Are you happy with your Phallofill? What were your before and after measurements? |

I don't think so, but external stressors may impact the recovery and maintenance (in varying degrees) based on the procedure type (among other factors) -- I believe William of
@PhalloFILL would be the source since he's developed PhalloFILL's proprietary approach to Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for girth enhancement. |

Thanks for asking Johnsmore. I made various attempts to be less of a grower, and spent way more money than I should’ve. I wasn’t looking for a “magic bullet”, I was just looking for something that worked for me. I tried jelqing, pumping, and various stretchers, including the Phallosan Forte which is a very well made but expensive stretching device. Unfortunately, none of this worked for me, not due to time and commitment, but probably due to my physiology. Pumping was very helpful because it stretched my skin which will help with the volume of filler I can take and ultimately my aesthetics. The one device that worked for me is the RestoreX stretcher which was developed to help with Peyronie’s disease. It is not cheap but it definitely provides a consistent strong stretch. It was developed in cooperation with the Mayo Clinic. Those with Peyronie’s disease are supposed to use it for two 30 minute sessions per day. I purchased it when it first came out and actually called their customer service to see if it had been used for penile lengthening. At that point, no studies had been done to test the device for that. I used it over the past 18 months or so for about 10 hours per week and it has helped me. Let me be clear, I am not recommending that anyone try the RestoreX stretcher, I’m just relaying what worked for me. I’m also older (just turned 59) than most of the guys posting on the forum and I would have to say with age your sexual muscles “loosen” / change along with our biceps, triceps, etc. So, things just hang a little easier than they used to hang. My recommendation would be to spend time here reading what others have done that helped them and decide if that might work for you. There is so much great information on this forum but it takes time to read through it. I can honestly say I’ve probably spent over 100 hours reading the progress reports, testimonials, and reviews etc. that everyone has posted. It was time well spent and I am very grateful for all the different perspectives shared here. I’m sure this is way more than you were looking for when you asked your question but I wanted to share my perspective / journey. I wish you and everyone else who is contemplating penile enhancement the best of luck! Like I posted before, I wish I would’ve done this a long time ago. Thanks! |

While I'm awaiting responses to the questions (which should be arriving very soon), I still see no indication this is rental equipment; can anyone explain why or how they've confirmed this? I was never told as much nor can I find any info on the website saying as much. My contention is that the burden of proof is on PhalBack, but if it it works as intended, even 75% of the goal for 75% (or more) of its users, I'd say that's a resounding success given the inconsistencies typically associated with manual PE exercises. Hey everyone, new here, entrepreneurial guy. Hope everyone is doing well and, at the very least, receives this message. I was ready to purchase the item online and have tried to call and the employees failed to pick up the phone for the device. I was willing to pay upwards of $10,000.00, however after reading everyone’s comments it appears this grossly exceeds that price, you have to go to a doctor, nurse, and you rent it out? Based on all the foregoing, I’ll have to pass if it true. Sharing penile equipment that is potentially biohazardious with other men’s semen on it, is not good. Moreso, the website is terribly archaic which looks horrendous for sales or any form of a sales funnel. I’m a marketing guy, I’m easy to sell, but with the website having no information, the price being $20,000, it would make more sense to have a lower tier product, middle and this being the upper tier product - for a business to succeed, from someone who has grown millionaire dollar businesses, I’m not sure who made the website and the lack of information. Lastly, the price. I’m not fond of a rental equipment with a subpar website, employees who don’t pick up the phone, for a product that exceeds $20,000 wherein I’d have to swipe my Amex. The site has no credibility. I see no difference between using Phallosan Forte, LeLuv, BathMate with an adjusted or custom vibrating cock ring using the above in intervals. I have a similar extender. You can get more tension than with most other styles. The Restorex I think maxes out at 6 lbs. I have a phallosan and it probably can't do more than 3 or 4 lbs of tension. My issue has been getting blisters from the vacuum cups, which is probably from trying to get too much tension with them. I can get more tension without the worry of blisters using a compression hanger with the extender. I am hoping to get some new gains since I feel like I had plataued a long time ago. I think it takes consistency and a lot of time stretched. I have the "steel cord" that seems to be my biggest limiting factor. Category: Penis Enlargement Exercises & Devices |

