I have few questions for you:
where did you have the procedure done?
Which filler did you use?
What kind of aftercare?
did you get 20ml all at once? or divided into 2 sessions?
Why do you feel the need of a third procedure adding 10 ml if you're already almost 6" wide?
Would you mind posting some pics to see your results and don't you think 6" inches girth on a 15 cm lenght is more than enough for a good aestehtic?
Unless you have a big glans, don't you think it might appear a bit disproportioned with even more girth and dwarf it?

Re strestching: I think both Penimaster and Phallosan would work and I second SO to say that it's better to wait 4 weeks before strating your stretching routine. In the menawhile you can certainly do manual stretching

congratulations on your starting journey. I would advise against any stretching device for the first 1-2 weeks after the procedure, but of course ask dc. Oates about it.
In case better to choose a vacuum cap like Phallosan.
You can use Cialis before and after to reduce shrinkage, and massage it as your doctor will indicate, if needed.

I got 20ml HA filler in my circumcised penis and it was the best decision ever in my life. I love the look of it and sex makes so much more fun. I went from having a girth of 12,5cm (4,91 inches) to 15cm (5,9 inches) and tomorrow I will get another 10ml for a total of 30ml in a timespan of 3 months. The feeling of having a fat dick is just something else and the ladies love the look of it.

I have never stretched my penis before and now I want to buy a penis extender called Penimaster Pro where you suck in your glans in a chamber. I chose Penimaster, because it gives apparently more stretch than Phallosan Forte and only applies stretch slightly below your glans, as I am scared, that phallosan forte might damage the molded form of the HA filler, when wearing for a couple of hours.

I have a length of 15cm and want to gain about 2cm. Is it possible to stretch your penis with an extender after getting HA fillers? And if so, how long should I wait for stretching after getting another 10ml HA filler tomorrow?

I too have huge issues with getting blisters from vacuum devices and have now completely discontinued them from my life and routines. Hit me up and I can go over what i do now with other stuff to avoid them and still some time on tension. – The blisters were my own fault. The first one, I fell asleep while hanging. The second, I went up with the weight and time faster than I should have.

Can you go over a bit more how long you waited after surgery to attach anything at all to your penis? EG: weights, stretchers, sleeves. anything? I started with my Phallosan Forte 10 days after surgery and hanging 1 month after surgery.

Would you go back and do anything differently on your post-surgery care and routine? Such as start stretching sooner than you did or wait longer than you did, stretch longer periods of time, Not use a vacuum device (haha). No, it seemed to work out for me the way I did things.

How long did you wait to stretch or pull exactly? I started very light manual stretching within hours after surgery as per the doctor’s instructions. ADS – 10 days, hanging – a month.

I'm sure there was pain and discomfort after your surgery that obviously delays the ability to start stretching RIGHT after surgery; So how bad was your pain and how long did it take you to get to where you could stretch the penis: manually and/or with a device. Pain was minimal. I only used the prescribed pain meds for a couple of days. After that, I used Tylenol or Advil as necessary. I started stretching fairly quickly but stop short of any discomfort.

Your scars seem to be healing very well, are you using anything on them? Vit E, Scar Away, etc etc. I used Scar Away. It seems to have worked well for me. I still use it. Not sure if I need to though.

Hey guys, long time lurker and have done lots of research and I’m wanting some advice or information from anyone who has had the 5s penile enlargement surgery in Seoul.

The clinic is proud urology and they perform ligament cut (which I’m apprehensive about), dermal graft around the shaft for girth and mega fill to enhance the glands.

I looked into the penuma and from what I’ve researched it is not a good option and I’m starting to loose hope with what options I have to help make my penis aesthetically larger.

I was born with congenital curvature where my penis bent 50 degrees to the left.

I had 2x Nesbit procedures in Melbourne that was honestly the worst decision of my life. From there i traveled to Vienna 3 times to get the stage technique to straighten and rectify my curve plus issues with blood flow and nerve damage.

