I love the bathmate pump. Excellent pump. Wish it had a gage to see what pressure it’s at but other than that great pump.
I know the phallosan is primarily used as an all day stretcher (ADS) so unless you got the supplemental rod extender you might not see much results with just 1-2 hours a day … that’s just what I’ve been reading.
I think the first video is the most accurate information I’ve heard about PE. Also refer to the total man free video compilation. That guy has a different theory (also affective) and I feel he is very genuine and truthful.

I’m ordering the LG hanger and going to have the consultation with the doctor that’s affiliated with them to do a weekly video consultation about my routine and progress.

I also would like to know what to do best to get that extra inch length and girth.

I bought the Hydromax to pump and the Phallosan to stretch. I just need to have a good routine to get the max out of the PE. In about six months I will get fillers to get that extra girth, but before that I want to increase length.

I came up with this routine after reading through the forum:

Monday - pump 20 mins + stretch 1-2 hours
Tuesday - stretch 1-2 hours
Wednesday - pump 20 mins + stretch 1-2 hours
Thursday - stretch 1-2 hours
Friday - pump 20 mins + stretch 1-2 hours
Saturday - rest
Sunday - rest

What do you think?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks man!! Im stilll not using any pumps or extenders but i will use the phallosan forte i think when i feel im fully healed where i can stretch normally and my incision is closed. I feel that will be around the 2/3 week mark and the pump that i got from rejuvall will be used in the 3rd month. Dont know the name but they told me its not the bathmate since that breaks easily.

While im he i will give a quick 3 days update (today is day 4)

Day 1:
Started the op around 12 pm left clinic at around 5:30 and arrived to hotel at 6pm. all in all went out very smoothly and had no pains after the procedure as i went back home. They told me my piss could spray or be weak temporarily after the op but thankfully none of that has happened till now so pissing seems to be normal.
Anesthesia by me wore off quickly and all i needed to do was rest.

Day 2:
very hard and tight feeling on thigh area (where they extracted fat). Because i guess of the swelling and the tight compressing sleeve around my thigh. Also that is what causes you to walk like a penguin lol. Apart from that, occasional sharp stabs of pain in the incision area which i covered with pain medication. Advil liquid gels help so so much. I was recommended to take 3 at a time (600mcg) glad I listened.
Other than that just resting and eating.

Day 3: thighs becoming less tight and feel better overall pain wise. Obviously there are the occasional sharp stabs but i managed with pain medication and ice. (Forgot to mention, but i use ice packs wrapped in a towel (for it not to leak) on the bandages to lower the swelling and to remove any pain during all these days, highly highly recommended.. sorry no, its A MUST!!)
Started to take CitraNox - good for blood flow in genital area.
I purposely got some erections to have good blood flow in the penis and i thought ok this might hurt like
Most people are complaining so just suck it in, but luckily for now i didn’t feel any pain in my erections.
Regarding erection quality, it was not that bad obviously not at 100% having all the bandages on and being only 3 days post op but i would aay even 60:70% which is not bad imo.

Regarding size, tough to measure because of all the bandages and the tightness of the penis, but i was happy to see the glams growing and becoming more and more proportionate to the shaft, but again didnt have a full erection, sidnt have all the best angles but just from a quick look, i was happy to see that. Shaft girth was also bigger maybe around the 7 inch girth. Idk not entirely sure but in that area for sure.

Morning day 4: (time of writing)

First time i had to go #2. I usually have frequent bowel movements for some reason i didnt go for 3 days.
So it hurt a bit by pushing, it went out fine but i felt it was a bit hard to come out.
It is highly advised to buy a stool softener and a laxative to prevent urself from pain and from pushing from the muscles around ur incision.
So now i popped a pill incase i will run into any trouble in the next hours.

Side notes: i eat a healthy diet as much as i can. Including salmon, leafy greens, fruits, quinoa brown rice etc…
I think its important to kinda feed the fat but also fees the blood flow. I wanna have healthy blood to be able to vascularize the most fat possible in the penis.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
I am not expecting that it will stay exactly as it is and quite frankly i dont rly want it to be so big girth wise, i wouldnt mind if i lose 0.5 to around 1 inch in the flaccid girth i think anywhere around 5.5 inch girth flaccid is the most ideal girth size for me. Taking into account that the penis may grow that inch that i lost when erect. So if i lose 1 inche of girth from the fat which is around 30% it is still ok. I know that it is very rare to not lose any, which almost never happens, so i know i will lose and i advise others to expect they will lose as well to not be disappointed. This is what is expected.
Regarding length ya obviously 4.5 inch in flaccid length is not ideal for me but im not going to complain. This is a massive and substantial improvement from what i had preop Look at the pictures. So i feel i have no right to complain. Dr Carney did a fantastic job in his part and my body told him until here, no more than this. So im happy with what i got.
Yes i will stretch, and who knows maybe ill gain a bit more but anything that i gain is a blessing from here and on.