I just had another round of HA a couple of days ago. How long after do you believe it would be ok to use Phallosan Forte or the plus? Thank you in advance. |

@Skeptical_One . Your words are always encouraging. I did in fact search on Thundersplace and found nothing. And when searcing the 'net came across the reddit you mentioned, but it's mostly controlled by the folks who are in a lot of ways marketing it. Some of the guys on here mentioned buying it and I really like that affordable and not the flimsy version of the Phallosan made in China. It is massive and has an opening, so i would think for thick guys getting it into the sleeve wouldnt hurt. Even the male extender guy endorses it because you could use his device with it - not that I would because I have PMMA and the clamping would damage it for sure. Looking forward to any suggestions. I'm also down to give it a try for 3 months and report back progress, if any. Just wanted to get a sense from others on here if there's any chance for gains. I've used the chinese made version of the phallosan extender with no luck, the zen hanger, and the male extender clamp device each for about 3 months time (at different times) with no luck. I think the only device that improved me was the hydrobath, which gave me a thicker member. I used to pump and then jelq and use a cock ring for months and gained about .4 inches in girth and had super rock hard erections. I'm really hoping I could gain some length and then schedule a second round with Avanti Derma later this year. Category: Penis Enlargement Exercises & Devices |

Curious to hear from folks on here who are looking to increase length. I know a handful of folks have mentioned using it along with other regimens, but none have responded or reported anything since they mentioned it. Here's a video review: Here's the link to the next pre-order: www.massivenovelties.com/products/the-apex-xtender-preorder I'm also curious to how this one differs from other more mass produced extenders that have a similar approach, like the Phallosan and all of its knockoffs/cheaper versions. Hey
@Mr.nobody have you started wearing the Apex Extender since you first posted? How is this version different from the Phallosan and have you noticed any gains since starting? I hear that most folks who try the extender don't have luck in permanent length gains. There's only a few handful of guys who do experience actual gains and it seems like the general response is that every body varies (because of how much penis you have within you). |

