TOPIC: Round 1 with Rupeka, 15 syringes 3/20/2026

So after loosing most of my previous HA and Radiesse gains, I decided to bite the bullet and go PMMA. I’ve been too nervous up until now for something permanent, but figured it was time. I want to get back to 6.5” x 5.6”ish from my current 5.1” Girth. I’m not interested in going huge so I decided to start conservatively. I got 15 syringes with the expectation I’ll probably need to go back to build another layer, but trying to avoid bad aesthetics. I got the dysport (Botox) package he was offering this month, buy 15 and get the Botox for free. Laying in the hotel room right now and dreading the flight back tomorrow. I’ll take pictures later. As others have mentioned, he’s a great conversationalist when doing his work, definitely kept my mind off what was going on.

So it’s been a little over 5hrs and there is a little fluid buildup in the area just below the Frenulum, nothing more than I’ve gotten from mild pumping. A little soreness when massaging but as you can see below very little bruising. I even took a picture of the urowrap I’ve been wearing since then and there are only a few tiny blood spots. I’m not going to measure for a few days just because I know it’s mainly swelling. On the other hand it feels very heavy Erect. Maybe something to aspire to. Photos are all more or less Erect.

I would disregard it - it's a relic from the creation of this site and is inconsequential in terms of your account's privileges. That being said, I am doing a site renovation this year (already drafting it as we speak), and I've thrown this into the notes as well.

Well it’s been roughly 48 hours post op, swelling seems mostly gone (especially the fluid under the glans). The two side injection ports are invisible now. The top one appears closed but I think I may have bruised the skin when massaging it. There is a small bump just under the top one I’m concerned may form a Nodule. Best flatten that out while I can.

Measured Girth today a little over 5.25 and a little over 1/4” loss of length which I’m sure will be temporary. I spent most of yesterday in various airports getting home and had my zen Hanger on the whole time. Also kept the urowrap on, which doubles as a nice way to keep the ports clean. Been rereading truckerguy thread for inspiration and seem to be having roughly same response to Bellafill so far.

Congratulations. It looks great for this stage. Some questions for you:
How much HA and Radiesse did you have left when you went to Rupeka?
Did you dissolve the remaining HA before Rupeka injected the Bellafill? If so, how far ahead of Rupeka's procedure did you dissolve and what was involved?
If not, what did Rupeka say about how the HA could affect the outcome of the Bellafill?
I'm interested because like you, I'm losing my gains from HA (Revanesse by Dr. Carney) and ready to do PMMA but struggling with the best way to address the remaining HA because it seems the top PMMA injectors have different opinions on this.

So I didn’t have very much HA left, but didn’t have it dissolved. Rupeka said he doesn’t mind some residual HA. He said the residual HA can give a better result, since it tends to keep the Bellafill better hydrated and help smooth over any short term imperfections. I believe that is also Dr Carneys position on the subject, so I guess they agree. Luckily my HA was in the same tissue plane where he injects so it worked out well.

So a picture just out of the shower shows the red bump on the surface. The port is closed, so not sure if it’s bruising or what. I don’t think it’s infection because it’s not hot to the touch or painful.

Flaccid Girth is a respectable 5”

Looks good. Did you get any HA or PMMA in the glans/corona? It looks like that, but I could be wrong.

Not this time. I got 2ml of HA in corona back in 2021, but it didn’t last long at all. Just not a good tissue for HA.

Yeah, I just got 10 syringes of HA. 8 in the shaft and 2 in the corona. I can notice it a little in the glans but I know it might not last. Thanks for sharing and for the quick reply.

So the measurement I’ve been posting were for mid shaft Girth because I was fairly even before from base to scar. What I just noticed when measuring Erect is that my base Girth is sitting at 6” right now. Don’t know if that will last or not, but it explains the dull pain there during nighttime erections. Must be the tissue stretching out.

Eng Mike…. Regarding your statement regarding injecting in the same plane I understand that between the dartos and buck fascia is the only acceptable plane. I’m ai incorrect on this. I have not made a review of this so I could be operating under a false impression….thanks….nice results!

It’s the best plane for Girth enhancement. However, a lot of Medspa type injectors inject sub dermal just like they do on the face. He can inject sub dermal as well if needed, but he said he finds the results uneven due to the lack of a fatty tissue layer like you have in the face.

To me getting injected in the wrong plane is the scariest portion of this endeavor.

Let me understand; by subdermal you are referring to above the dartos, is that correct?
