TOPIC: PMMA Filler as an Adult Film Performer

I'm an adult film performer looking at Linnea at Avanti, my current measurements are 7.5 x 5.5, my goal is 6.25" in two sessions. Despite what some people on here seem to think, fillers are extremely rare in the industry. Out of dozens of friends in the industry I only know two that have gotten penis filler, one did HA and the other PLLA, so I don't have any first hand accounts of how PMMA recovery will fit into my job.

My main question is how much time I need to take off work. Obviously 2 weeks of no sex per session is the minimum, but I've seen people on here recommend 4 or more weeks. Every scene involves sex for hours, sometimes anal, and usually trimix injections, so I'm guessing I would need to be on the longer end of recovery, which could mean 8 or more weeks without working? I just want to know what I need to prepare for before I start trying to plan my budget and schedule around a procedure. If I have to take 2 months off work the procedure is going to be a bigger financial burden for myself than most people and is going to be hard to plan around.

Ultimately I'm looking for some more opinions on how much down time is really needed, and also whether or not an option like HA filler would allow me to get back to work quicker, since I can't find a lot of info comparing the two in recovery.

10 days was what I took off but I would probably hold off on trimix injections for maybe 3 weeks. 8 weeks was the recommended time to hold off on PE like pumping and extending. Most people went back to sexual activities after 10 days. During that time it's important to massage and roll out and lumps or inconsistencies you might see especially the first few days. Most people stay 3-4 days in Mexico and Ian at Avanti shows you all the aftercare procedures.

Quick question if you don't mind sharing. Were you 7.5 BPEL naturally or you had to do extending for many years to reach that? Also do most pornstars pump before scenes?

Recovery time is going to vary by provider. For us, you can return to sex after 7-10 days. Every provider is different in their injection technique so you'll want to follow the aftercare protocol whichever provider you choose gives you.

Since you're in the industry and your penis is basically under a microscope, I would highly recommend doing a base layer of HA first before moving to Bellafill. I also don't recommend trying to pack all that filler into only 2 sessions. PMMA causes an inflammatory response in the body to begin with, and putting so much in at once, especially without a base layer of HA to sort of "buffer" that inflammatory response, greatly increases your risk of developing granuloma. With PMMA, you want to go "low and slow."

Avanti Derma provides Bellafill? That'd be surprising but I haven't looked at their latest brochure. They use PMMA Linnea Safe.

I would say four weeks is the minimum. A lot of men are still bruised after two weeks. Rough sex for hours could aggregate the wounds and there usually is swelling involved.

How old are you? If you naturally heal quicker then that's better. But if you can, I would just feel it out and you'll know when you're ready. Masturbate and if it hurts then you're probably not ready. The entry points have to be completely closed and need to be strong enough not to re open.

I have nothing to add with regard to the OP's questions. Just have an "out of curiosity" question.
Can you do trimix injections through a layer of filler? I have never looked into them other than to see how and where they are done in the penis. But have always wondered if you could.

Nobody pumps before scenes because they last for 4-5+ hours with many takes for getting positions from multiple angles. Trying to pump with all that would be impossible and probably pointless since the effect has never lasted much more than an hour for me. I’m 7.5” naturally, I’ve tried doing extending and pumping and never had any results from them, but I probably haven’t been consistent enough.

My main concern is that if there’s a cosmetic problem like a major asymmetry, Avanti doesn’t do follow-ups less than 6 weeks apart, so I would probably have to take the whole 6 weeks off.

Yes you can. Some providers even do it if they prefer to inject while Erect or semi Erect.

Tmartin304 was about the same size as you if you look through all his posts. One piece of advice from his experience was that he was able to fit more filler in this last round following a pumping routine everyday. I use an autopump from elitemaletraining.com/ which kinda copies that phalback machine but you can use a regular hand pump. According to Avanti they can only fit so much filler before it starts coming back out through the entry point. So if you pump everyday or frequently you will be able to accommodate more filler.

Or you can try a basic pump like 5-8hg in a 1.75 or 2 in diameter cylinder for 30 min twice a day or something like that prior to your appointment.

The other guy alias9 did have one minor complication, he went very frequently but I think they said ideally you'd want to wait 4-6 months in between but you can go I believe in as little as 6 weeks.

Me personally I would go for the maximum amount of filler on the first time and worry about aesthetics later. I believe Tmartin304 barely had much results before getting a substantial amount of filler at Avanti.

But many users get some things corrected on their 2nd or 3rd appointment. Also you can pay to view pictures or they give you lifetime premium if you post your own.