From what I’m realised the phallosan forte is the only safe way to gain some length.

I’m currently 5” and lost about 2 inches from surgery to correct the curve. Getting the ligament cut does not give you more erect length plus if scar tissue forms it can retract the penis further.

I have been on this journey from the age of 21 I’m now 34 and mentally exhausted but I’m hoping someone here can give me some guidance to help me move on with my life

Sorry I been away, I've mostly been busy writing in my pjs lol. I started writing fictional gospel stories after this procedure, which may be the opposite of what most people do after getting this procedure, so I feel getting this procedure is a responsibility to myself and others that I do understand some morale to this socially. So in rare instances I can give the grace of talking about this with those open to it, even when less personably known. But rarely do I tell people about the surgery. Luckily these stories I'm writing is more important to me than the procedure until I've seen more significant gains from stretching. If anyone wants to know more about any kind of moral struggle or wants to know about my fictional gospel poetry I've been writing lately, feel free to message me direct. Feels like the thing to do when establishing the 'new coming inch?' Ya know, rather than a new covenant? Lol.

So for an update on matters less far-reaching, yet still far-reaching, lol. I was stretching for a while with the PSX2, not yet the autoxleeve. I finally got on the phone with Dan at Morganstern because I was having problems with the PSX2 pulling on my scar when I aim my penis down at my knee. In general, with the PSX2, I started getting annoyed with little problems. But to put it plainly, Dan said I really shouldn't worry about stretching at this time. I realized a couple stitches had come undone and was wondering if I needed to get them redone. They told me not to worry and stitches could be touched up easily with just the cost of anesthesia.

Dan also told me that a better stretching tool was the Phallosan Forte (instructions):

It costs $379 and $124 for the Plus which I ended up getting after not getting. So was a little over $500 for the Phallosan Forte (Plus). Seems like a pretty simple device that they got right.

So I honestly stopped stretching for a little while after Dan told me the first six weeks it needed to heal more. But I also felt like I could hold off stretching until I got the PF Plus. Without the plus I couldn't figure out exactly how to stretch, but I also felt like the way to do it was rather painful. This thing doesn't come with instructions in the box. I had to find them online and watch a YouTube video on how to attach it. It's difficult to attach because you have to put the base part on before the silicon tubing and cap. I put on the silicon without the base part like 4 or 5 times yesterday. Get used to sitting when you put this thing on.

After fussing with the rods to get the height right, different silicon sleeves because the ones that came with it are tougher but they pull on the skin more and don't roll out as well over the penis. I tried one PSX2 sleeve on the Forte and it ripped shortly, so I'm working with the sleeves they provided. I like the little pump that comes with it, feels like that adds a little subtle bit of pull from the front tip as well as the back. The box claims you can get nearly 2 inches flaccid even without the ligament surgery, so I feel pretty good this thing'll give some good results.

It's more comfortable for my penis too to hang free between my legs rather than attached to my leg, thigh or abdomen. It feels more natural. So far I haven't felt like wearing it while I sleep even though lots of people have posted doing that. So far, just been wearing it at day. Not sure if there are more benefits to wearing it at night than at day for same duration of time.

So far, I haven't measured myself yet because I know Dr. Carney says it's going to look worse before it looks better. So I look like I'm just a 1/2" to an inch longer flaccid? But it's hard to tell because I haven't measured myself yet. I'm a little timid to once Dan told me not to stretch right away. I'm happy, knowing I'm not thicker, but knowing that thickening can interfere with lengthening if done before lengthening. I have also been able to masterbate without it hurting a little less than a week ago. Was very surprised that cumming didn't hurt after 4.5 weeks.

Masterbating has felt great. My penis does feel bigger, the nerves that were all in the back now are in the front and still getting reacclimatized, but I certainly notice there being more stimulation and longer lasting ejaculations. I've also felt like the book I've been writing has been kinda awakening, so the longer lasting ejaculations could be from the awakenings of writing and the procedure both, because if I wasn't writing things would definitely feel more stimulating, if not more sensually open and awake.

