David Ralph in London will probably inject Radiesse for you. I know he\'s used Restylane.

I don\'t think Hyaluronic acids filler harden. They don\'t work like particulate fillers as far as I know. When you inject 10cc of Macrolane, that\'s what it is and that\'s what remains. But with PMMA between 70% and 90% of the filler is carrier that gets absorbed and is replaced with collagen. I\'m assuming that collagen is firmer than Hyaluronic Acid and fat. I think that is what makes the difference. The firmer collagen based tissue doesn\'t get compressed by the skin.

Hoddle:

As we know, with PMMA aesthetics, there still seems to be a problem with the \"taper\" as it gets closer to the glans. In the Erect state (with most guys), there is usually that sudden drop off between the Circumcision scar and the glans...

From pics I\'ve seen of temporary fillers, this doesn\'t seem to be as much of a problem. It looks like they are able to get closer to the glans. Why do you think that is? Maybe temporary fillers harden faster or there is less migration?

I\'ve been contemplating PMMA for some time now, but can\'t afford all of the necessary followups and travel costs that go along with it. Since I live in the South Eastern U.S., this would be a better option for me.

Interested1 please ask about if the technique he uses.
Going in with the cannula and just laying lines of the product ?

I\'m sure he can give a short \"yes basically that\'s it\" or \"no and explanation\".
(I\'m interested in that because of the small amount which i am kinda confused about, but that is actually super news)

Why a 6 month touch up with Radiesse when it lasts way longer then that !
And the price 1800$ a year seems ok to me for getting a safe procedure done.
Thanks alot for contacting the Dr. !

Thanks alot for doing that aswell!
We knew what he uses tho, the question is if he would inject Radiesse if we would want that.
That is something that should be asked directly probably. The reasons Radiesse is interesting for the use of Girth augmentation is obvious it is firmer and longer lasting then macrolane/Restylane. And even cheaper with only 3cc used for lasting 1 year - 2years.

And what implant does he do. That is completly new information. Hoddle go ring his bell right now !
The Filler option still sounds better to me then thinking of another hard implant combined with a real surgery.
But we would need more information of course to judge this new implant.

I will email dr c and the tampa doctor to find out more.Hoddle, what do you know about juvaderm. Found a clinic in us who injects juvaderm. www.nvpsaz.com/male/phalloplasty-surgical-penis-enlargement-2

I don\'t know $1,300 for 6 months seems like an investment my wife wouldn\'t go for. Rather do PMMA for 4k and it never go away.

Mikehok is a very close friend of mine. His Macrolane was awful. However, he was the very first patient of the Dr who did it, so I\'m not sure that is the best way to judge it. Also he was able to have an injection and dissolve the stuff, so it was no big deal.

If all things were equal I\'d much prefer Macrolane to Radiesse.

spoke with david ralph\'s clinic and the french doctor. Ralph doesn\'t use Radiesse but instead Restylane which lasts around 4 months according to the receptionist.also, according to the receptionist, patients tend to up for implant surgery after consultation with the doctor. When i tried to get more info about the implant - she didnt want/able to give more information but advise to go for a 300' consultation. After my chat, i gave the dr in france a call.what he uses is macrolane and not Radiesse, juvaderm etc.He thinks macrolane is the best solution for Girth and has been injecting on penises for 4 years now.he said refills are needed around every 1-2 years depending on various factors. With my 4\'\', he can increase it to 6\'\'. According to him, I will have around 5\'\' one year after treatment.I will go back to my 4\'\' after 2-3 years. He is based on South France close to Nice and the procedure costs 1200'.He said the only issue with macrolane is the formation of clumps which he says his technique minimizes it with 95% success rate.I mentioned about the issues with macrolane, for instance that it has been banned in some countries and that it is reported to have cause ED.He says he have strong belief in the product and his technique. From what I could find on the forum, only two guys had the macrolane and they are both unhappy. Here are some of their comments:DangerRoss\'I\'m from Europe, and I\'ve had Macrolane (Hyaluronic Acid) PE done one year ago. It was a bit of a disappointment, alot of misshape and lumps.. there is still some of that along the shaft, also small lumps. These lumps / nodules seem to be the most common problem with PMMA also. With Macrolane, I have managed to even out most of these lumps by squeezing and massaging, even now after one year I have got couple of these lumps and succesfully squeezed them. It has to be done with alot of force though. My stats EL 7\", EG before Macrolane 5\" right after (50ml) 6,5\" and now maybe average of 6\" after one year. \'

Mikehoc I also had Macrolane about 3 years ago. Basically it was useless. I had it removed 2 weeks later. At least that was easy and successful using a simple injection of hyalase. It was gone within 24 hours ! Posted 07/02/12 #488 Hi 69, think I can offer you some advice. I also had Macrolane about 3 years ago. Basically it was useless. I had it removed 2 weeks later. At least that was easy and successful using a simple injection of hyalase. It was gone within 24 hours !

Last Oct I had my first round of PMMA and I can tell you they behave very differently. PMMA may not be without it\'s problems but it\'s way ahead of Macrolane in my opinion. My PMMA is at least relatively evenly spread out, the macrolane wasn\'t, it bunched at the base and looked and felt ridiculous. PMMA also feels more natural and it\'s permanent, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your point of view.

I\'m pretty happy with my PMMA so far, although I\'d like a second round. I definitley wasn\'t with Macrolane. But I would suggest caution and perhaps sticking to the 10% PMMA. Hope that helps.what do you think guys about macrolane...it is quite impressive that dangerross had an Inch gain after one year although some issues here and there.

Thanks for doing this. You are doing our members a great service.

Ask about typical gains. It seems like such a small amount of product.

Obviously ask about possible complications.

Check he uses a micro cannula and not a needle.

How many has he done?

Try and ask is the nicest possible way, why he\'s the only Dr we can find doing this in the US. It all seems too perfect.

Does he use a local anesthetic or a topical like Emla?

What post op protocol is there?

Ask if he has any before and after photos.

Response from Dr. Greenwald
Hi,
Radiesse is a safe and effective filler that I have used successfully for many years. Clients who have had injections for penile enhancement are very happy with the results. The filler works for increasing Girth. I usually start with two tubes for a total volume of about 3 cc. Total cost is $1800.00; the material should last for more than year and in some people it seems to last a lot longer.

If you call the office at 813-258-2425 we can schedule an appointment or a phone chat.

Thanks for the inquiry.
