Not really much change. Nodule/vein still there. The circ scar area is settling down though, barely even notice it now. Hoping the slight upswing in measurements continues. I’d like .75” gain (5.75” MSEG), but settle for current stats for round 1. Still planning a partial round 2 to fill in a few divots and increase slightly, we’ll see where things end up. Wife loves it, says she has to really relax to get started, but she’s noticeably more noisy once things get moving and her last few orgasms have been almost blackouts. For fun, I tried on a magnum condom (usually only used for toys) and found it was actually very snug. Mind is blown, I remember pre-PE days when regular condoms used to slide off.

Side note. I had a bad case of nasal allergies the other day and used Teledoc to get some oral steroids. The lady said if it wasn’t better in 4 days I could go to my doctor for a Kenalog shot. Didn’t realize Kenalog was commonly used for allergies. Imagine going in for an allergy shot and temporarily loosing 1/2” of Girth because you’re loaded up with PMMA.

Just to clarify, while yes, Kenalog is a steroid often used to soften granuloma (it cannot remove PMMA; no drug can do that the same way HA can be completely dissolved with hyaluronidase) after PMMA Girth enhancement, if you would have received Kenalog for nasal allergies, it would have had zero effect on your penile PMMA results, unless of course they were to inject the Kenalog directly into your penis where the PMMA is located, which would have had zero effect on your nasal allergies. Hope that's helpful for you in the future and for everyone else here.

So I’m around 6 weeks in and have a question. Does anyone else notice there shaft skin is a bit shiny after PMMA. I don’t recall it looking quite like this. No real problems to speak of. The circ scar Nodule is completely gone, but the BB on the top is still there, guess it really is a Nodule. Doesn’t really bother me, seems to flatten out while Erect. Sitting at about 5.3MSEG (+.3”) so I figure I need another 10-15 syringes to get to my goal. Just waiting for four month mark.

It could just be that the skin is now stretched so thin. If you are still experiencing pain or noticing a change in color anywhere on your penis, severe swelling, or numbness, you need to be seen by a urologist immediately. If something feels "not quite right," DO NOT ignore it.

How would you compare your results to your previous procedure done by Dr. Leonardo?
