@Vongolaxespada1
, looking back, I don't think Anavar helped at all and would highly recommend that nobody use it around the time of PMMA injections.
I heard somewhere that injectors in Brazil (and I think some other parts of South America) warn against being on steroids while getting PMMA, and I think that makes sense, in principle. While low dose anavar is not comparable to extremely high dose steroids, the risk of fibrosis or irregularity makes it a bad choice imo. Better to play it safe.
I did also use BPC-157 and TB-500 with every round, though, as well as supplementing lots of collagen. I asked an injector his opinion on peptides PMMA and he felt it was hyped and unlikely to make a difference, so take that for what it's worth.

Erect Girth: 7.1+ inches
@monkeydluffy no, I don't do any PE. I probably never will. I'm just too risk averse. My biggest concern is that over 10-20 years, natural fibrosis and skin aging will change the result anyway, so I don't wan to do anything to contribute to that. Overall, my results are stable, but I noticed some very minor change in texture over the past 2 years that put me on guard. In a way, it gives me a "carpe diem" attitude about sex that is in some ways refreshing as who knows what could happening in 20 years, given the lack of studies and clashing opinions on cosmetic urology.
Sometimes I am tempted by ligament extension surgery, but I'm already fairly long flaccid, and I would possibly need PMMA to fill in the base if I did so. I also pass for natural now, and fear a big scar would make it obvious I'm enhanced. Plus sensation changes post op worry me.
Most interesting: I experience edema during sex and masturbation. My penis gets noticeably thicker and more aesthetic as the tissue swells with friction. At first I thought this was just erection quality improving, ie blood flow making irregularity look less extreme. But it's genuine straight up edema. This happens every time I engage in sexual activity without fail, and lasts 5+ hours, sometimes a day. I don't think any users ever reported this, I'm not sure why, maybe I just missed those posts. There is no way I am the only one. For me, this edema is helpful aesthetically as it covers any irregularities completely. Though a part of me worries it could contribute to fibrosis or nodules over the decades.
There is one chapter to my pmma adventures I left out and totally forgot to document--I actually had scar tissue removal from my circumsscision area and a granuloma removal from the underside of my penis with Dr. Carney. Dr. Carney is a legend, great bedside manner and just a really smart guy overall. The extraction resulted in a small gap in the cirucmscission scar, but it is apparently only really noticeable to me (and in direct overhead lighting).
I still have some other very minor textural irregularities, concentrated on the underside of the penis, that I've already hit with kenalog, so besides extraction there is not much I can do.
I had started to schedule with Avanti to fix these minor irregularities... but realized my result now is already quite good, and chasing perfection could further increase risk. I'm an obsessive perfectionist about my body by nature, noticing little flaws that aren't so noticeable to others. So even though I notice minor issues, I think I have to be objective and not take the risk of messing with my result. If I do ever return, it'll be an ultra conservative touchup with kenalog and maybe a dash of 10%. At this point, I'm more concerned with maintaining my result over ht next 20 years.
Anyway, hope that helps. Overall, I'm happier and more confident post-PMMA. I had a very positive experience, though there were definitely some stressful moments (and I get a lot of weird looks when I wear sweatpants).
