I do not think PMMA will work in the sac area, nothing to hold it around the testes and of course one can never inject PMMA inside the Balls...

Thanks for the pics DOG. I wondering if you might have a \'straight on\' shot? What was/is your experience with the change when wearing clothes/swimwear/biking shorts (if you do these things)? What is it overly noticeable? Did you also get the elist penile implant? Damnit. I\'m still on the fence- I think your aesthetic is good, but I honestly think I\'d go with the mediums for a more modest enhancement. You mentioned the \'gap\' if your testicles were small; what is small? Do you mind sharing your \'dimensions\' prior and after? SO- Thanks! Also, you\'re correct, it\'s Dr. Comacho. Sure.. Here are a few. Now as I\'ve always said.. They look fine.. but the feel is off.. You can feel the implant which is akin to a hard rubber ball. You can also feel the edges. Also, if you have small testicles you will have a gap between the implant whereas you can stick your finger in the area \"into the cup\" between your testicle and the implant. Also, another issue. Elist sews/connects the Balls to the scrotum so that only the \"front\" of the implant shows. Normally, a guy will have his testicles sit in different positions and Elist fixes that by attaching the implant to the scrotal wall. the problem with this is that one of them is not free floating and it doesn\'t hang right so always seems like it is right under the penis..

If you only are going for an aesthetic it\'ll be fine, but once someone grabs it, they\'ll know. Some guys are ok with that.. I\'m just not.

DOG- I can\'t let \'sleeping DOG\'s lie\'... Would you be willing to post photos of your testicular implants? Or PM me to discuss? I\'ve seen Florida\'s post, but it\'s kind of inconclusive. I\'m still conflicted between my desire to have an enhancement and all the negative feedback about the Elist implant. I will embarrassingly admit that seeing, and yes, touching/feeling an actual implant would certainly help immensely with my decision. I\'ll also admit that will likely never happen. Damn it. Why have you decided to keep yours? Do they look normal in tight clothing- i.e.- swim trunks/ biking shorts/ running shorts, etc. ? You wanna know my goal? I went to an endocrinologist. Funny you should ask, as I\'ve just asked to have it re-tested because the nurse told me my results may not be a good indication because I didn\'t get in until about 11am- it\'s best to have it tested immediately in the morning (8am or earlier). I\'m currently pursuing an avenue of \'male rejuvenation\', through the use of sermorelin and possibly the \'good\' Test (I don\'t have the different variations memorized, but one is bad- causes your own production to shut down, the other allegedly does not. JBM or M7/MexMuscle could probably speak to this). I received a list of labs that the doctor at this \'rejuv\' clinic wanted, but I would have had to pay cash. I submitted the lab order to my endocrinologist ( I saw her for sleep/ blood sugar issues) and she has refused to \'sign\' for them. I just forwarded that same lab request to my primary care doctor. The nurse called me back and said he was out til tuesday. Then she questioned some of the tests and actually laughed... saying that one of the listed labs items was for a female hormone (FHS I think). I\'m sure this is due to the estrogenic effects of some male hormones, but what the hell do I know (I\'m trying to learn quickly, but much else to do meanwhile). I\'ve read good things about sermorelin and in fact Wade at the PMMA clinic was quizing me about it during my procedure (we talked alot during my procedure... keeps your mind off the fact that one of you is massaging the other\'s Dick). He asked me to forward the info I had. I am planning to do that (when I find the docs... and the time). I can link them here as well. I actually started a sermorelin thread, but haven\'t been back to visit in awhile. \'Low-T\' is the new buzz word for male andropaus. I\'m sure most doctors would put in for that lab, otherwise I know their are kits you can mail in for about $50 (saliva based, maybe not as accurate). Good luck

The implants I had installed were the large ones and the \'new\' generation. They are made similar to the older ones but supposedly have a \'softer\' consistency.. And yes, they are hard.

You mentioned something that is very telling of Dr. Elist and his staff.. When you ask questions and you can\'t get an answer, that is a HUGE warning sign. Many of us who went to him ignored that. Don\'t make the same mistake. He won\'t answer anything that puts a negative light on his procedures. He responds to questions like that with nonsense as you can already see.

My opinion to that you should not get these nuts or the penile implant. You\'ll be unhappy with the end results..

If you want to go forward you MUST feel them in another patient to see if they are what you want. And make sure that patient has had them for awhile.

Just my input. But it is from experience and from speaking with MANY other patients. If I had known then what I know today I never what have gone through with these procedures...

I asked Dr. C about PMMA in the scrotum which he felt was not possible as there is nothing to contain it. I\'m still suprised someone has not developed an implant more akin to a breast implant, as as testi and breast are somewhat similiar in \'texture\'- yeah, testi is firmer, but not hard like a racquet ball, which I\'ve heard is what Elist\'s implant feels like. Let\'s also remember that Dr. Casavantes is not a \'cutter\' (surgeon), rather a Dermatologist. Perhaps he could partner with that other Dr.C (forgot his name) to develop a cheaperbetter alternative to the Elist implant. I actually discussed this at length with Wade while he and the good Dr. were \'shootin me up\'. I envisioned a fillable sac that could be sewn to the testicular wall (vaginaticulus or something) and then filled with PMMA. That way, the PMMA would be captive, but would maintain a more dynamic/natural feel. I could swear I had seen something like this somewhere in the past when I began searching for testicular enhancement. I have experienced Atrophy and would like to enhance my \'basket\'... but don\'t want to have some freaky looking Balls (no offense to anyone who has the Elist implant). DOG- what size implant did you get? Is it the \'new\' generation of material that is allegedly softer? I\'ve heard it\'s still hard. I\'ll admit I\'m still considering regardless. My testicles are approx. 2\" long by about 1\". Probably about average, but I\'d prefer bigger. My T levels are 500. Normal for my age. I\'d prefer normal-high. I\'m workin on that... anyone find out about that \'inflatable bag\' thing let me know... OH, I have called and e-mailed Dr. Elist\'s office repeatedly requesting that they provide the approximate VOLUME of each individual sized implant. That would be as simple as dropping one in a container of water and measuring the volumetric change (4th grade science anyone). I\'ve been asking for months.They keep blowing me off. The \'receptionist\' said he didn\'t have time such a complicated procedure?!?? Seriously!? I certainly hope a surgeon has a beaker somewhere within arms reach in OR, into which he could throw an implant and do some basic arithmatic. Frustrating.... as is the cost. 10k?!?! FU! Quick question for those that have had the testicular enhancement: Once fully healed, are you able to go about day to day activities without any pain or discomfort? Including playing sports for example? Is it advised to take caution when playing contact sports or can they take a good \'knock\'? This is once you are fully healed. Say 6months post op..
