I plan to get 10-15cc Voluma this summer in 2 staged process (10cc followed by a 5cc touch up for imperfections). Original goal was to make at least a 0.5 inch gain in BPEL before getting HA, but this year\'s schedule has made length gains impossible. Currently just started back using a noose style hanger, but was looking into getting a hanger as many say they are more comfortable and require less time given you use higher weights (greater tension, for less time). I will try to make as much gains as I can and hopefully at least can improve flaccid length before my Voluma appointment given less retraction usually means better results with injectables. Though I still would like to ultimately have a 0.5-0.75 BPEL gain, which will not be accomplished by the time I get Voluma.

The big question is will a noose style hanger (noose puts all pressure right behind glans) or vac hanger (silicon covers entire shaft and better distributes pressure) cause the Voluma to move, indent, or look deformed if I use one of these devices after having it injected even after waiting 2-3 weeks post-injection to resume extending/hanging?

One of the things I like about the LG hanger is that it uses your glans. The problem is that there\'s a lot of blistering involved, which certainly isn\'t good long-term. The bib hanger looks pretty good, but it hangs from the shaft, which I really don\'t think is optimal, but I may be wrong. I\'m curious about others\' thoughts on the optimal hanger.

I\'ve been trying different things for around 8 years so its hard to remember the exact routines. Length was a real lost cause for me, nothing i did worked. I eased into PE quite sensibly, so i started with lighter things, simple stretches, jelqs etc on a daily basis, to which had zero effect on my measurements. As years went by, things became more rigorous.I owned a bib hanger, which is probably one of the most hardcore hanging devices you can use for length, I was routinely hanging for 30 minutes a day with close to 20lbs of weight for months. All i achieved was a loss in sensitivity, and a load of ugly loose skin under my glans...a well known \'turkey neck\' side effect of hanging. It was quite disheartening.I know people who have done pretty much the same routines as i did......sometimes even lighter in weight, and they gains up to an inch in length -_-I also used a jes-extender before that absolutely years ago, but it was impossible to sleep with, or move around properly.....ended up being too uncomfortable, made my dick cold and numb and the traction wasnt quite strong enough so the only real way of making up for it was to wear it for up to 6 hours...which was just not feasible for me. My only success was with girth, and i achieved this through clamping, and chemical PE.I would wear a tight cockring, and inject my dick with caverject and IGF-1 LR3 (IGF-1 DES, if i could get hold of it...as its better for site injecting). Basically prolonging a rock hard erection, with tissue building hormones trapped in my dick for around 2 hours at a time. It was utterly brutal, and insanely painful, took some serious will powers to see it out.I was doing this once every 72hours(which is around the time it takes for IGF-1 to grow new cells). For about a year on and off.I gained 0.5inches of solid girth(non-swelling) within only a couple of months. But i had an unbreakable plateau with it soon after. I think the ED i gave myself from having sex with tight rings prevented me from getting mind-blowingly hard enough to stretch my tissues out any further.(i already had ED from horrendous steroid abuse before i started this...else i would probably have just used IGF-1 by itself - but at this time due to my sexual hormones being in the toilet, i needed caverject to induce an erection hard enough, for enough time to let all the IGF go to work.) Of course i think my blood vessels, veins and arteries paid a bit of a price, from the pressure i was applying. As i lost some EQ..but not a huge amount. However i put my most drastic loss in EQ down to wearing really tight rings during sex. It was around that point in my life where i had a real drop in EQ. Atleast during my clamping routines i was gentle with my hands......where as when i was having sex, id be putting my whole bodyweight on it sometimes, bending it against resistance etc etc. I\'m not exactly a small guy either, im 6\'3 and 18 stone, so i think that took its toll on me.

I\'m planning on hanging 1 heavy set in the morning with the bib (25lbs for 20 min) then an hour with my DIY LG.... then work (still need to find a good ADS) then another heavy set with bib.. and maybe 2 hours of my DIY LG all in the evenings.

I\'m hoping to get back to 7.75bpel within 6 months. I called DR. C and am reading through the pack and going to call a consultatoion with WADE... I\'m pretty excited about my plan. I hope it all works out.

Based on your previous expertise it seems you could get 8\" just by hanging,jelqing etc.. this is your domain you know this shit..Besides what already is the difference bet a 7.85 and 8\" dick..Its less than a .5 difference a lig cut could do which makes it not worth the downside risks involved..u got this..

UPDATE!!

Okay so i\'ve been hanging like a madman for a few weeks now... I\'m back to a very immature 7.5\"bpel (big gain real quick i know) its more like a solid 7.25\"bpel.

My EQ is through the fucking rough!!! its actually a problem because I use the BIB for now and i sometimes have to play a game of pool to get my hardon to go away then i can strap dick into the torcher (spelling) device. I also cut down my test from about 1g/week to 500mg/week. The real stuff not the gel you all are chatting about.

I\'m in the process of building my own LG hanger. I just got the parts in the mail today so i\'ll start on that over the weekend. It cost me about 100 dollars for everything. But i have enough acrylic to build 3 of them... so i might have some spares hangers .. lol I feel like i can customize it better to my gland than anyone so i\'m hopeful it will workout.

I contacted DR C and they said they dont schedule appointments as far out as i\'m wanting. I\'m hopeing to go next winter (when work slows down) and getting it done. I\'m hoping to be 8\" by then... ambitious hanging? you betchya. But i can do it.


2coolbeans yea i\'ve clamped, twisted streches, uli\'s pumped. I think i\'m a fairly experienced PEer... I\'ve gone from 5.0\"meg to 5.5\"meg. and my base is stupid thick. I want my gland and the top part to be over 6 tho.

