My penis has a fulcrum/almost curve to it. It looks like this:
Which is quite criminal because if I have a 90% erection and I straighten it, I can hit 6.5+ inches. It\'s weird. When I bend my penis, it bends at the curve (while erect). Kind of like that\'s the weak spot. If my penis ever bends, it bends at the curve. Often I can\'t go in that extra inch deep because my penis will bend at that curve and not penetrate. Fulcrum (I wouldn\'t really consider it much of a curve) factored in the equation I\'m at:6.0 x 4.75
My penis is also shaped like this around, but slightly more boxy I guess:
It\'s decent width wise, but up to down (whatever term this is), it\'s quite abysmal.

Your penis can still grow at your age. what are your current measurements?

I don\'t see a reason why it the Dr. wouldn\'t do it for you. I would say if it grows some more you would probably just need to go back for a touch up, but that wouldn\'t be any different from guys who get pmma and begin a stretching routine. They just go back and get a touch up session. However, I would discuss it with the doc.

Removing the implant, Hell is HERE!!!!

I scheduled for the surgery to remove the implant. Dr. Elist said he really wanted to have a serious talk with me before the removal, I agreed.

I flew into LA, I went in to see him. He looked at it and he could not believe I wanted to remove it. It really looked nice and even when in the flaccid state. I told him about the pain and the discomfort when sleeping with it and when having sex. He said he can remove it, trim the edges and put it back in! OR he can insert it UNDER THE GLANS!!! I said to myself, now that is a great idea.....I am having fucking continuous pain at the glans and his solution is to put it under it???

He also said he can put a new one in for $1500 and he will make it longer to compensate for the lost length.... I told him I do not have the money for it. He then told me he will do it now and I can pay him later. I felt he was really tying to help me but he just did not have the proper solution for my problems with the implant.....I told him I want it out, he said OK, he will call the surgery center and get them ready. It is lunch time now, so he said let\'s have lunch then we do it, I said cool. He got an incall so he could not do lunch, so I told him I will come back in an hour or so and then we will do it, he said OK.....

I went out and found a nice little Italian restaurant with seating outside... I sat there staring at people walking by and cars driving by. I ordered an Italian beer, it was great tasting, I forget the name....

I kept gazing at people walking by, there poor folks and rich folks..... I looked at $1000 rusty cars, beat up cars go by and then watched a few $100,000 cars go by....what a contrast in Beverly Hills....

I knew the game right away. They are still trying to convince me to keep it.

He offered me a GREAT solution, how about some pain killers to manage the pain behind the glans....I played stupid, I asked him: you mean you have a pill that will take the pain away forever? He looked puzzled and said....ah, no you take a pill everyday....

I asked; did the Dr NOT tell you my story? he avoided the answer! I asked him are you an intern? again, he did not answer....Sorry, he did not look or sound like he belonged in the medical world (I have seen a few of them, even fucking Dr\'s)

At this point, even God or Buddha will not convince me to keep it....Just really bad PR!!!!!

I basically told him we are finished and now we need to go to the surgery center....He hesitantly said OK....

He left the room....then it dawned on me!!! I ain\'t going under anesthesia this time, the big black anesthesia man may me, OR the Dr will put a giant implant in me!!! No fucking way I am going under....

I went out of the room and saw him again wondering around aimlessly, I told him to tell the Dr. I will have it removed in the office with local anesthesia ...He then ran to the D\'s office and told him. A few minutes later he came back and told me he will prepare the room for removal, I said fuck, not him...please, here we go again...this time I am going to die under their hands!!!!!

I was wearing a nice shirt, while I was walking by, the receptionist told me quietly to lift my shirt waaay up... she knew what the fuck was going to happen......I said to my self....fuck, I am going to die!!!!!!!!!

My personal experience was both positive and negative.. I really, and I mean really don\'t recommend it. The fat re-absorption is at best, un-predictable. The positive is, that. after 2 rounds,, in a warm weather,, my cock relaxes and hangs nicely and has good girth.. Looks real good, and I had about 3/4 inch girth enhancement..So in the summer time and on vacation in warm climate.. I\'m very quite happy,, The negative side of things is that I live in Toronto, Canada.. and damn it can get cold.. Shrinkage is a beotch!! and because of the re-absorption of the fat.. I ended up with less at the head and base.. So, as we all know our members can shrink and grow incredibly, it has lead to some dis figuration. Also upon full erection.. the filling is not full at the base nor near the head.. so it is clear something is \"out of sorts\" . That\'s why I\'m looking at the PMMA to do these touch ups for a more aesthetic looking penis.. I\'m open to suggestions.. Anyone?? Thanks RIP

I had auto fat transfer done and have a couple touch up area\'s,, The Dr. who did the Fat tranfer only wants to do another fat transfer,, he makes more money that way.. surprise surprise..

I don\'t have plans on doing this type of thing at home.. just curious..

I know it sounds stupid to think of doing PE at home..I work at a hospital and have access to all the supplies needed to do it.. Blunt micro-cannula\'s, sterile everything.. lydocaine. ect ect.. I had penile Metacrill 30% ( in Brazil ) 3 years ago and I have no complications from this product, but what I read that NewPlastic has a better quality than Metacrill ( but I am not sure if it is true or not ?? ).
But you have to know it is the technique and the experience of the doctor are more important than the product per se in regard of the complication of PMMA ( e.g. skin necrosis or pulmonary emboli ) so it is a dangerous product esp. if you use a sharp needle ( instead of a safe blunt micro-cannula ) and injecting the PMMA into blood vessels or superficially into the dermis ( Foreign Body Granuloma ).
So please don\'t try it \"rip\".

Theer are some skin tightening devices being used by Dermatologists worlwide, where they apply it on your skin to increase collagen and tighten it, smoothing out wrinkles. I wonder if we could use those skin tightening devices also on the penis (have you heard of Titan or Thermage?), to help our girth enhancement with PMMA.

As for Metracil, I believe it is a brand of Medical Grade PMMA more commonly used in Brazil. In theory it should be effective in providing results similar to that of New Plastic & Artefill - however, its efficacy has not been documented for penile bioplasty on this forum. Its quality compared to the aforementioned brands are up for debate.
There are some threads both on the old forum (phalloplasty.proboards.com) as well as this forum that touch a little bit on the product. I believe Dr. C\'s office will offer a brand by request, but I\'m not sure about any other bioplasty physicians.
