I\'m very interested in learning more about alfuzosin and doxazosin and their effect on turtling. I shrink up a lot with any physical activity. If I walk up a flight of stair, I probably lose an inch and a half. At the end of an hour at the gym, heck, I look like an acorn. This concerns me because I am strongly considering PMMA and would like to prevent shrinkange during the healing phase so the filler doesn\'t form a funny shape.
Do you recommend one of these meds over the other or both? I\'m thinking of taking it pre-procedure and then for the 6 weeks following. I see both are available on medsmex.com.

There are additional costs if you use a shuttle service between San Diego and Tijuana ($100) and somewhere between $40-$50 for medications (antibiotics, etc), which explains the costs on top of the quoted $1500 for a full round.

@size why 1640,I thought it was 1500.00. And your so detailed, I\'m using your threads as my guide. I emailed wade yesterday looking at dates. He told me they only do procedures Tuesday - Friday and one Saturday a month. He cautioned me against Saturday cause it takes so long to cross the border. I think my date is going to be august 12 because I just got my work schedule yesterday and I\'m off that weekend. So I won\'t have to rush back to nyc, ill have some down time.

Hello everyone i don\'t really go on the other forum much been there about 3-5 times since procedure done on feb 3rd.
anyway found this forum all of my pics were taken down from the other forum (everyone ) not sure why.

I am using XL magnums now can\'t fit regular magnums. It\'s funny because i went to about 4 stores to get condoms they all had Magnums but not Magnum XL I was like i can\'t fit regular magnums. This was when we first started dating and before having sex.

I use l-arginine from gnc or you can get multivitamins from gnc they\'re in there too. use it get 1000mg use 2-3 times you will be able to go more than one round. I used to have sex and not be able to get full erection until days later. Now i just pop one in and you can feel it getting hard hours later. sex is great now with size and stamina.

Sure seems like a small price to pay for feeling more confident. Congrats sizemic. If the ladies continue to respond to the bigger size being good we might bust the idea that size doesn\'t matter. All i can say is stay cool and don\'t let that go to your head. lol.

Haha it was an extra 2cc\'s! And nope still haven\'t measured! I will either wait until tomorrow (day 6) or wait until day 21 when the collagen should be pretty much formed. I\'m still doubting that I\'ll make it to 6\" We\'ll see.

My general practitioner prescribed Alfuzosine as a preventive measure against prostrate growth. I tried it for a couple of days and it made me dizzy making me have to lie down to recover, so he switched the script to Avodart with dutasteride, which is also great against hair loss (and even possibly hair re-growth). But I stopped that too as it might have been countering the DHT topical cream. I will take a few tabs of Alfuzosine with me to take prior to the PMMA procedure, but otherwise avoid the stuff due to my bad side effects.

Thanks for your great reply and I am very happy indeed if somebody tries to reason me, also I\'d hate nothing more than giving bad ideas to others - taking risks with one\'s own health is one thing but we have a duty to the community. You\'re right, and it is no closet secret that my quest is more romantic than strictly physiological. That\'s why I am doing a whole list of things beyond PE. For example this morning I had a liposonix ultrasound stomach treatment and both love handles Zeltiq coolsculpture frozen. There are several other things on the list of which PE surgery is one. While maybe a woman shouldn\'t be what motivates us to change, one can definitely serve as a catalyst, and she has done just that, confronting me with many aspects of myself I want to be different, regardless of her or not. I am actually grateful that she confronted me with this so intimate of preoccupations, giving me the courage to go ahead and do something about it. Of course this is all rhetorical as she hasn\'t the faintest and will see me again as a changed and hopefully, in some ways, better man.
Also I am fairly surprised at what you\'ve said about the risks of taking Pregnyl. In France the dose I was prescribed is a mid-sized dosage in the medical reference book. However I am undergoing andropose, so unless you are quite elderly I don\'t think you\'d qualify age-wise as my \'uncle\' but nonetheless I appreciate the kind protective sentiment. I had all my blood levels checked and my doctor said that my testosterone levels were normal, blood was drawn after 2 months of large doses of DHT and 3 weeks of bodybuilding doses of Methyl 1-D. To me, and of course I\'m a newbie without any medical knowledge, this would imply that without such supplements my usual Testosterone levels were probably at least somewhat low.
I have noticed that after taking Pregnyl (I injected my second weekly dose 1500IU yesterday and 1500IU today) that I gain quite a bit in physical strength and am far more able to maintain an effort without encountering any fatigue. This is very different from when I was using the Testosterone boosters because then I had the surface impression of a lot of instant boost, but none of the low ebb strong energy. I am taking Formadrol against excessive estrogen, as well as rubbing DHT cream on my moobs (man boobs). Actually I\'ve had a minor case of gynecomastia since I was 14 and while there is a tiny bit of glandular growth there the rest is fat tissue which will get removed by cryogenic freeze at the end of the month (today I arranged to be the test subject for my local provider who happens to be a very prudent leading dermotologist).
I would much appreciate, as I am sure others would to, to learn more about why steroids are necessary to take with Pregnyl. Regarding fertility, I had no idea there were such risks and you do well to highlight it. I feel like the Pregnly has kick started my hormone production getting me back in the pink. If I find that there is too strong of a reaction next weekend when I inject again, I will down the dosage to a single shot per week at 1500IU. Let us remember that this was prescribed as a corrective hormonal balancing measure, it is only a coincidence that I am secretly desiring PE from it incidentally.
It is true that I am experimenting with various substances but do stop them as soon as I feel an adverse effect. Of course this won\'t prevent deeper consequences or long term problems such as sterility. So you do well to warn me and others to any implicit risks. Please don\'t hesitate to add explanations or details to what these are.
And I will in a week\'s time be joining others here in the manual side of PE using a mushroom head glans pump as well as an AutoVacs extender. You can say I\'ll try anything once or twice, that is... unless good friends like Justabitmore warn me otherwise.