I just watched Hink's YouTube Video and would like to respond to some of the positive and negative comments. Some of the criticisms that he makes are actually acknowledged in the paper. And I have presented this study at the International Society of Sexual Medicine meeting and more recently at the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. These meetings are filled with highly trained and experienced Academic Urologists and Researchers who give both positive and negative feedback. I have offered to make a joint video with Hink because I feel that it is important to be transparent and to educate the public on what is real and what is fiction. The issues raised include: 1) The supplement is underdosed (therefore the efficacious dose is not reached) I would disagree. There has only been one study looking at nitric oxide boosting and erectile function and it used 3 grams of L-citrulline. In addition, Affirm has beet root extract. See my article in Muscle & Fitness for more details: https://www.muscleandfitness.com/features/from-our-partners/how-nitric-oxide-boosts-performance/ 2) The study used pump pressure that was way too low (5-10mmhg), which is supposedly 1/10 of the commonly used pressure for PE purposes (later specified that he thinks your recommendation was actually 5-10 inches of mercury) with the Kaplan Pump, a pressure of 5 is usually enough to get a full erection. I ask patients to pump about 10% beyond a full erection. If you go beyond 10%, patients will get capillary rupture and purple discoloration of the head of the penis. The pressure gauge is a guide. 3) P-Shot has no evidence / is not effective for PE - only reason why it was included in the study was to increase sales since it's a relatively simple and high margin procedure, anecdotal reports from the PE community show no improvement apart from increased EQ. It is correct that a single P-Shot is not effective for penile enhancement. This study looks at six monthly shots with 60 cc blood draw and a highly concentrating system. In addition, I developed and teach an ultrasound guided placement. PRP accelerates tissue growth. There are literally hundreds of papers showing this to be the case in the orthopedic, hair growth, dental, and wound healing literature. Use of PRP has nothing to do with financial incentive. It has to do with accelerating the results of traction and suction. 4) At home measurements are flawed / lack of photographic evidence and inhouse measurements despite the study participants being physically present at your facility each month to receive their P-Shot At home measurements are a good way to document length and girth. Injecting men with Trimix and measuring is the gold standard, but I am in private practice and do not have the resources for a study like that. The RestoreX study was done at the Mayo Clinic. BrandeisMD is a great place but it does not come close to the resources of the Mayo Clinic. I did the best that I could with the resources that I have. That being said, I have done research at the American Red Cross with Harold Merryman, the Doctor who figured out how to freeze blood for transfusion, I have done Howard Hughes Medical Institute sponsored research at Harvard Medical School with the group that won the Nobel Prize for doing the first successful kidney transplant, and at UCLA Department of Urology where I earned almost a million dollars of grant money for my prostate cancer research. I do have some research credentials. 5) "You are financially motivated in publishing a positive result (P-Shot and supplement being available from your Clinic, possibly receiving commission from restoreX)." It is true that I will benefit financially if P-Long becomes successful, but the same could be said for almost any medical device or protocol company. However, P-Long is only a small part of what I do. it seems that you are implying that I am falsifying data for financial gain. That is an unfounded and frankly offensive assertion, especially from someone who wears a mask to hide his identity. My credentials and body of work are easily discoverable and accurate. I would never make claims that were not backed up by my research, and by the fact that i treated each of the patients in the study and got their stories directly. There is no substitute in medicine for face to face contact and discussion. 6) Too many variables - impossible to differentiate which of the procedures had the biggest impact, and which had no significant effect. I agree that this is a multivariate study and it is difficult to determine what is doing what. However, I feel that it is a combination that makes the study significant. We know from the Phallosan study 20 years ago that if you use a stretching device 9 hours a day for six months, that you can grow the length of the penis. However, most people with jobs can't spend that kind of time stretching their penis. P-Long is a protocol that most guys can do, and it was designed that way. 7) Gaining almost an inch in length in six months despite using the stretching device for very limited time daily (goes against the common experience among PE practitioners) use of the RestoreX was 20 minutes twice a day. In the Mayo Clinic study on Peyronie's disease, the average growth was 1.7 cm over a similar time period with 30-60 minutes of stretching a day. These results are very consistent. Using the PRP, affirm and pump should accelerate the results. This is the paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33223425/ Do you think that critique was fair? Some of the critique was reasonable, and most of these points I address in the paper and in my presentations at the professional scientific meetings. The assertion that I did this purely for financial gain or that the data is fraudulent is unfounded and offensive. Someone in the PE community should be happy that a real medical researcher is using resources to study this issue, instead of chasing me away and telling me how I was wrong. In fact, i am so confident in the protocol that we have five men doing the P-Long protocol at cost and posting images and results on PhalloBoards. That is transparent! I offered to speak with Hink on YouTube. I have no ill will. My goal is to find a way for men to achieve their goals safely and effectively at a cost that is relatively low compared to other solutions. i would be happy to work with the PE community to crowd source results to make our data and findings more robust. In fact, that is what I have started to do on PhalloBoards and the initial results that I am hearing back from our providers make me confident that my findings are reproducible in offices other than BrandeisMD. I hope that this addresses some of the issues. Judson Brandeis MD |

Yeah, that makes sense. I think I'll have to come up with a concoction. I have left over sports tape that Ian gave me for the compression wraps. I think I'll use that to wrap over the rubber noose. I have no problem with the Zen Hanger as its made of a cloth material. The only "negative" I would say is that it's thick and my circ scar is pretty low so it covers most of the area below my head. But either way, the material didn't stay there anyways, so hey - it is what it is. Thanks Texas! On another note, do folks ever stretch their member sideways, as opposed a downward stretch? I was experimenting with the suspender and it turns out I can pull it so one side of my leg and wrap the suspender around my waist. Kind of like the Phallosan Forte offers. I'm wondering if folks have had any issues with their results possibly worsening during recovery. Also, is it that you're just supposed to be keeping it from retracting, or are you using enough force that you're actually stretching it? How strong of a stretch should we be using? |
