Question 12 years 8 months ago #1272486219

I appreciate the feedback on my last comment. I think I should give some background on my PE journey. I started PE activities about 20 years ago. When i started, I was 6.25\" in length and 5.5\" mid-shaft Girth. I started out using a pump for about a year and got some permanent length gain, almost .75 \". In the mid-ninetys I had my first length procedure done. Basically what was done was an Y cut that nade me appear longer. I did weights and injections after that for about a year. I ended up with considerable length, over 8\", but have lost some of that over the years. I then did years od manual exercise with no significant gains. I followed up with a Girth procedure in 2005. That along with continued stretching and manuel PE got me to where I am today. When I started I had unrealistic goals. I wanted to be 10\" by 8\". Since then I realized that this wasn\'t possible. My upcomming procedure in just the next step. I think the lig cut will get me back some of what I lost over the years and the Girth enhancement will get me closer to my goal. I would really like to continue to post with you as I go through this process. As some of you might know, there aren\'t a lot of people out there to talk with about this subject. Thanks!

You got this type of reaction because all people on this site and almost everywhere else would love to have your stats and would not risk any surgery to mess it up. But, having said that you will find that you WILL get great support here. So good luck to you on what ever you decide to do.

Thank you again for your comments. I didn\'t realize that I would get such a reaction on this site. I posed my question because I thought that members would understand where my head is and why I am having this work done. I understand that there are risks involved. I have spoken with my local doctor and my Urologist about the procedure. Perhaps they don\'t completly understand my motivation, but they didn\'t try in any way to change my mind. I looked to your forum to discuss this because I thought you were all interested in enlargement and would be a support during this process. I would like to continue communication as I go through this process. I will make sure to voice concerns to the doctor.

Question 12 years 8 months ago #1272458805

I am incresing my Girth by 1.25 inches. At the completion of the surgery my Erect measurements will be 8.25\" at the base, 7.75\" at midshaft and 7.25\" at the glad. My present length is 7.75\" and I am hoping to get a least ,5 from the surgery. My estimated Flaccid Girth will be 7.75 aat the base, 7 mideshaft and 6.5 at the glad. I am presently 7\" Flaccid. Do you think the final measurements will look natural

Dude, I will express my opinion with frankness because many people visit this forum and to some extent take decisions with regards to PE based on what they absorb here. I am thinking of young insecure men in particular who measure themselves vs what they see in ubiquitous porn movies, clips, pics, etc: you should not undergo any further procedure given your stats: that is, it makes no sense in risk/reward terms. You are about to make a very poor gamble. If I were you I would book an appointment with a psychologist, to find out whether there is a deeper cause or condition that prompts you to feel that a further enhancement (and therefore further risk taking) from your current gigantic levels is necessary in order to achieve a superior well-being. Having said that, I wish you all the best for a successful surgery, if you decide to carry on with your plan, as I would expect. Good luck to you and happy quick healing dear forum brother.

Thanks for your input. I understand and respect your concerns. I will question the doctor before surgery to make sure concerns and questions are answered. I will ask questions about the lengthing procedure. My first procedure was done using a rather old technique and I am hoping that the next step will correct some of what was done. I have never been happy with the results. I am having Belladerm graphs done.

Well as for the original question, one cannot know for certain if the end-result will appear natural but I\'d like to remind you that there are far greater concerns post-op than just appearance. The procedure you are opting for is highly invasive, and I\'d be in adamant disagreement with your doctor on the suggestion that you are a great candidate for this kind of procedure. If you have a functioning, naturally aesthetic mega-Cock, then please heed my words of caution - the added size with grafts (considering your current size) are not worth the known risks. Actually, at your current size, I don\'t believe any method (including non-surgical ones) are worth considering. My 2 cents.
I can\'t imagine Dr. K (as we called him when he was the name of interest back at the old MyNewSize) is doing half the business he was doing back then, so I\'m not surprised he\'s told you that you are a good candidate (which I respectfully disagree with). According to their website, it appears he has moved onto Alloderm from DFG, is this what you are getting?
But to each his own.

Lessie,
If you already had the lig cut once most likely you would not benefit from a second procedure unless you didnt gain anything with the first one. There is a way for a doctor to find out if you would benefit from it BEFORE having the surgery. If your doctor hasnt told you it probably is because he can extract a lot of money from you just by trying.

You mentioned grafts & triple augmentation, could this be Dr. Krakovsky?

I am told that I am a good candidate because I have a lot of room for added graphs.

You were told that you were a good candidate for surgery at 7x7? I\'m a bit surprised to hear that.
You are having a second lengthening procedure on an assumption (i.e. no medical proof) that the first one was not done correctly? Did you follow-up the original lengthening procedure with a stretching/traction regimen? It is purported that length gains from lengthening surgery require a very dedicated stretching program for many months before gains can be realized (and even then they aren\'t guaranteed).
Do you mind sharing with us the doctor who is performing your upcoming triple augmentation?

Question 12 years 8 months ago #1272439033

Assuming you don\'t face retraction from your second lengthening procedure, and assuming you have large glans, the measurements alone could appear natural; however, you are in-fact enlarging them artificially (by way of surgery) - so there is no telling how natural the end result will be.
Do you mind sharing with us some details of your upcoming triple augmentation? If I\'m not mistaken, doesn\'t the triple augmentation also entail glans enlargement (in conjunction with length & Girth)? Who is the performing doctor and was it the same doctor who performed in 1995?
Also, mind if I ask why you are doing the lengthening procedure again? Were the ligaments not properly severed the first time around?
What are your current measurements as of now? If I use your \"1.25\" goal as a point of reference, that would mean your current base Girth is at 7\", your mid-shaft is 6.5\" and 6\" at the glans. With all due respect, if these measurements are in-fact your current size (or even near them), why would you put your Dick through anymore surgery (and the risks that could ultimately ruin your penis!!)??