Sorry for not posting so long, but not much was really going on as far as statistics. I was so dedicated to writing. I wrote 13 fictional gospel chapters and have been perfecting them. Takes so much time. Now that I took a little time off, figured was time to talk about the Plus. I think now that I'm using the Plus my increases are going to be very smooth and fairly comfortable.

I've also been smoking weed to help with writing and just recreationally. I was worried that might affect the results somehow. But I stand to be corrected by Dan who said that wouldn't affect it. I figure though that the longer I stretch with the Phallosan Forte the more permanent the results will be. Dr. Carney recommended stretching for a year. I figure that I may even do a year and a half. My own theory is that smoking weed could make the results take longer so by stretching longer it helps weight the benefits. That's my naive opinion, lol

Sometimes when it's cold my penis still shrivels into it's place. I wonder how much less shriveled it will get the more I continue to stretch though. I also don't know if stretching for more than 6 hours a day is alright if it isn't comfortable. In case I decide to wear it both day and at night if it's not uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable until I got the rod length right. I love how it has screws for some micro millimeter/centimeter stretching adjustments as well.

Also, looking forward to being able to run again in a week or so. Will measure myself again a little bit later because I am a little disappointed, knowing that I should be at the moment. The gains mostly come later. In fact, I understand that if not stretching I lose some of the gains made. So I'm pleased I had the surgery, about the Phallosan Forte Plus, what I'm writing in the meantime and that I get to work at home so stretching often I not a problem.

It does still feel like a magical process though, so as many people do with magic, I sorta have doubts about my penis suddenly being longer, but I plan to stay dedicated, and hopefully none of the results after stretching down the road go away. I imagine though that by healing a certain way, even shriveling up is subject to weather, and not gene pool, and that's post surgery. So I'm just waiting to see just how high over the mountain I come.

There's so many variables though. Not sure if relaxing my mind helps, or stretching my legs or thighs, not turning my knees inward, feeling a more positive thinking. These all feel like minor variables to helping keep a penis from shrinking either short or long term.

By the way, after putting on the device, I officially think the verb for wearing the Plus is being "penised-out" putting the Forte on is a pain in the ass, so when you're doing it you're like an astronaut getting 'penised-out' that's what you're doing, pulling your penis out. And when you're using it, you definitely are 'penising out' since it's not hugging any part of the body, lol. But there's still no way to horribly 'penis' somebody like Captain Hero suggests in the show Drawn Together. At least I can still 'penis-out' with my Phallosan Forte Plus though, hahahaha

I don't know what's the best and I agree with Texas that the best is the one you can wear longer with no discomfort.
I personally use the Phallosan Forte and I wear 9 hours a day at the office, going at meetings, during the whole day with any kind of pants even tight jeans and it's undetectable.
I took me a while to get the hand of it but now It's +6 months with it with no issues.

No filler in that pic. I just got filler Friday night - so I put those pics in a different post. The filler has definitely tightened up the skin some - so not as much hang right now. Hopefully it loosens up some.

When I started - my flaccid hang could be anywhere from .5 to 4 inches depending on weather, if it was working out, running, etc. but usually around 3. My hang after if I give it a tug - 4 to 4.5. In the pic above - totally relaxed and pulled - around 5.25. So I gained about 2 inches in flaccid length from the surgery. Dr Carney said that should equate to an inch erect.

My erect length before was around 5.5 to 6 depending. Usually around 5.75. I’m around 6 now. But I’ve haven’t had an amazing erection to measure - I’m usually using it - instead of measuring. I did take a pic about 70% erect - and it looks longer than before for sure.

I haven’t measured since the Filler on Friday. It was wrapped and now I’m massaging and stretching it, etc. I want to wait ten days and then see what kind of girth I’ve gained.

Keep it stretched out. I usually did 6-8 hours a day with the leg stretcher or phallosan. Every once in a while the extender from Phallosan.

