You were told that you were a good candidate for surgery at 7x7? I\'m a bit surprised to hear that.
You are having a second lengthening procedure on an assumption (i.e. no medical proof) that the first one was not done correctly? Did you follow-up the original lengthening procedure with a stretching/traction regimen? It is purported that length gains from lengthening surgery require a very dedicated stretching program for many months before gains can be realized (and even then they aren\'t guaranteed).
Do you mind sharing with us the doctor who is performing your upcoming triple augmentation?

Assuming you don\'t face retraction from your second lengthening procedure, and assuming you have large glans, the measurements alone could appear natural; however, you are in-fact enlarging them artificially (by way of surgery) - so there is no telling how natural the end result will be.
Do you mind sharing with us some details of your upcoming triple augmentation? If I\'m not mistaken, doesn\'t the triple augmentation also entail glans enlargement (in conjunction with length & Girth)? Who is the performing doctor and was it the same doctor who performed in 1995?
Also, mind if I ask why you are doing the lengthening procedure again? Were the ligaments not properly severed the first time around?
What are your current measurements as of now? If I use your \"1.25\" goal as a point of reference, that would mean your current base Girth is at 7\", your mid-shaft is 6.5\" and 6\" at the glans. With all due respect, if these measurements are in-fact your current size (or even near them), why would you put your Dick through anymore surgery (and the risks that could ultimately ruin your penis!!)??

I appreciate the feedback on my last comment. I think I should give some background on my PE journey. I started PE activities about 20 years ago. When i started, I was 6.25\" in length and 5.5\" mid-shaft Girth. I started out using a pump for about a year and got some permanent length gain, almost .75 \". In the mid-ninetys I had my first length procedure done. Basically what was done was an Y cut that nade me appear longer. I did weights and injections after that for about a year. I ended up with considerable length, over 8\", but have lost some of that over the years. I then did years od manual exercise with no significant gains. I followed up with a Girth procedure in 2005. That along with continued stretching and manuel PE got me to where I am today. When I started I had unrealistic goals. I wanted to be 10\" by 8\". Since then I realized that this wasn\'t possible. My upcomming procedure in just the next step. I think the lig cut will get me back some of what I lost over the years and the Girth enhancement will get me closer to my goal. I would really like to continue to post with you as I go through this process. As some of you might know, there aren\'t a lot of people out there to talk with about this subject. Thanks!
