Yes, they\'re noticeable in tight jeans and other pants/shorts, but I like that. I don\'t think they\'re vulgar; just that I\'m well endowed. Of course, to the guy who just had them installed, they\'re very noticeable. Add an Inch to your shoe size and you\'d be tripping all over yourself. But to the rest of the world, your package size or shoe size just look normal. That being said, I\'ve noticed both men and women noticing that my shorts aren\'t empty. Like I said, it\'s not vulgar, but my fly doesn\'t just hang straight down.
If you\'re considering testicle implants, it\'s because you want a bigger package. Unlike a PE procedure, there\'s no size advantage except for the visual impact and the self-confidence it gives you. So hell yeah, your package will be bigger and heavier, and any guy would like that.

Florida- Thanks for the reply. Oddly, you have and DOG, both of whom have the implants, have different opinions. He has implied he might have his removed, and I believe he has the \'newer\' version. Interesting. to either of you, I\'ve never really heard an answer to the anecodotal question: are they that noticeable in tight jeans, swim trunks, biking/running shorts? Does it look \'natural\' or was the sudden change overly noticeable? I\'m looking for a \'modest\' improvement, and honestly Florida, that volume and weight that you refer to. I\'m still completely torn. I appreciate your feedback.

I don\'t come on this forum too often, so I haven\'t seen the posts, but respond to your questions:
No, I haven\'t had an other work done, but have been considering PE.
I don\'t think that I have the newer softer silicone; I think that I have the older, harder ones. When I got the implants, Dr. Elist didn\'t mention a newer, softer, implant, nor did I read about it in the discussion groups before I got them. I did however, read about the softer silicone that Dr. Elist is now using quite a while after I had the surgery. I would think that if Dr. E was about to give me the new implants, he would have mentioned that they were \"new and improved\".
I had large implants installed. When I asked Dr. E to put in the largest ones he could fit, he said that that\'s what everyone says. He said that the vast majority 90+% of his testicle implants are the large size. It seems like I paid $8500, but can\'t really remember.
As I mentioned in another thread on here a couple of days ago, yes, they appear natural to anyone looking at them. You can see the \"seam\" where the implant cups the natural testes, but it\'s slight. When someone is looking at your nuts, it doesn\'t even occur to them that there could be an implant in there; why would they? Unless you\'re reading these PhalloBoards, whose ever heard of testicle implants on guys who also have their natural testes? Even if/when they see an imperfectly shaped testicle through your scrotum, and they\'d really have to examine it, who would ever think about an implant being the reason?
Now when someone grabs your Balls, they\'ll feel that something is amiss. I\'m sure the saline-filled sacs are much nor similar in feel/texture to a natural testes, but I can\'t imagine how they\'d \"cup\" your testes; wouldn\'t they just be an additional testes in your nut sac? I can\'t imagine how those could look at all natural because they don\'t hold a shape. I\'m not saying that I know that they can\'t ... I\'m really just posing the question.
No, I\'ve never even contemplated removing the implants. With their drawbacks, I still like them a lot. I love the volume and weight in my shorts. I would however, really like for them to be softer and would even consider changing them out if a significantly better product came out to substitute them.

anybody hear/ know about DR. Reed\'s implant? He charges 6000 and offers both soft silicone and saline filled sac. I wonder if those are available to be performed by Dr. Commancho? Sounds like it\'s a manufactured implant. Never heard anyone talk about his \'work\' (Dr. Reed) or that implant. Anyone ?

You may want to consider waiting for another method of testes enlargement to come along. The Silicone procedure is very risky and the end result, if one does not get any infection and/or problems, is not natural feeling. Also, Silicone may make detecting cancer in that area very very difficult.

