At 8.25\", I suspect a Girth of 6.75\" - 7.25\" would look aesthetically pleasing.

Sorry about that dmoore30! I need to clean it out again. I have this leg strap but use a different silicone cup purchased a year ago (it\'s more comfy). I alternate strapping to different legs and I sometimes use a weight attached. Gains are slow but consistent. I\'ve gained a little over 1/2\" and still gaining. I\'ve since changed my goal to a NBPEL of 8\". I\'ll be 40 this year and feel that a proper 8\" x 6.5\" ought to be ample for my spouse. ... and perhaps this cute 19 year old at Publix. Hehe

Is it possible to wear it under a suit and sitting down all day or should you really be wearing loose fitting jeans and standing?

No problem. I wear casual fit jeans or slacks and it\'s not noticeable. It works okay sitting but much better while standing.

I have had some good results using an A.D.S too.Was wearing one for up too 8 hours a day,good to wear one in the evening while watching tv and lounging.Just lately been getting some fluid build up and even blood blisters on the end from wearing it for even a short period of time?Any suggestions how to prevent this anyone??Tried anti fluid tape but make it worse...