Dude you probably hold the record as the person on this board who are trying to hit growth from all possible angles! I think you will find peace after your pmma treatment and you will get big for sure! If you are a grower you will find the extra weight will make your flacid penis look much better also!

I note that you used to take a strong suicidal AI which will certainly help with the large dose of pregnyl you are administering.

However it will not prevent you becoming infertile which you have a very high risk of doing if you are taking pregnyl at those dosages without using steroids. Even if you did use a fair load of test this amount of pregnyl is way above what people do now a days. 2500-5000mg per week for two weeks at the end of a cycle was the norm. Now its 250mg per week or every other week during a long cycle. Shorter cycles has no need for preg.

If your aim is to grow breast tissue and becoming infertile and in turn having to rely on hormone therapy for the rest of your life then you are doing the right thing.

I don\'t write this to belittle you or play clever. I do it because I am (and have been) trying to reconsider your chemical plan and if you don\'t I want to make sure no one copies you.

That said I really wish you the best of luck with pmma and hope you get a great result. You are a valued and good natured member of this board and my open critique of your chemical methods doesn\'t detract from this as I know you. Have the best intentions. I will outline my quest for PE in a few short words. Spending weeks, months and years tugging away endlessly at my dissatisfaction would only serve to reinforce the shortcoming, so I decided against manual PE. So I started doing Chemical PE and may still pursue that path but it is at best a long term process also. Then I decided not to just research the possibility of PhalloPlasty but to go ahead and have something done about it. I looked into any number of procedures some of which bring only partial benefits, and others which carry more promise. I finally resolved to seek out the only procedure which at present offers significant girth gains without significant reported risks.
I have scheduled my first round of PMMA injections ten days from now, and I will be driving overnight from Las Vegas to San Diego, checking into a hotel and awaiting the shuttle to go to Tijuana where Doctor Luis Casavantes assisted by Zobel Wade will be providing the first in a series of PMMA injections. At that time I will be scheduling my second session for September, both as a review session correcting any imperfections and also possibly as an additional girth enhancement session depending upon results from the first round. I will rely fully upon the great know how and professional and artistic talent of Dr C and his valued assistant to determine the best way to attain optimal results.
As usual for this section I will provide pictures before and after, maybe some snapshots of the procedure if that is okay with Dr C, and a detailed account of pre-operative preparation and post-operative progress. I can already vouch for the sincere and considerate greetings by email with Nurse Zobel Wade and over the phone with Christian, I concur with our fellow members here that their team has both professional competence as well as humanity. PhalloPlasty therefor becomes not only a feasible alternative, but a comfortable and pleasant decision to enhance one\'s physique to improve one\'s quality of life.
My first round will be on July 21st and I will be taking the shuttle service from my hotel in San Diego to Dr C\'s office in Tijuana. After one night at the hotel I will be taking a short \"convalescence road trip\" in a rental car to see a few sights before driving back to Las Vegas to board my direct return flight to Paris. Advice about any local sights worth taking in are welcome, though I\'ll be avoiding the more extreme theme park roller coasters.
My initial precautions will be to take quite a few homeopathic Arnica Montana granules during the 2 days preceding and following the procedure, to rub down the \"surgical subject\" with Arnican cream prior to surgery, all in hopes of reducing swelling and inflammation. I will also be taking orally during several days prior to surgery 4 000g/day of Potoba consisting in p-Aminobenzoic Acid Potassium Salt, a connective tissue long muscle relaxant, and 4 daily tablets of Vitalaxin brand Porcine Relaxin, a hormonal substance which promotes collagen growth. As per the helpful advice of other forum members I will be taking an alpha blocker Alfuzosine 3 hours before the procedure as well as a light but effective relaxant one hour before.
This procedure comes after approximately one month of topical DHT cream application. During the general time frame of the procedure I have been undergoing hormonal treatment with weekly Chorionic Gonadotropin subdermal injections of 3000mg of Pregnyl. In case of need I will also be taking along a tube of kenalog cream as well as an antibiotic cream, asking first the medical advice of Dr C prior to using anything.
Regarding my initial specs I am a grower and not a shower, with average girth for the length but sub average length: BPEL = 5.5\" and EG = 4.1/4\" which in centimeters converts to: BPEL = 14cm and EG = 11cm. My hoped for yet difficult to attain targets are BPEL = 7\" and EG = 6\". My expectation for the first phase of PMMA is to maybe reach 5\" girth. I will be pursing the length gains with Chemical PE using QuadMix cavernous injections along with various supplements and by pumping.

Does anyone know how much 20cc of Artefill would cost administered by Dr. C? From a quick web search, it seems to be about $1,000 - $1,500 per cc in the US. I\'m guessing the cost in Mexico is lower.

@Dd71 - I am with you. I hope that PMMA is a safe, low risk solution that will allow some of us to move on past those issues.
