Yeah like many I'm thinking of going to Avanti for the future visits. It seems like I could actually have a nice vacation in Mexico for less than driving to Ohio.

Respectfully, I'm not sure where you "keep reading" about leakage and infections with PMMA, as they are incredibly infrequent (infections) and practically unheard of (PMMA leakage) with respect to Practitioners on this site; I wouldn't trust other sources that are hearsay and instead rely on this forum where men post actual pictures, and it's the only site on the web dedicated to the subject matter. I have to keep the record straight on a topic marred with misconception is all.

I mainly wanted more info about Avanti. I thought here was only a couple doctors doing the underside, does Avanti do the underside?

I'm guessing you can't walk through the airport with the stretcher he gives for the aftercare though...

Is there a thread for trip planning. I read in another thread that people opt for the medical transport to avoid getting stuck at the border? I heard people recommend the Grand Hotel in Tijuana and a steak house, but as for travel from the airport to the hotel, just Uber? And where is everyone flying in from? Tijuana International Airport?

far as thickness goes, the Bellafill carrier is going to be thicker
but PMMA is PMMA
that's what you're left with when the carrier dissolves

and I did figure I'd pop back in ~2.5y after the procedure

Thought my BPEL was independent of body fat. It is not. 

My BPEL has increased by half an Inch
my Girth at the base, on a bad day, is now up to 6 7/8", on a boner pill/pt141 day my BEG is a legitimate 7", CSEG 6.25", BPEL.ive measured 7 5/8" and I'm sitting at high teens body fat - maybe there's more to unlock?
I suspect I've simply uncovered a portion of my penis that was already thicker. and since avanti went through the fat pad to enhance my fat covered Dick portion as well, that portion is now exposed. 

the moral of that story lads, lose some weight, fix your cardio, or you're leaving size on the table. I dropped 60ish lbs and got active and my Dick grew. 

If economics permit I'd like to hit up Rupeka at some point to get a thin layer on the underside just so the feeling is consistent, maybe to add some uniformity to the thickness near the distal end if aesthetics permit, but I could stop now with absolute peace of mind.