So I had Ellanse back in august and I definitely lost some length which is probably due to not being able to wear the weight the entire two weeks. I feel like I also lost SOME of my girth gains but its hard to tell tbh since my before measurements were all over the place with pumping/jelqing. It was my first time and I am considering going back in December for another round. The goal is 6 in circumference. Anyway, I am looking for the best under clothing stretcher. I saw some people talking about phallosan a while back but I wanted to see if there are any updates. Something that I can wear out and about without worrying about retraction for the first month.

Would say I gained about 1.75 in Flaccid length. It looks larger erect - I’d say I’ve gained about .25 or so in erect length. I’ve got to do some measuring and pictures for the next procedure - will post.

I do the all day stretcher 4-8 hours every day - take a day off every 2 weeks or so. I use the leg strap provided by Dr Morganstern office and I bought a Phallosan. I vary which one I use. I hang from time to time - but not consistently.

Working on scheduling the PermGirth (fat transfer). More excited about the girth than the length. Wanted to do the Foundoplasty as well - but they can’t do them together.

I decided to get HA instead due to some uncontrollables. This was my 2nd time going in for procedure. Both times my blood pressure shoot through roof basically putting me in a situation where they couldn't complete procedure. Which is kind of crazy since I have no issues with it. I took that as a sign from the man upstairs. It was quick and easy. At one point flaccid girth was above 7". Of course due to swelling. Was told not to have sex for 5 days. On the 5th day tried to have sex with wife but it wouldn't fit plus still was a bit sore. Today makes 8 days since surgery. I'm still sitting at 6.3 flaccid girth which is kind of crazy. I'm not sore anymore so I think I'll try to bust moves on the wife again tonight. Also I'll try to measure erect girth. Overall it looks fine. May need a touch up. Not as smooth as it once was. That was expected though. As far as length I've purchased the phallosan forte and the restoreX. I'm going to roll with that for a while. I realized that measuring my penis from underneath from sack up to glans I'm over 6" slightly. I have a pretty legit curve but nothing too crazy. Truth be told this was all ego for me. I'm slightly above average on both girth and length but I've never had sex issues. Wife thought I was crazy for doing this because she was completely happy with our sex life. I found this platform in April and decided why not. I guess you can say I was a bit impulsive lol. On another note Dr. Carney was super nice and understanding. Also had a chance to just converse with him for over an hour. Learned somethings. I'll try to get pics and before and afters for the platform.

Dont use phallosan forte as it puts pressure on your shaft (took me ages to find that answer, search is not helpful).

Can you share the Afzercare Instructions from TJ with me? I get Ellanse soon in UK. I have a phallosan forte stretcher and wonder how to use it for best results. You say it should point down but on the other hand the filler moves then down?
My clinice says I shouls keep my unit in supportive underweard and here and then mold the filler.

I figure they will give you the post-op protocol to follow and that, short of complication or aesthetic irregularity, a second visit would present redundancy or uselessness in their eyes. At least that's what I'd gather if I were told the same. I wouldn't be worried to be quite frank, between the WhatsApp and the patient reporting here, there is plenty to rely on to see things through. It's a an expression of confidence from the Clinic, in that they do these a lot, and they have faith in their post-op instructions once their patients leave the door.

Heck, I'd posit the reason why you read about a lot of "next-day visits" are mostly from Avanti Derma patients, and this is because the vast majority of their patients are out-of-country travelers and can't afford to make repeated trips to Mexico in short order if things were to go awry. I would say however, if you CAN afford to stay longer, it wouldn't hurt. How far are you traveling to & from?

Androfill seems to be very relaxed about the post procedure molding of the product. They said I dont need to come in for a checkup next day. And If I need support someone explaining me how to properly mold I can call via WhatsApp.
Which makes me a bit nervous, isnt the post procedure the most importantpart of the procedure? Or do I overthink it.
Should I fly back on same day or stay longer?
Should I wear a phallosan stretcher to have the unit stretched during healing? The clinique recommends just to wear supportive underwear.
