Monkey, you're still very early on in the collagen remodeling process. As other guys have reported it's not uncommon to have discomfort with even erections, or pain or swelling after sex or manipulation. It doesn't always happen, but I from what I've read it's not super uncommon. I would continue to take it easy with anything that potentially aggravates the area. We need to remember that it takes a few months to fully heal and replace the filler with collagen. I wouldn't worry too much about your current situation unless the pain is paired with noticeable inflammation, warmness and or a fever. My guess is it's just growing pains.

In the grand scheme of things, $200 is a great deal for round trip and less headache. Eduardo did mention for an additional fee I can reserve the shuttle outside the normal hours. I just emailed him.

I saw you mention in your post you practice methods to increase length. Would you mind sharing your results with that, routine and equipment recommendation?

How much did you pay for the uber to get there and all transportation costs? I’m going to pay the 180, I’m going this Tuesday, but im only doing the shuttle because i land only an hour before the procedure.

Pain has subsided. I’m sure it’s a normal part of the healing process.

My flaccid length is almost the same size as when I began. Kind of bummed about that. Still retracts very much and is usually sitting at 4.2” (started at 4”)I was hoping I would hang more. I wonder if a second round is likely to help with retracting?

@lurkin i was doing an ads soon after the procedure but stopped after about 2 weeks. I’m coming up on week 7 might start again. What gains in length have you seen?

@Vongolaxespada1 i did the shuttle and I think I was the better decision. They have the system down.

Damn the Flaccid gains not being significant now is saf to hear, it’s one of the main reasons im doing it but my Flaccid length is about 3 in and same with Flaccid Girth about 3 inches, im hoping for something significant on Tuesday and requesting all 30%

It depends on the day but for the most part it feels about the same size Flaccid. Everybody respond differently. Hindsight I should have gone full 30%

How about Flaccid Girth? That can’t possibly be the same after 19cc of PMMA.

The biggest thing ive noticed with this procedure is people who protitize taking suplements that benefit collagen production have the best results. Such as collagen powder, vitamin c, zinc, etc

So I would just take those supplement for a few weeks as the collagen building process happens to see what happens

It is for a fact larger in Girth than before. To me it feels/looks the same Flaccid. When I measure it, it ranges from 4.2”-4.4” Flaccid Girth.

Two things. 1. When the bruising initially faded away, and the swelling remained, I was too optimistic that was my new size. 2. The length. I think if the Flaccid length was longer, I would notice a difference. But Flaccid length has not increased, whereas I thought the new weight would play a bigger role.

I’m still happy with the decision I made to get PMMA and choosing avanti. I will likely be back for a round 2.

Only a .2-.4 difference in Flaccid Girth? I do think that’s odd. You see some guys on here getting as much as 2 inches of additional Flaccid Girth on the first round. I think one report i saw recently the guy got 1.75 inches of additional Flaccid Girth from his first round at Avanti. I guess it all depends how your body forms the collagen around the PMMA microspheres.

How are things now? Did some collengen build up and help with the loss of Girth?

Yeah also wondering now at 3 weeks i keep losing more and more each day, its just the swelling going down.

It is the swelling going down and the carrier gel being absorbed. I’m also three weeks into round 2 and seeing the same drop off I saw in round 1.

@EngrMike when did you start having an uptick in collagen formation and when did it feel like it was finished? I’m on week 3 and have only gained .2 after 40 units of Bellafill, that doesn’t seem right.

Where did you go for 40 units of Bellafill? It wasn't the diamond 360 place you mentioned right?

My experience is a bit odd. I reach max size with swelling around day 3 and then seemed to slowly shrink to a final size over a month. Didn’t see an uptick after that at all. Round 2 seems to be following round 1 trajectory. It’s still possible I’m one of those who picks up at six months, can’t wait to find out.
