TOPIC: Round 1 with Avanti PMMA progress report

Hello friends, I will be posting my journey here. I thought I would go ahead and start documenting early. I’m hoping for some tips/advice before my first round. I’ve always been insecure about my size, especially when Flaccid. If you're going to Avanti they take care of the transport, it's like $200. They pick you up from the airport drive you across the border and drop you off at the hotel. They even give you a discount at the hotel. It's like $115~ per night or something.

The transport also drops you off the day you're leaving at the airport. I would contact Avanti and ask about that, they handle giving you the contact for the hotel discount and the transport as well. They tell you to bring $200 cash given to Avanti to reimburse for the medical transport.

I would have just done pumping 20 min a couple times a day 5-8hg to get your penis use to a different size so they can put more filler in the day of the procedure.

I decided on uber because it cost less and my flight lands outside the shuttle operating hours. In the grand scheme of things, $200 is a great deal for round trip and less headache. Eduardo did mention for an additional fee I can reserve the shuttle outside the normal hours. I just emailed him.

I saw you mention in your post you practice methods to increase length. Would you mind sharing your results with that, routine and equipment recommendation?

After you get the procedure you can't do any pumping or serious extending for about 8 weeks.

Before hand pumping is recommended. Sleeved pumping seems better because there is a sleeve there's less edema so you can tolerate more pressure.

I got an auto pump on AliExpress for about $30. I think you just need to convert kpa to inhg to use it at the right pressure. But it's just a set it and forget it type of setup.

Also my flight in was overnight at 1am. I just took a nap in the Delta waiting area with a neck pillow. The airport does close down but the departure area does not so I just took a nap there and the shuttle picked me up at 8am. Also the brunch buffet at the hotel is pretty good for $20, they don't start cleaning up until 1pm.

Bruising is about the same if not more so but I bruise easily. There are two entry points that have been consistently leaking and I’ve been squeezing the fluids out. Dr Morales said it’s normal and to keep squeezing it out to prevent granulomas. Also, Dr Morales is hot

It’s been three full days since my procedure. So far my experience has been great. Again Dr Morales and Dr Uribe do amazing work.

Sitting at about 6” Erect Girth. 5” Flaccid Girth and 4.5” Flaccid length
