Don\'t know about
Hanging (depending on method) but I assume its possible. I\'ve been using manual stretching and an ADS (weight based) and have gained over a 1/2\" and still gaining. I have an IT job with a pneumatic desk that I keep elevated which forces me to stand all day. I wear loose jeans and wear the device all day at work (9 hours). When I get home, I switch over to my bungee style traction device and wear until bedtime. I am about to cement a 3/4\" gain that will put me at a NBPEL of 7.75\" and a
BPEL of 8\". For me personally, I never gained in the past doing manual PE but I\'ve found that for my physiology, time spent in traction is key, not the force applied. I am shooting for a NBPEL of 8.25\". Soon I will be only 1/2\" away from my goal. I\'m getting the \"noob\" gains right now I suppose. If I achieve my goal, I will likely go for more
PMMA to fill in the newly acquired length and more
Girth to match my length. At 8.25\", I suspect a
Girth of 6.75\" - 7.25\" would look aesthetically pleasing.
