxiety and I used to be obsessed over size when I was younger. That fades as you age and realize more important things in life.

You can\'t determine after 48 hours that your surgery was a mistake. Healing can take several months and will take a lot of care, rest, and patience to get through it. I am going through a similar healing process as you right now. I just keep my mind on other things and let the slow healing process work. The scars will heal too. Try this scar gel.

I really want to look at it and feel around the area to see what he removed but I\'m going to let things heal and be patient.

Guys,

The day has come. I will be flying to Miami Tuesday to meet with Dr. reed to have the giant PMMA mass on the lower left side of my shaft removed. Its crazy that I\'ve gotten to the point but its what I need to do.

I think a lot of people overreact about small imperfections, but yours is legitamely a big fucking lump of plastic.

Too bad it wasn\'t off the top of your shaft. Might look messed up still, but the ladies would love it.

Best of luck to you.

Good luck, man. How many rounds did you do, and at what PMMA percentage to cause that lump?

Small jay I will make all my concerns very clear to the dr. . Luckily, since the PMMA Mass is on the lower part of the shaft, he said he\'ll be able to cut in the scrotum so there wont be any visable scar on my shaft. I will confirm this with him. I will also make sure he lines the area with a colored marker prior to Removal so we\'re on the same page of exactly what needs to be removed.

(I\'m hoping he can cut n the middle of the scrotum where our god given stitching was made! That would be ideal

JD there are much worse cases but this is just unlivable. If I want a girlfriend, a wife to spend the rest of my life with, I need my penis to be in order. Plain and simple. Maybe im in fantasy land but my goal is that months after surgery the scar is unnoticeable and I can go on with my life like I never had it.

Chester im not sure how much DR C put in but I know it was a alot. I had 2 full (and I mean FULL) procedures where I remember him telling me \"that\'s enough for you\" plus a touch up appointment. I would say the max 30% for sure but not sure how much cc.

Pictures and updates will follow in the coming days.

Good luck man. My scars on the shaft are barely noticeable btw... that area heals very well. Coincidentally, my doc wants to remove (most of) of the rest of my PMMA in a scrotal incision as well. Our docs are thinking alike I guess. I\'m not sure how much he can do through there, but yours clearly could be done through there.

I think it\'s going to be very minor in a few months from now. Is he going to dissect out the whole lump or just carve it down?

Are Dr. C and Wade really going to see you after you\'ve had PMMA surgically removed and posted about it openly?

Restoration it\'s going to be a scrotal/penile incision so he will be cutting on the scrotum and 5/8ths of an Inch up the center of the penile shaft. We agreed that given the location of the product, this would be the most logical approach. It\'s encouraging to hear that your penile incision is barely visible given our consultation today.

Guys,

I\'m about to go in for operation tomorrow morning and I\'m SUPER nervous about the scarring and how it could look unnatural(like a bunch of tiny x\'s)
What I\'m most concerned about is my scarring turning out to look like this:

this is an image from Dr reeds website of a pre op procedure from a patient who has had multiple surgeries.
NOTICE THE EAST/WEST LINES where the cut was made!!! it looks awful.

Dr. Reed told me to have the stitching removed 12-14 days after surgery to prevent this type of scarring. I\'ve seen your pictures and the scarring turned out pretty well.
Anyone with personal experience that can tell me how to prevent crisscrossed scarring?

Hey yungwildfree23, if you decide to go through with the surgery is there any way the surgeon can use Dermabond glue to close the incisions? I just had a lump of fat that turned into a cyst removed from my penis by surgery a week ago and my Urologist used Dermabond to seal the incision. When the glue finally comes off there is supposed to be much less scarring than with stitches.

All done. He removed alot but I\'m covered in wrap for the next 3-4 days so I wont be able to dissect the area till then.

Painless procedure really with all the numbing. He used a knife, scissors and this hot tool that looked like it melted the PMMA. Cool stuff.

Dr will be meeting me in my hotel room tomorrow to examine things. I\'ll keep you guys updated.

Glad you got through it. I\'ve gone through it, and it never really hurts or is a big deal. It never even hurt later that week which was amazing considering the location. The hot tool was an electrocautery pen to stop the bleeding.