Hello Otis,
1. Yes you can perform this protocol if you have fillers. Using an ultrasound helps guide the platelet injection even when there are fillers or fat in place
2. Measurements were taken by men at home with a full erection using a standard ruler and tape measure for girth. Men were given the option of bone press or non-bone press as long as they did it the same way each time. I don't think that you get 0.8 inches of length on average just from harder erections in men with normal erectile function at baseline. In men with ED, that may be the case, but these men had normal erectile function
3. RestoreX length gains were in Peyronie's patients who were receiving Xiaflex. That is a different situation. And they did not measure girth or function.
The Phallosan study was from 2005 and required participants to wear their device TEN hours a DAY! Most people do not have jobs where they can wear a bulky device on their penis for TEN hours a day for SIX months! We achieve the same or better results with 1.5 hours a day.
4. We are continuing to follow our patients but I have not gone through the data yet. I am busy getting the P-Long paper ready to publish.
5. The cost for six months of P-Long including the equipment is 5-6k

Welcome to the board BrandeisMD! It's always good to see more providers and more research being done in this field. A couple questions:

1) Can men who've had fillers still perform this protocol?

2) Can you explain more about how the measurements were taken? The website says: "Penile length and girth measurements were obtained using at-home photography of an erect penis with maximal tumescence. Measurements were obtained at baseline and at monthly intervals x 6 months." Were these photos taken with a ruler? Was a computer program used to estimate the length? Were measurements bone pressed or non? Was the erection angle relative to the body consistent? An erection pointed downward will measure longer than one that's perpendicular. How do you know the photos were taken at maximal tumescence? Is it possible what appears to be an increase in length was actually just stronger erections?

3) Phallosan and RestoreX have both published studies showing similar gains over a six month treatment without the use of PRP or NO boosters. Why do the researchers believe their protocol is more effective?

4) Has use beyond six months been studied?

5) What is the cost?

Hello,

I have used several ADS systems. I am not an expert by any means. In my research, in order for the ADS to be effective it needs a certain amount of resistance. To me the weighted ball just helps avoid retraction. Not heavy enough in my opinion to really stretch so to speak. The zen hanger I have found that the noose does not stay secured well enough. Easy to get it and off for the bathroom.

Middle aged man here with BPH. That is benign prostatic hyperplasia. Means the prostate has grown and makes you feel like you have to pee a lot. With that said I have had my ligaments cut and it was mandatory to wear an ADS strong enough to pull after the surgery. I found another system I use from a company called LG hanger. It is the most comfortable I have found. I also have a Prince Albert piercing. So I use the custom made chamber from LG hanger as the part I put my penis in to stretch as a ADS. I had bought the phallosan ADS as well. Due to the Prince Albert and the delicate nature of their silicone sleeves I did not like it for me. I had to remove the Prince Albert in order to use it. That piecing does not do well wjem you take it out for extended lengths of time. It was however also very comfortable. Just not as easy to deal with them using the bathroom. After doing this for almost 2 years post the surgery I have gotten really fast at removing it to use the bathroom. Again, I am not an expert. Just sharing my story. Wish you the best in your PE journey!

If you are a newbie I am sure you can make gains with the phallosan but I think any newbie can gain a half inch with most any method if done for a few months. I have a phallosan and tried to use it for 4-6 hrs a day 4-5 days a week for a few months and didn't see any additional gains. But also had already gained about .75 inches in prior years from a variety of PE methods. I still use the phallosan intermittently as ADS to maintain length. It is pricey though, especially replacement sleeves which can tear easily

I used a penimaster pro for almost a year. Newbie gains were fast and I believe I got almost 1/2 inch from there (erect length). After that it was slow going and I gave up after the year. I think overall I gained almost 3/4 inch but since I've stopped I've lost some but haven't measured in a while.

Anyone ever use the Phallosan Forte? The 3 month and 6 month lab results look amazing. But that could be bullshit marketing.

That looks thick! Do you think you could post a fully erect pic? And how long are you, bone pressed?

Just curious, are you following the collagen producing diet or taking supplements? Also, are you also stretching it to prevent turtling? I'm built like you physically, and my unit isn't as long (I'm 6 inches bone pressed), so I'm wondering if I should really consider lengthening since I tried stretching for a year and didn't get any results. But, I also gave up caffeine since the start of this month and will buy an all day stretcher (likely Phallosan) to see if I get any results before making my appt for PMMA around June.

I used the phallosan for about 15 months and added 0 to my length and girth.I don;t understand why other men say they have gains after only and I saw nothing.

Wow, I am really surprised that you tried so many devices, and yet the Phallosan is the easiest to use.

In my opinion, it is not easy at all to use, and it seems all experienced users say that the sleeve and protection cap absolutely needs to be replaced.

The ones that come with the device are supposedly terrible, and I would definitely agree with that. I did not try the alternatives yet, but I have ordered some.

Hello everyone!

