TOPIC: Balls removed

My Balls were removed from a mtn biking accident. One removed about 3 years ago when the other had to be repaired and was about 1/2 the size it was so my ball sac was almost empty. I had to have the other nut removed a few months ago so no I have none and I am on protesta testosterone gel and it works good. My briefs are empty in the sac. Any thing I can use to looks like I have nuts? I looked for something on the market to put in my briefs everyday but can\'t find em. Jock is looking empty at the gym. Suggestions?

There is a thread regarding the various implants. Jury is out on the Elist deal. Not aware of any non surgical prosthesis. Sorry for your injury.

Please do your homework and be sure to get the best. My testicular implant had to be redone. Still doesn\'t hang the way I\'d like, but at least my briefs are full.

Who did your surgery? It seems most guys who have testicle implants have some problems with them.

Rockhard, is your situation an enhancement of existing testicles or a replacement to a removed testicle?

I am thinking of testicular enhancement surgery. Obviously concerned as I live in Uk and if there are complications, I´ll have to take a plane back to States.

Apologies for going somewhat off-thread. What are the options for men with small (or perceived small) Balls, for enlargement? There is no evidence around growth hormone or testosterone, ball-stretchers are dubious and who wants a sac with no content, testicular implants (silicone or saline) available in South America have mixed reviews (I live in the UK, no one in Europe would touch this procedure). I\'m looking for a scrotal filler that will give \'bulk\' but nothing nasty like silicone or those \'permanent\' fillers. Has anyone heard of HA fillers in the scrotum??

I had my testicles augmented with silicone implants by Dr James Elist about 18 months ago. I am happy with the size and look of the testicles but they are very hard to the touch and do not feel natural at all. In fairness at the time of the 2 minute consultation (I then had the surgery that afternoon as I live in Australia) he did tell me that he thought one size down was a more natural looking effect but he did not explain that the implants used would feel so hard - like if you were flexing a muscle, for want of a better description. That kind of hard, with no \'give\' when they are fondeled. A;so they are cold to the touch as no blood circulates through them (obviously). He didn\'t mention that either. Every single person bar non who has touched them has commented on how hard they are. I guess its a pay off between filling out my shorts and having cold, hard Balls. Still, after everything, the US$8000 fee, the discomfort of the post surgery healing and in my case the travel, I\'m WAY HAPPIER now that I fill out my swimming trunks than before. And as far as surgeons go, he was nice, professional, and followed up with after care and got his staff to call me in Australia.

My first ball set was placed 24 months ago and were hard too. Apparently these were softer than the previous versions available though. But I agree there was no give. I asked for the smallest size he could put in but they were still bigger than I wanted. They also filled the whole scrotum and didn\'t sit at the lower part.
Early last year (less than 12 months ago) I had to have one that shifted replaced. He said he could replace it with an even softer version. And it was. I liked it it was soft and flexible. Didn\'t feel fake. And it was smaller too. When I got my penile implant removed three months ago I had him replace the other testicular implant with he new version as well at the same time. But it got infected and I lost both implants. That is covered elsewhere. I am not recommending getting yours replaced however. I am going back to Dr Elist to discuss my situation with him. I would like to get them again when I am healed..if I can.

I had one implant 25 years ago, soft silicone.Never had any problems with it. I\'m told it feels real. It is a bit colder than a real testicle to touch and it was attached too high in the scrotum, which seems a common problem. I was a little disappointed as it is a smaller size than its counterpart The surgeon, a Urologist, stated that he always liked making the incision in the pubic hair on the each side of the penis to fit implants as it minimized infection and further problems from his experience. Although it was a conservative method of surgery, in my case it was all OK.

Glad you have been happy with the result. Why did you have just one testicular implant? What type was it? Who was the doctor who placed it?
It is good to hear of at least one long term success. Mine are out and I don\'t think I will be getting them again.

Sorry to hear about so many negative experiences. I was very interested in this but am now shirking.

I ran across that video before. That is to replace a missing testicle not for enhancement of basically normal testicles.
