Sorry for the late response.

How long you took to let the Circumcision heal before the PMMA? About 6-8 weeks. I waited longer. But I believe Ruepka said 6 weeks.
2.
What type of cut was it? High and tight. This is important. It prevents the implant from moving around. If it's loose, it could cause a similar accordion effect as with uncircumcised guys. Note that most
PMMA doctors PREFER adult circumcisions (as long as they're high and tight) because they're easy to work with.

Did you lose length post cut and if so, did you have to hang to regain and how long did that take? After the cut? No. Maybe minimal length lost, not really noticeable. The first week I probably lost 0.1 inches. But this seemed to be more to do with
Erection quality,
Dick not getting fully hard etc. This is the same for
PMMA--at first, I mayble lost a little, but not a meaningful amount and it seemed to be more to do with
Erection quality. With some viagra, my
Dick was the same length as before the
PMMA when on Viagra. Now it's maybe slightly longer due to stretching. But how much of that is from
PMMA vs consistent use of a stretcher is hard to tell.

Do you have any regrets about losing the Foreskin, does sex feel better/worse? None. If anything, it's better. Maybe it will get less sensitive and wrinkly over time, but now, I like it better. I think
Casavantes had an informal statistic that patients preferred being cut. This has been my experience.

You mentioned you'd done PE for 3 years - can I ask what your starting measurements were and what led to your gains (if any)? I had poor results, but also poor adherence. I stretched for MAYBE 3 months consistently. My starting length was around 7.1 and my ending length was about 7.25ish, depending on
Erection quality. With
Girth I saw minimal results, if any, after pumping every day for about 30 minutes for 3 years. Started at around 5.6, ended at around 5.6. That's why I'm such an advocate for
PMMA. There isn't good evidence that
Girth changes at all.
Clamping, pumping, jequing--all speculative, with minimal anecdotal evidence. At least stretchers have some evidence (but I haven't seen any proof that it moves the needle in a meaningful way beside may 0.1 inches). I'm still going to keep stretching, of course. I've been told my angle indicates I'd be a good responder. But the opportunity cost (hours per day) just doesn't seem worth it when surgery is so much more effective.
I'm going for round 2 with
Avanti Derma (I live in California now) in September, so I'll update then.
