I am seriously considering PMMA with @Ananti_Derma but have some concerns. I am not so concerned about irregularities that need touchups or anything that can be corrected . However, I do worry about 10-20 years from now. What percentage of your patients that have PMMA develop long term complications .

Also, and I know you were joking, but if you want "ribbed for her pleasure", chat with Rupeka. I won't speak for him but my understanding is that he will do safe body modification requests. Safe being the key word.

I'm now 29 months past HA (volux) and it seems like some of the skin thickness it gave me is going to stick around indefinitely. There are 2 maybe pea sized nuggets left over but the rest is just thicker skin - curious if you think you're going to have the same. I have no intention of getting my HA dissolved, hopefully the PMMA people can work around it if it's still lingering, BUT...
I wonder if you're seeing the same, i.e. any indication you're getting what seems like it will be permanent skin thickening from your HA. I have not seen any doctors mention this, nor people here, and I suspect it's because nobody lets their stuff completely dissolve naturally without going in for a top up, AND, because doctors don't want to promise permanent gains from HA especially if they aren't certain how and why.

My normal hang or “dress” is to the left side of pants . I’m under a year into this and still overall very happy with the results. I’ve lost some filler on the left top side where it rests against my thigh daily ( I’m figuring compression and movement accelerated absorption ). Not noticible to others, but I do notice it. I will probably get a top off to address this. I’m still planning to do pmma at some point, but timing is the main issue so it may not be this year. I know folks don’t always give follow-ups so I will do my best to give continuing progress reports. Based on that absorbed point I may be a “ fast” absorber , which would indicate pmma as the preferred filler for me.


I still stand by starting with HA when you bite the bullet and go for it because of its adjust and reversibility, while more expensive to “test drive” your dick, it is worth it. Think of it as a long term rental, you can leave, extend the lease, or after your happy with the neighborhood and the amenities, buy the perfect place next door (pmma).

UPDATE!!

It's been a while, but I have some good news. As you know I was having an issue with a pain just below the glans and above the end of the graft. I believed it to be a suture that never dissolved, which turned out to actually be two sutures. After 6 months of no progress he decided to do a revision. He cut an incision and took out the sutures and cleaned up the end of the graft that didn't really soften. There was an area around the suture on the graft that didn't look as aesthetic as I would've like it. What he did was clean up the end of the graft at the same time.

I'm going to go in and remove the sutures this week from the revision. I've already gotten erections and can confirm that the issue has been resolved, no pain! I think it will look better too. I'm super happy overall and excited it was able to get resolved. He could've just tossed me to the side after the surgery and not cared to do what he did. He was with me every step of the way and I 100% stand by Dr. Liu and what he offers. Keep you guys posted when im 100% healed.

So, I’m not sure I’m a good case study for glans enhancement. The reason I say that is because I had three HA injections into the corona with AD. After each injection I would notice the corona was more robust. It “flared” more, if that makes sense. But it never lasted long. Maybe a month or less. Rounds 4 and 5 were with Rupeka where each time I had PRP injections in the corona. Each time my corona had significant flare but it stays longer term. Meaning, I haven’t witnessed it go away after some period of time like the HA. That said, my first glans PRP injection was last October and the second was February, just 2 months ago. So, who knows if it will go away in the next 6 months, 12 months, or if it is real long term growth. I also can’t confirm if the positive growth is due to the PRP alone or is it because I had 3 HA injections first. I just don’t know. I do feel confident in saying that PRP has been beneficial tho.

Yes sir. Zero complaints. I still have a slightly tighter ring at the base. I’m going to get a touch up or two to get it uniform. But otherwise I’m very stoked about the results. My wife comments on how “hard” it is when erect inside her and how big it is. She says that I “fill her up”. It’s super hot as she’s making these statements and other sexual talk. Things she’s never done or said before.

I did ask about some glans options now that I've seen @6x5to6x7 results. Depending on how the doc feels I might do something with that in a month or so.
