Thanks Scooby..feeling sore 4hrs post op but was given pain meds.
I really want to look at it and feel around the area to see what he removed but I\'m going to let things heal and be patient.

What are you goals after healing up? Life, women, anymore PE pursuits, etc...seems like you\'ve been at a stand still for awhile deciding the next move and rightfully so. I know you never really got to try your PMMA sized penis out very much (or at all) because of the big lump. Gaining confidence with you penis appreance should open some doors.

I first want to see how things look/feel down there. He removed ALOT from what I saw so I need to examine it further. My initial plan was to get micro droplets to fully even out the area but if things look good then I wont need to do that. I\'ve still got 6 Inch firth so I\'m good there. Time will tell. Once the scarring heals up I hope to continue stretching the ligaments btc(behind the cheeks) and see if I can gain an length.

Once things heal up and look good I\'m gonna feel so much better about myself. I\'m gonna attack life knowing I wont have anything holding me back. I want to make a lot of money, fuck lots of bitches and see how far I can go.

Also, I want to stop masturbating! I\'ve read some great benefits from the \"no fap\" community on reddit and I wanna see what it can do for me.

Guys,

I\'m about to go in for operation tomorrow morning and I\'m SUPER nervous about the scarring and how it could look unnatural(like a bunch of tiny x\'s)
What I\'m most concerned about is my scarring turning out to look like this:

this is an image from Dr reeds website of a pre op procedure from a patient who has had multiple surgeries.
NOTICE THE EAST/WEST LINES where the cut was made!!! it looks awful.

Dr. Reed told me to have the stitching removed 12-14 days after surgery to prevent this type of scarring. I\'ve seen your pictures and the scarring turned out pretty well.
Anyone with personal experience that can tell me how to prevent crisscrossed scarring?

Restoration it\'s going to be a scrotal/penile incision so he will be cutting on the scrotum and 5/8ths of an Inch up the center of the penile shaft. We agreed that given the location of the product, this would be the most logical approach. It\'s encouraging to hear that your penile incision is barely visible given our consultation today.

PSSSSST - Your Dick is FINE.

I think we tend to forget here that dicks all look weird and have different shapes. Don\'t spend the money. So what if it\'s a little uneven. I\'m totally serious.

I\'m surprised anyone goes into this procedure not realizing how much of it relates to your own body\'s response to the product...and thus the risk for aesthetic irregularity is there. That said, given what I\'ve seen both on the forum and \"behind the scenes\" (e.g. PMs, emails), I\'m a firm believer of time and/or Revision before drastic measures like total Removal. Unless there is real reason to believe the health of your penis is at jeopardy (e.g. impotence, tissue Necrosis, infection, etc), the move to go full deglove may be more of a hasty/anxious decision than a practical & reasonable decision. What few nodules I had either softened and \"disappeared\" over time, or were corrected by Revision work. More times than not, it usually works out with patience. That\'s what I\'ve gathered over the years.

And I agree with fullfrontal, we\'re the biggest critics of our own penis. Filler methods are a process, a journey. It\'s not a one-stop shop like a silicone implant or fat graft. Like Fat transfer or PMMA, you\'re always told that you\'ll need at least 2, maybe 3 sessions to achieve desired results.

I can\'t stress it enough, if you can\'t commit to the long haul, and/or are incapable of dealing with even the most minor aesthetic irregularities, Phalloplasty isn\'t for you.

Damn near 6 years of Administrating this site and I can safely say (with no offense intended) that the vast majority of members here may need start analyzing what\'s between their ears instead of what\'s in between their legs. Maybe even myself, who knows. I\'m not calling anyone out specifically, this is a broad generalization of our membership. The desire to have a larger penis makes sense, I get that. I have attained a sense of normalcy I wasn\'t sure I\'d ever have because of that desire. Someone said earlier in this thread that Phalloplasty is depressing. It can be...but boy-oh-boy it used to be a lot worse. Many of the newer generation of members here dwell on the \"depressing\" nodules and ridges when in-fact there was a day when a man was posting about a piece of silicone protruding from his penis skin...and many other stories like it. I\'m not trying to diminish the concern of aesthetic irregularities, but over-reacting and rushing to get things \"removed\" is a bit much, especially considering the real, valid reasons men in the past actually got Removal/degloving procedures done.

To all those who actually decided to get PMMA/HA/etc done and are panicking because of less than stellar results, all I can say is: relax. take a deep breath. there is very good reason to believe things will turn out okay, and there is little reason to believe anything major/dangerous will happen to your penis in the meantime. This isn\'t just my own opinion. I\'d say I borrowed what I consider to be the forum\'s overall wisdom & contributions. Thousands of posts, PMs, and emails to come up with this message of hope. And I\'d be the first to tell you if there was any real reason for alarm. How so? Well I have pretty much the same stuff inside my Dick that many of you do and haven\'t lost sleep over it. Hopefully that\'s added assurance.

Good luck to all.

Skeptical one and fullfrontal:
Your\'re both right, things look okay aesthetically and I shouldn\'t over react to that but its the feeling that concerns me.

If I were ever to hook up with a girl, lol, she would immediately notice the difference between normal shaft and PMMA just by the feel of it. This is something that I can\'t have.
Sure it can look a little funky as all penises have their own idiosyncrasies, but they generally feellike a penis.

Mine feels like your jerking off an ice remover

Notice the handle!!! This is what it feels like to masturbate.

As entertaining as this image might seem, this is literally what the underside of my base feels like. Something that I can\'t live with.

Thank you both for your honesty.

Guys,

The day has come. I will be flying to Miami Tuesday to meet with Dr. reed to have the giant PMMA mass on the lower left side of my shaft removed. Its crazy that I\'ve gotten to the point but its what I need to do.

I think a lot of people overreact about small imperfections, but yours is legitamely a big fucking lump of plastic.

Too bad it wasn\'t off the top of your shaft. Might look messed up still, but the ladies would love it.

Best of luck to you.

Good luck, man. How many rounds did you do, and at what PMMA percentage to cause that lump?

Small jay I will make all my concerns very clear to the dr. . Luckily, since the PMMA Mass is on the lower part of the shaft, he said he\'ll be able to cut in the scrotum so there wont be any visable scar on my shaft. I will confirm this with him. I will also make sure he lines the area with a colored marker prior to Removal so we\'re on the same page of exactly what needs to be removed.

(I\'m hoping he can cut n the middle of the scrotum where our god given stitching was made! That would be ideal

JD there are much worse cases but this is just unlivable. If I want a girlfriend, a wife to spend the rest of my life with, I need my penis to be in order. Plain and simple. Maybe im in fantasy land but my goal is that months after surgery the scar is unnoticeable and I can go on with my life like I never had it.

Chester im not sure how much DR C put in but I know it was a alot. I had 2 full (and I mean FULL) procedures where I remember him telling me \"that\'s enough for you\" plus a touch up appointment. I would say the max 30% for sure but not sure how much cc.

Pictures and updates will follow in the coming days.

Good luck man. My scars on the shaft are barely noticeable btw... that area heals very well. Coincidentally, my doc wants to remove (most of) of the rest of my PMMA in a scrotal incision as well. Our docs are thinking alike I guess. I\'m not sure how much he can do through there, but yours clearly could be done through there.

I think it\'s going to be very minor in a few months from now. Is he going to dissect out the whole lump or just carve it down?

Are Dr. C and Wade really going to see you after you\'ve had PMMA surgically removed and posted about it openly?