Thanks for the pics DOG. I wondering if you might have a \'straight on\' shot? What was/is your experience with the change when wearing clothes/swimwear/biking shorts (if you do these things)? What is it overly noticeable? Did you also get the elist penile implant? Damnit. I\'m still on the fence- I think your aesthetic is good, but I honestly think I\'d go with the mediums for a more modest enhancement. You mentioned the \'gap\' if your testicles were small; what is small? Do you mind sharing your \'dimensions\' prior and after? SO- Thanks! Also, you\'re correct, it\'s Dr. Comacho. Sure.. Here are a few. Now as I\'ve always said.. They look fine.. but the feel is off.. You can feel the implant which is akin to a hard rubber ball. You can also feel the edges. Also, if you have small testicles you will have a gap between the implant whereas you can stick your finger in the area \"into the cup\" between your testicle and the implant. Also, another issue. Elist sews/connects the Balls to the scrotum so that only the \"front\" of the implant shows. Normally, a guy will have his testicles sit in different positions and Elist fixes that by attaching the implant to the scrotal wall. the problem with this is that one of them is not free floating and it doesn\'t hang right so always seems like it is right under the penis..

If you only are going for an aesthetic it\'ll be fine, but once someone grabs it, they\'ll know. Some guys are ok with that.. I\'m just not.

DOG- I can\'t let \'sleeping DOG\'s lie\'... Would you be willing to post photos of your testicular implants? Or PM me to discuss? I\'ve seen Florida\'s post, but it\'s kind of inconclusive. I\'m still conflicted between my desire to have an enhancement and all the negative feedback about the Elist implant. I will embarrassingly admit that seeing, and yes, touching/feeling an actual implant would certainly help immensely with my decision. I\'ll also admit that will likely never happen. Damn it. I went to an endocrinologist. Funny you should ask, as I\'ve just asked to have it re-tested because the nurse told me my results may not be a good indication because I didn\'t get in until about 11am- it\'s best to have it tested immediately in the morning (8am or earlier). I\'m currently pursuing an avenue of \'male rejuvenation\', through the use of sermorelin and possibly the \'good\' Test (I don\'t have the different variations memorized, but one is bad- causes your own production to shut down, the other allegedly does not. JBM or M7/MexMuscle could probably speak to this). I received a list of labs that the doctor at this \'rejuv\' clinic wanted, but I would have had to pay cash. I submitted the lab order to my endocrinologist ( I saw her for sleep/ blood sugar issues) and she has refused to \'sign\' for them. I just forwarded that same lab request to my primary care doctor. The nurse called me back and said he was out til tuesday. Then she questioned some of the tests and actually laughed... saying that one of the listed labs items was for a female hormone (FHS I think). I\'m sure this is due to the estrogenic effects of some male hormones, but what the hell do I know (I\'m trying to learn quickly, but much else to do meanwhile). I\'ve read good things about sermorelin and in fact Wade at the PMMA clinic was quizing me about it during my procedure (we talked alot during my procedure... keeps your mind off the fact that one of you is massaging the other\'s Dick). He asked me to forward the info I had. I am planning to do that (when I find the docs... and the time). I can link them here as well. I actually started a sermorelin thread, but haven\'t been back to visit in awhile. \'Low-T\' is the new buzz word for male andropaus. I\'m sure most doctors would put in for that lab, otherwise I know their are kits you can mail in for about $50 (saliva based, maybe not as accurate). Good luck

The implants I had installed were the large ones and the \'new\' generation. They are made similar to the older ones but supposedly have a \'softer\' consistency.. And yes, they are hard.

You mentioned something that is very telling of Dr. Elist and his staff.. When you ask questions and you can\'t get an answer, that is a HUGE warning sign. Many of us who went to him ignored that. Don\'t make the same mistake. He won\'t answer anything that puts a negative light on his procedures. He responds to questions like that with nonsense as you can already see.

My opinion to that you should not get these nuts or the penile implant. You\'ll be unhappy with the end results..

If you want to go forward you MUST feel them in another patient to see if they are what you want. And make sure that patient has had them for awhile.

Just my input. But it is from experience and from speaking with MANY other patients. If I had known then what I know today I never what have gone through with these procedures...