It's been a really long time since my last post, I thought I'd give an update as I went AWOL.

I've not had any partners since and only started PE again about 4 months ago. The main reason I didn't go ahead with any GE was not being able to travel.
You see, the plan was to get GE before I went away long-term.

Due to COVID, my plans were foiled. Also, my x is where I intended to travel so it would have worked out well testing my new toy! :P
So, why am I back?
Because I'm finally ready!!!!

Travel is back on the table, and so is GE. I'm glad I logged back in as it gave me a refresher reading this thread and reminded me of my research and the plans I had put in place.
Once again, I have a little dilemma.

I can't justify spending around £2k on a HA filler that isn't going to last very long. Not only this, but I want to get away by Feb 2023 latest, so it's looking like I'm going to have to get the smallest amount and lowest quality of HA possible for the experience, to dissolve away for my Ellanse session.

It seems very counter-productive and a waste of time and money, but unfortunately, this has to be done if I want to go ahead with Ellanse Androfill.
I want to get at least 30ml over 2/3 sessions, which doesn't give me a lot of time, it will also set me back £9000, not taking into consideration the first HA test.
In total, I'm expecting to fork out around £11,000.

Another option is to go with another clinic's HA that has a claimed life span of 2-3 years for £1,999 per 15ml.
If I were to do this, however, I'd not dissolve it, but rather see how it performs. If I'm happy with the results, I may even get another 15-30ml (possibly 40-45ml in total).

Although not semi-permanent like Ellanse (I'm considering the worst-case scenario here) and likely not to be as good as Ellanse, it will hopefully last 2 years and cost less than half the price.
£1,999 (15ml) x 3 = £5997 compared to the £11,000 and all the rigmarole of trying HA, dissolving etc.

Aside from this, I've seen some progress with EL while revisiting PE, although some/all of this could be due to weight loss alone.
At the start of this thread, I mentioned being 7.2" BPEL, in saying this, not sure if that was a slight difference in the way I measured, as now, I'd class it as SUPER bone pressed erect length.

In order to get the most accurate measurement, I push it as hard and tightly against my public bone as physically possible. As a result, I'm now 7.6" BPEL. Can't remember if I was as forceful with the 7.2" measurement.
I've been using the Phallosan forte as well as a similar Chinese knockoff extender without the noose, and only in the last month started to get back into Bathmate routines, although, only once a week.

Unfortunately, that will have to stop once I get my GE. This sucks and I feel I could have added some girth with the BM and PF routine. Never mind, I've waited way too long for GE and I'm not willing to continue PE for girth gains knowing it will delay GE another year or so.

To summarise, it's taken way longer than expected due to COVID restrictions and personal life choices, but I'm ready to go ahead this month and report my progress.
If anyone following this went with any kind of procedure would be great to know.

All the best guys!

Their website claims roughly half of what is pulled out will become erect gains.
But when I follow users experiences on this site and they say they had 1.5-2" pulled out...well that's just perplexing to me that they haven't posted their .75-1" erect gains, cause that would be amazing. Without anyone posting any results...it makes paying ~10K and having ligaments inside my body sliced apart a bit more uneasy.
Texas for instance seems to be a very knowledgeable person on this site that has had this procedure done, but I can't find his results anywhere either :(

What clinics were those btw? I didn't see any links or names posted. I would love to check them out!
Thanks again for the replies!!

I believe Texas really had great gains from his ligamentolysis, but he emphasizes very strongly that it takes huge effort. I can add however that effort is just part of it. Another aspect is finding a penile traction device that works well for you. The first one I got from the surgeon was very cheap, and my penis was very swollen after the surgery, so I could not even use it. Here it is important to point out that combining ligamentolysis with other procedures is likely not a good idea, because the penis will be very swollen, making it hard or impossible to use a penile traction device for at least 1-2 months.

After 2 months I discovered that I had phimosis, which is not uncommon either, even after getting filler. There was recently a guy on the board who had HA filler, developed phimosis, and then he had circumcision. My phimosis cleared up in 1-2 months, and I bought the Phallosan Forte Plus, but I discovered that the silicone cap for the glans is very hard to put on. The silicone sleeve was very low-quality too, and it would tear easily.

That is when I discovered on forums that many people buy accessories elsewhere: some use medical tape instead of the silicone cap, and they buy higher-quality silicone sleeves from third parties. Once you got a good device that is comfortable and easy to use, then you need to spend the next 3-12 months using the device for 8-12 hours a day.

Many people seem to combine stretching with hanging too, so it requires additional effort. Supposedly hanging is much more painful than stretching using a penile traction device, but I can say that the penile traction device is already very uncomfortable.

As for erect length gains, no reputable surgeon will promise it, but it is possible. I am pretty sure that I gained some flaccid length gains, despite not using the penile traction device, but it is definitely not major flaccid length gains. I am still in the process of buying more comfortable accessories, and I hope to start using the penile traction device then.
