I think the root of my paranoia is not knowing how forceful I should have been trying to mold the PMMA to keep it from donuting around the glands due to retraction. I don't retract much, but enough that you can see it bulge up. Since it was stressed that I need to massage it hourly and try to keep the PMMA even in the shaft, I fear I was too forceful and possibly pushed it into my testies, although I'm not 100% sure how that could have occurred, just a paranoia.

To add a little context, the day after my procedure I would use the pin they give you to move the PMMA around with like a rolling pin and stretched my penis out on the bathroom counter at the hotel. I would then attempt to roll the PMMA even, primarily pulling it from the glands and attempting to push it towards the base. I wasn't sure if the pressure would tear the skin inside and squirt it into my testies and pubic mound.

I tried squeezing the bulge in the testies and it does go away for like 5 minutes then it comes right back, which I guess would suggest more fluid than PMMA but they are extremely red, irritated, and formed something like almost looks like a 3rd ball in the center.

I just got home and showed my wife, and she thought that the ball in the center was my testicle.

Well, as a piece of mind I googled scrotum tuck procedures which appears to be a thing, so hopefully I don't have to, but if I need to I assume I can get my scrotum corrected at a later time.

My experiences with 4.5" girth was the majority of my life before PMMA - I never had any complaints, but definitely no "WOW" comments either lol. I always have treated sex as making sure the other woman was taken care of - so I concentrated (and still do) on foreplay especially myself going down first. A lot of guys with PMMA pump, so I don't think it should be an issue, and they are probably being extra cautious since it is relatively new and any studies on its use with things like PMMA and Ellanse are likely non-existent. If this is remarkably effective for work, I'm willing to sign a waiver to see if they'll let me try, assuming I can find a tube that can tolerate my base girth lol.

I am not a doctor and I didn't experience that side effect before so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I would guess that since your phallus has been through a unique experience it is probably swelling. In particular if you keep massaging the area too vigorously you could be keeping it inflamed. So I would leave it alone or ice it and see if it reduces.

To be on the safe side maybe reach out to the staff there and see what they say. I don't think PMMA transit is a thing to worry about. I suppose in theory an injection could have missed the right tissue location - but this would be like getting hit by Lighting and I think it would be easy to fix if that did happen. PMMA is safe in your body so long as it isn't sitting in an artery etc. so there isn't much to worry about.

@Yup the Penimaster attaches at the glans only so it’s good to go, though I may be using the ADS Avanti provides (actually I bought one to get conditioned to it) since the Utmost package includes glans enhancement and the Penimaster cup may be irritating. Apex + generic glans cup attached via sleeve is probably a no go for immediate postcare since the sleeves attach to the shaft. My guess is that you’ll be able to use it again after the 6 week mark when the PMMA is considered mostly settled but would check with Avanti to verify.

When can you switch from the stretcher that @Avanti_Derma gives patients to something like the Apex extender using a vac cup?

Yours look wider most of my girth is on up and down not the sides. My width is not like yours so you look huge compared to me. Im trying to recover length so my girth isn't bigger than my length either way pmma changed my life

Avanti Derma suggest using the stretcher for 6 to 8 weeks after pmma because this is the period during which collagen is formed.

I agree with @Buttercups2 . If these imperfections are just bothering you, I would think twice about it. It can't be perfect while flaccid AND erect. If you add more pmma to make the base wider while erect, you need to keep in mind that your flaccid state might look a little bit more plump or larger at the base too and you might not like it.

Voluma vs Versa