Hi guys, bolkonsky here from pegym a few years back. some may remember.. I\'ll try and make this short

My story:

About 6 years ago i started off with a very small dong 6\"bpel by just under 5\" MEG. I joined PeGym, where i eventually got kicked out for not being a good ol\'boy, and learned about manual PE and its limitations; along with self-righteous moderators on a penis website.

I started hanging alot (with BIB) and got to 7.75\" bpel.. i was kicking ass, but i really dedicated a prodigious amount of time and effort to the endeavor. Then i went to prison for a year, (another story) where i tried to continue to PE when i wasn\'t busy fighting. Didnt work too well. 3 years after my 7.75bpel i\'m now at 7\" bpel, and with 100% eq i\'ll max at 7.25\"bpel.

with pumping and ULI\'s and dry jelqing i got my girth up to 5.25\" girth (cold) at the top of my dick and 6+\" on the bottom half. Hanging does wonders for the base girth. At the base i\'m about 6.75\" but most dont believe that.


Prison Beading:

When i was in prison, the gang i was affiliated with all had penis implants made from whittled toothbushes... yes this is 100% true. They are good dudes just not super bright. Stick with me here. I watched about 15 guys get this done. Of course no pain killers. Some guys about passed out. You would get a toothbrush, whittle the plastic part to whatever shape you wanted; one dude made a long one with a bunch of speed bumps, another craftier fellow made one with skull and bones, some hearts.. you get the picture. So I ended up helping with the procedure on a few guys. One dude would stretch the dick out(me), two dudes would hold the guy down and put a rag in the poor fucks mouth, then \'the surgeon\' with a razor blade made the incision and shank out (hallow out) the skin from the meat on the penis with a long metal tube. This was grousome and sometimes took 10 minutes to fully separate enough skin., then slide whatever the fuck the dude made into the dick and sow them back up with string pulled from the boxers. Then rinse off the shank and the next guy would sit on down... crazy! but it was fun watching these bozo\'s do this shit. And in a non homo way got a good up close look at a bunch of different dongs. No i didnt get it done.. only one that i know of got infected.

So this got me thinking why not just do this with silicone like fake boobs. And it lead me to phalloplasty! to you dudes!

First get my lig cut. Hang for a year. Even possibly do some fulcrum hanging. Mind you i\'m a very experienced hanger. Dont do this shit unless you know what you are doing. And then once i\'m 8\" and feeling good about it go get PMMA. Then continue doing maintenance hanging for the rest of my life, because i know the dick can and does shrink over time.

I\'ve gotten alot of stories and people telling me not to get my lig cut. I\'m still out to lunch on this issue. Please help me here guys. I\'ll do whatever the majority of you Pro\'s say is the right thing to do. I think maybe the reason why people shrink after they get their ligs cut is because they just dont hang. I\'m obviously not that guy. I plan on stretching and hanging most days until i\'m dead.

my current routine:
I\'m already hanging almost everyday as of right now. I\'m just doing it to keep things limber. I warm my dick up and put my bib on (5 min) then go cook breakfast with 20lbs hanging between my legs. Then shower where i do 5 min jelq. My dick hangs nice all day. And i dont even use an ADS.

I\'ve had a 7.75\" dick and the difference .75\" make is night and fucking day. I want it back. I just dont have the time to hang 6 hours a day like i used to. So i\'m thinking if i get my lig cut. And hang in the morning for an hour and use an ADS then i might be able to get to a solid 8\" within a year.

I also like to use this as a workout for kegals and it promotes good EQ for me.
I\'m thinking about getting the TLC ventless tugger to use as an ADS to help make extra room in the dick for PMMA.. It pulls on the skin to help stretch it. Any thoughts on that? I dont know if that even makes sense.

@Bolkonsky, PMMA won\'t move around from hanging once its all set / after collagen growth. With the Bib / squeezing I\'d be more worried about the pressure on the tissue and pain then it moving or shifting... once its in there and set you\'d pretty much have to cut it out to get it to move. I haven\'t tried a bib since PMMA though, but I have used my vacADS as a hanger here and there and I\'ve had zero issues with PMMA interfering with anything.

I\'d say do not get a lig cut. You have done well without surgery, why add risk and cost?
Lig cut has NEVER proven to add any Erect length, as a matter of fact can take away EL.
It\'s time with proper hanging that adds length, and even then, its the minority who can add anything above 0.25-0.5\"

I plan to star hanging soon, so what\'s the best hanger out there? LG? where is the best place to get it?

Yea I\'ve heard thats a problem with the bib-hanger, I havent had much slipping issues with LG, some at start but learned to handle it. Ph can be worn during night, but its not really that comfortable. But if you got much money go buy and try it out, but its expensive for the level of quality it has.

I brought a bib hanger and tried it for months but it kept slipping off. I tried everything to keep it attached - brought all kinds of materials - but my glans just kept slipping through. So I gave up.

Phallosan appealed as I can just pop it on at night and sleep. But I have not seen testimonials outside of the website that confirm it works. Hence I posted.

You mean none gained that kind of length with PE or just Dr Ric didnt? I\'ve gained about an inch in length and see no reason why I cant gain a couple more. If you ask Dr Ric about his gains you\'ll see that he dont even claim to have gained most of them with his \"own\" product but with the Bib-hanger.
I do believe him but have no proof of his gain. Regardless he has like 20-30 years of PE is experience and I think he is qualified to answer this question.

I was one of those patients. He\'s gone into much more detail with you than me. I don\'t recall him ever admitting to inserting cadaver tissue as a spacer. I knew he was having new trials soon and before said those of us who went through the first procedure would be welcomed back for the 2nd.

Idk if there is a serious time frame for the second procedure as of yet.
