I\'m surprised anyone goes into this procedure not realizing how much of it relates to your own body\'s response to the product...and thus the risk for aesthetic irregularity is there. That said, given what I\'ve seen both on the forum and \"behind the scenes\" (e.g. PMs, emails), I\'m a firm believer of time and/or
Revision before drastic measures like total
Removal. Unless there is real reason to believe the health of your penis is at jeopardy (e.g. impotence, tissue
Necrosis, infection, etc), the move to go full deglove may be more of a hasty/anxious decision than a practical & reasonable decision. What few nodules I had either softened and \"disappeared\" over time, or were corrected by
Revision work. More times than not, it usually works out with patience. That\'s what I\'ve gathered over the years.
And I agree with fullfrontal, we\'re the biggest critics of our own penis. Filler methods are a process, a journey. It\'s not a one-stop shop like a silicone implant or fat graft. Like Fat transfer or
PMMA, you\'re always told that you\'ll need at least 2, maybe 3 sessions to achieve desired results.
I can\'t stress it enough, if you can\'t commit to the long haul, and/or are incapable of dealing with even the most minor aesthetic irregularities,
Phalloplasty isn\'t for you.
Damn near 6 years of Administrating this site and I can safely say (with no offense intended) that the vast majority of members here may need start analyzing what\'s between their ears instead of what\'s in between their legs. Maybe even myself, who knows. I\'m not calling anyone out specifically, this is a broad generalization of our membership. The desire to have a larger penis makes sense, I get that. I have attained a sense of normalcy I wasn\'t sure I\'d ever have because of that desire. Someone said earlier in this thread that
Phalloplasty is depressing. It can be...but boy-oh-boy it used to be a lot worse. Many of the newer generation of members here dwell on the \"depressing\" nodules and ridges when in-fact there was a day when a man was posting about a piece of silicone protruding from his penis skin...and many other stories like it. I\'m not trying to diminish the concern of aesthetic irregularities, but over-reacting and rushing to get things \"removed\" is a bit much, especially considering the real, valid reasons men in the past actually got
Removal/degloving procedures done.
To all those who actually decided to get
PMMA/
HA/etc done and are panicking because of less than stellar results, all I can say is: relax. take a deep breath. there is very good reason to believe things will turn out okay, and there is little reason to believe anything major/dangerous will happen to your penis in the meantime. This isn\'t just my own opinion. I\'d say I borrowed what I consider to be the forum\'s overall wisdom & contributions. Thousands of posts, PMs, and emails to come up with this message of hope. And I\'d be the first to tell you if there was any real reason for alarm. How so? Well I have pretty much the same stuff inside my
Dick that many of you do and haven\'t lost sleep over it. Hopefully that\'s added assurance.
Good luck to all.
