Great SO that\'s good to know. It would be useful if before your second session you could take a before shot so that those with similar starting specs will know what can be expected from a fairly consequent 20% PMMA first series of injections. Has it changed your erect shape any?

Hi I am new to the forum and I am interested in Dr. C\'s procedure. I have been in contact with his office via email and I am awaiting a response. I have some questions for anybody thats want to answer them or just give me their opinion.
1) Do you think Dr. C\'s proceedure gives you the most bang for your buck? If not which one does?
2) Should I go with permanent injectible ot temporary?
3) If there is any erect length gain with Dr. C\'s procedure, what is the average gain?
I know some of these questions may not be answered but any input will be much appreciated. I was thinking maybe someone should start a thread for most bang for your buck for penis enlargement.

Well, in my experience, doing PE requires stopping anything you are doing for that purpose a few hours before sex (if you can predict that moment), so it regains its \'usefullness\' for intercourse. Otherwise, just pop half or quarter Viagra, and it will help. But then you have to go back to whatever PE thing you were doing.

Alright, so now that I\'m single, I think I\'m actually going to go through with the PMMA procedure. I have no one to worry about or answer to now, and it\'s what I really want. Considering I\'m around 6-6.5 NBPEL and 4.5 girth, I think it would definitely be worth it.

I\'m not sure if I should try and stretch maybe a .5-1\" out before I get the surgery done though. I\'ve tried using a stretching device and doing manual exercises. Only problem is, I either end up not following through or end up struggling with erections for a bit, panic, then give up. Would you guys recommend manual exercises over extenders? Should I just say screw it and book an appointment ASAP?

Part of me is still scared because I\'d rather have a smaller penis that works over the risk of losing the functionality of my dick a few years down the road. I\'m still trying to figure things out, but I know which way I\'m leaning...
