I\'ve tried manual lengthening for 3.5 years with about 3/8\" length gain. In August 2011 I started with an extender for 8 months and gained 3/8\", but pelvis sores and corona ridge sores (stress triggering herpies flarups) caused me to stop using an extender, also began pumping throughout 3 years, then tied Phallosans for six months, then Penimaster Pro for six months, then Bib hanging working up to 12 lbs over 8 months, then 3 LG hangers over another 8 months. Each night wearing a AB Silicone tube for turtling prevention. Total EL gain 3/8\", total FL gain 3/8\".

So, I\'ve come to a place of considering surgery. At 55 years of age, I don\'t feel comfortable waiting another 10 years of 2 hour stretching a day to see another 1/2\" gain.

You give us the length in time you PE but months of PE means NOTHING. You have to be persistent. EVERYDAY. No BS slacking off with minimal days off. You can honestly say you put 100% into EVERY WORKOUT, EVERYDAY, for the stretch of time and you got zilch out of it? People who see less than half of an inch gain in over a period of a year are either doing something wrong or lying about the consistantcy they put in to it. Just my opinion.

I also believe your being kinda lazy with all these devices. (WASTE OF FUCKING MONEY DUDE) you was BORN with your lengthening device and its FREE!!! YOUR HANDS!! stop with all the the gadgets and pull that bitch out the socket with your hands. (SAFELY). TOO much laziness going on in the PE world stop looking for short cuts all the time use the basics and stay consistent. How can I talk? I\'ve Gained and lost length multiple times so I know when I see BS. GOOGLE JP90 start with that THEN move on to more intense exercises. STILL with your hands. THEN you move in to fancy gadgets. You jumping around too much. Stick with straight manual and go from there. good luck.

Bullsnake wrote: sfdude, you might want to ditch the bib after pmma, I just think the clamping on the soft tissue would aggravate and or displace the pmma it may also cause an inflammatory reaction, not sure but be careful if you do use it.

Yup, I don\'t plan on using it after the PMMA. It\'s not worth the risk. Once everything settles, I\'ll start with the LG Hanger and use that exclusively.

Well every thing is about the same, but I purchased a couple new retractors for my ADS, I use 3 24oz pull retractors that have about 6 lbs of pull, Its a little cumbersome wearing all of these. They are made by Gear Keeper model # RT4-5973. I need to make a new sleeve being I tore the one I have, Im using dragon skin pro now to make the sleeves, its twice as strong but a little less stretchy than what I was using, You can buy the silicone at smoothon.com.
My stats were the same as last time on the first of the month but being I upped the retractors and using the bib hanger again I can tell something is going on. hopefully Jan 1st 2015 I will hit the 7\" mark

Hey Guys,I am reading a lot of threads at this site and it is very comforting to know that I am not the only one who obsessed with his penis.I\'ll tell my story in short.I am stretching/hanging for about 2 years with a minimum 4 hours per day.I tried everything - ADS, andro-penis, the grip system, x4labs, bib hanger and even enlargement pills. My only gain was a loose skin. My stats before stretching and after are the same. In my opinion the best device is the bib hanger. I am hanging now something like 18lbs. I feel my ligaments are stretched, but my penis is refusing to grow.I guess manual stretching isn\'t enough for me so I am considering a lengthening surgery.A year ago I went to Mexico for DR. Camacho Melo, but after talking with him + reading dcpimpin thread, I decided not to take the surgery with him. (My trip wasn\'t in vain since I took the PMMA procedure with Dr. C and gain more than 1 inch eg).I read a lot about Dr. Rosental and I believe he is an excellent doctor, but since I need visa to get in the US (and it is hard to get), he is not an option.I am also considering to go to brazil-clinic in Russia, but I am not so sure because the surgery is through the scrotum and they are praising the andro penis as an excellent stretching device. We both know it\'s a piece of shit. Now I am looking for a good DR. in Europe and I need your help.1. Does anyone know about a good doctor in Europe or had an experience with one?2. When I consulted an urologist, he told me that the procedure can be done through scrotum and through the pubic bone, but the gains from the pubic bone are more significant. I personally can\'t understand how the surgeon can reach the ligaments through the scrotum if they are locatd in the pubic bone? Do you think is true?

Thanks.

Well , after a big break in hanging, Im back at it, I still used my ads sporadically. I took my measurements on the 1st of Nov and length is the same, mid girth is back up to 5.25 , I think my EQ make a big difference in my girth.
When I was hanging with 32.5lbs I felt my tunica was getting too tough, this doesnt mean its any bigger, just means I can use more weight, well after a while my skin and glans get sore and I started to have slippage issues, so a much needed de-conditioning time period was due. I pulled out my bib hanger and am using that right now.
Im trying to get 1 hr a day in.
As for my opinion on having your Ligs cut, I dont think Iv\'e gotten any erect length that I couldnt have gotten doing manual pe, I have gotten about an inch in flaccid, The good thing is that I dont have to worry about the ligs retractng or shrinking back.
At this point cant honestly recommend this to anyone, especially f their not going to do the required stretching.
I\'ll continue to update monthly.

About the LG hanger: I like that there is no wrapping required yet (though I will have to wrap when the weight increases), and that it\'s pretty quick to to put on correctly. With the Bib, sometimes it took a few attempts to to get it on right. Also, when hanging BTC the Bib would have the bolts digging into your cheeks, so the LG seems more comfortable in that regard. Walking around may be a bit easier too. I will say the Bib felt more secure; even at 5lbs, I have to reassure myself that the LG won\'t slip off.

So far, I\'m hanging straight down and BTC. I kinda do my warm-ups SD, and then do mostly BTC afterwards. The challenges I see are just finding the place and time to get all the sets in. My GF knew about the procedure, but doesn\'t really ask questions. So, her \"what\'s that contraption?\" was satisfied with me saying\" I need to start traction today. It was a little awkward with her in the room, but I\'m over it now. Good thing is that she has a thick robe that I\'d use occasionally, and it completely covers the hanger and the weight...so you can walk around the house without looking so weird

It\'s going well. I started hanging with the LG hanger yesterday. Did about 2 hours yesterday, and I\'m about to do my last hanging session for today. It\'s much easier than the Bib, though I\'m only hanging 5 lbs for now. We\'ll see how comfortable it is as the weight increases. Earlier I hung for 45 min with no problem. I also tried the stealth innerwear, which was just \"ok\".

Also, I started applying scaraway last week.

Red, I have a bib hanger and for those of you that dont know, there are rows of teeth in each half of the hanger that clamp down on the internals of the penis, thats how it keeps from slipping, imagine taking two mini waffle irons and clamping them to your shaft with a c clamp. I would not be surprised that this is the cause of the bumps.
Did the bumps seem to be in the same place you clamped the hanger?

I was using the BIB hanger after my round 3 touch up. I wonder if my lumps are a result of disrupting the product. Although I haven\'t been hanging for about 9 months.

keep hanging and stretching right up to your surgery, it will get you a step ahead after the surgery. you will lose gains after the surgery by the turtleing and no PE but! when you start to hang at about 3-4 weeks post op you will be able to quickly move up in weight. I had my surgery with DR R back in Jan 2014, didnt start to hang until mid Feb and took about a month to move up in weight, so 2 months to get back what you lost, then the real work starts. You have a bib so know what to do. Dr R will try to tell you to get TheGrip hanger, dont, its cheap and will break. With the bib like you I had problem with wrapping and skin issues, Get an LG hanger or make your own like I did.
