I think last time someone asked Dr C and Wade about this, they said they wouldn\'t do because they use a micro cannula technique. This is why I know there is now a micro cannula available for injecting Radiesse, as I researched it afterwards and found one is available. It might be worth letting Wade know.

When I spoke to Dr Ralph receptionist, she said the dr havent done Radiesse because no one asked for it and that patients preferred Restylane which lasts around 4 months.Didnt make any sense to me. I agree with you hoddle it would be nice if dr viel or ralph could do it for us as we would save around a grand in ticket and hotel costs.

There is a micro cannula available for Radiesse only most Dr\'s don\'t realize this, as it was introduced later. I don\'t think they are expensive to buy, so you could ask Dr G if he\'ll use one if you buy it.

But really we need to see if we can get Mr Viel to inject Radiesse. I\'m fairly sure I could get David Ralph to do it, but he\'s not a cosmetic surgeon or Dermatologist, so has limited experience with fillers.

Mikehok is a very close friend of mine. His Macrolane was awful. However, he was the very first patient of the Dr who did it, so I\'m not sure that is the best way to judge it. Also he was able to have an injection and dissolve the stuff, so it was no big deal.

If all things were equal I\'d much prefer Macrolane to Radiesse.

I don\'t know $1,300 for 6 months seems like an investment my wife wouldn\'t go for. Rather do PMMA for 4k and it never go away.

Why a 6 month touch up with Radiesse when it lasts way longer then that !
And the price 1800$ a year seems ok to me for getting a safe procedure done.

We knew what he uses tho, the question is if he would inject Radiesse if we would want that.
That is something that should be asked directly probably. The reasons Radiesse is interesting for the use of Girth augmentation is obvious it is firmer and longer lasting then macrolane/Restylane. And even cheaper with only 3cc used for lasting 1 year - 2years.

And what implant does he do. That is completly new information. Hoddle go ring his bell right now !
The Filler option still sounds better to me then thinking of another hard implant combined with a real surgery.
But we would need more information of course to judge this new implant.

From pics I\'ve seen of temporary fillers, this doesn\'t seem to be as much of a problem. It looks like they are able to get closer to the glans. Why do you think that is? Maybe temporary fillers harden faster or there is less migration?

I\'ve been contemplating PMMA for some time now, but can\'t afford all of the necessary followups and travel costs that go along with it. Since I live in the South Eastern U.S., this would be a better option for me.

I don\'t think Hyaluronic acids filler harden. They don\'t work like particulate fillers as far as I know. When you inject 10cc of Macrolane, that\'s what it is and that\'s what remains. But with PMMA between 70% and 90% of the filler is carrier that gets absorbed and is replaced with collagen. I\'m assuming that collagen is firmer than Hyaluronic Acid and fat. I think that is what makes the difference. The firmer collagen based tissue doesn\'t get compressed by the skin.

Dr Ralph has used various different implant material. When Mikehok spoke to him he mentioned Indextene. But he\'s used Alloderm and fat before as well. But he isn\'t really an enlargement surgeon and I wouldn\'t recommend him for it. I think he only does it in certain circumstances.

Couldn\'t wait till interested got back to us so I gave dr G a call to get some answers.the dr injects Radiesse and has been doing so for 6 years if my memory is correct.he recommends two syringes inject at 10 o\'clock and 2 o\'clock from cross section perspective of the penis.He haven\'t had any complications from his patients and according to him he has had many patients during his 6 years.Expected increase in volume is around 20% and results last around a year maybe longer.He uses a small needle and the procedure cost 1800$. With a needle there is a chance that the product can be injected into vessels and therefore cause Necrosis (tissue death). With a cannula the product doesn\'t come out at the very tip, but just to the side, so in theory shouldn\'t be able to go into an vessels.
