Wow, I so want to know which member! How did I not know this?! Sorry for the post that adds nothing to the thread. My curiousIty was just spiked.

I am sure I am not the only one wondering if he murdered the doctor who performed the failed Phalloplasty surgery ?

Basically we had a member who was from the UK and had surgery in the US. I advised him against this the surgery but he did it anyway. He ended up with pretty severe complications, but was updating a blog he was running regularly, as well as having a thread here. We\'d also exchanged a few emails, as I was trying advise him. One day he just stopped updating. In his final post he showed photos and his penis looked like and absolute mess. After about 2 weeks of not updating his blog I began to get worried about him, as I thought the mental trauma might have caused him to do something stupid.

I knew his name as it was in his email address. So i googled him and someone with that name and age had been arrested for murder. Obviously though the UK isn\'t a big country, it could still have been a coincidence. So I googled his email address and it took me to his company website, which was located on the same street as the murderer.

A year later the court case happened and the fact he\'d been driven mad by a failed penis enlargement surgery was part of his defense!

Wow, that\'s crazy. I have no idea who it is.

The pic I was talking about was from one of the journal articles posted here where the whole penis basically rotted off because PMMA was injected in a blood vessel.

Anyway, I was posting now because I was seeing the Dermatologist again. He put some silver nitrate on that spot...not sure why...I think it breaks down the excess tissue so healthier tissue can grow.

- For the ridges caused by the Sutures - if these don\'t go away he commonly treats them with Kenalog
- For the dents - if this doesn\'t improve, he treats the area with TCA which flattens the neighboring skin and also stimulates collagen in the dent. It can also be fixed with some needling procedure
- For the suture holes and tracks - he thinks those should fade

Nothing to do for a month though anyway. If I was degloved, I wonder if my surgeon would\'ve taken it all out or just cut the hard parts out. Maybe that would have been better than this piecemeal approach.

*Oh I should add the derm said it will NOT spread. That\'s bacterial-related Necrosis...or situations where it gets in blood vessels (which has to be directly injected) as we\'ve seen in some journal article pics.

I have been looking everywhere for pics of wound healing, but for some reason - there\'s not much...and even less about the penis. I\'m wondering if you think this will end up fading down into a line or if it\'s going to stay as a \"hole\" filled with scar tissue. My dermatologist thought this was healing well and all looked fine last week - but I sort of assumed I\'d just have a line there...not a big hole (which it is when erect, though not as bad flaccid).

The other site where the nodule was removed is 90% healed already with no hole or visble scar or redness / bruising - and that was a bigger incision. But, he went in through my deglove scar, so maybe that made it easier to heal. At first, that was not healing at all - then the two reversed.


I realized (after I made the image) that the red line is actually my circ scar! How weird is that. It got irritated...30+ years later. The white stuff isn\'t pus. It\'s granulation tissue (precursor to scar tissue or new skin).

It\'s not erect here, but it\'s basically the size of a cigarette end when erect - so I can always say I put a cigarette out on my dick I guess, but I know people here have had some strange scars from various procedures. How do they usually turn out?
